The Shower of Stars

23 April 2013 - 01:53 AM

*Old man voice*

"I've lived long enough on this planet. I've suffered too much. Every time I see one of you I wish for the same thing over and over. Rid this planet from its suffering, please I beg of you. I don't know if I can make it long enough to wish once more-"

Lore: Each time a Spell or Trap card is activated, place one "Shooting Star" counter on this card. If this card would be destroyed you can remove one "Shooting Star" counter or pay 1000 Life Points instead. Once per turn, you can remove 3 "Shooting Star" counters from this card; destroy one card on the field.

So I'm procrastinating on writing an essay so I decided: Why not make a card? So I did...

Hopefully I balanced out the card so the "destroy all monsters" is OP.

Queen/Fallen Angel of Roses Support[4/4]

21 April 2013 - 09:59 PM

"Before you can cut the rose you must get past the thorns!"

182161.jpg

Lore: You can Special Summon this card by sending one "Queen Angel of Roses" and one "Fallen Angel of Roses" from your deck to your graveyard. When this card is destroyed you can discard one card in your hand to Special Summon one "Queen Angel of Roses" and one "Fallen Angel of Roses" from your deck. Their effects are negated. They cannot be used as Xyz material monsters until next End Phase.

"It is safe now Milady; you may approach."

213695.jpg

Lore: You can banish 1 Spell Card from your graveyard to Special Summon this card from your hand. While this card remains face-up on the field "Queen Angel of Roses" and "Fallen Angel of Roses" can be normal Summoned without a tribute.

"Run Milady! I will hold them off as long as I can!"

213701.jpg

Lore: If a "Queen Angel of Roses" or "Fallen Angel of Roses" would be destroyed you can discard this card to negate its destruction. While this card is in your graveyard you can equip this card to a "Queen Angel of Roses" or "Fallen Angel or Roses". A monster equipped with this card inflicts Piercing Damage.

"I will not fall! Not as long as Milady needs protecting!"

213709.jpg

Lore: You can discard this card and until the End Phase any monster that battles a "Queen Angel of Roses" or "Fallen Angel of Roses" is destroyed during the End Phase of this turn. While this card is in the graveyard you can equip this card to a "Queen Angel of Roses" or "Fallen Angel of Roses". A monster equipped by this card gains the following effect: When this card destroys a monster by battle inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's level X 200.

Got bored so I made a card. [Greed Scarab]

27 March 2013 - 01:51 AM

"An almost indestructible demon scarab that feeds and feeds. Is there any way to stop it?"

203223.jpg

Lore: If this card is switched to face-up defense position switch it to attack position. During each players Standby Phase they select and destroy one spell/trap card they control. This cards attack is equal to the number of cards destroyed by this effect X 600. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. This card cannot by used as a Fusion material, Synchro material, or Xyz material. This card cannot be tributed.

Divine Grace - Northwemko

25 February 2013 - 07:20 PM

DivineGrace-NorthwemkoSOVR-EN-UR-UE.jpg

Lore: This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Ritual of Grace". When this card is Ritual Summoned, select a number of face-up cards on the field (except this card), up to the number of monsters you used for the Ritual Summon. While any of the selected cards are face-up on the field, this card cannot be destroyed by card effects.

I was just looking up the ritual monsters that are on DN and I came across this card. I read its effect and then started to think of ways to abuse its effect, but I couldn't(I suck at making strategies). So off I went to yugioh wiki and this "tip" caught my eye.

"Because this card has 7 stars, "Djinn Releaser of Rituals" is not only a practical approach, but also a devastating one. Combine this with "Magical Citadel of Endymion" to make this card virtually untouchable. Your opponent will have a tough time getting rid of either Citadel or Northwemko and will struggle to Summon any powerful monsters without Special Summoning. If "Demise, King of Armageddon" is on the field, its effect will not destroy "Citadel" or Northwemko, so even stall tactics will not work."

Anyways discuss

Graceful Touch

"Sometimes all you need is the warmth of a kind heart."

Lore: This card can only be activated when a monster declares an attack or a monster activates an effect that would destroy a card on the field. Negate the attack/effect and change control of the monster until the End Phase. You must send one other card on your side of the field or hand to the graveyard to activate and resolve this effect.
