If this card was special summoned from your hand or deck, add one card from your graveyard to your hand. If this card was special summoned from your graveyard, special summon level 4 monster from your hand to the field in defence position. But you can perform a "Second Summon" of the monster that will use up your normal Summon for that turn, but if you do, they become Effect Monsters whose effects are now active!!!
