In the Alternate Dimension, 100 years after the founding of the Hidden Villages, their Kage and ANBU keeping them quite safe from the Akatsuki as they tried to attain their goals. Each Village has sealed their Bijuu into an object they had then covered with Seals hoping to hold it so they wouldn't have to place it inside anybody. Near the Akatsuki's Hideout however a threat arose from a Ninja who had decided to side with them, Originally a Konoha ninja he had used the Chimera technique to take the powers of both an Uchiha and a Hyuuga, only to be driven out and chased by Tracker nin. He dealt with the nin who had chased him but not until he left the forests, only just out of view of the Akatsuki's hideout. When he joined the Akatsuki he found he did not just steal jutsu from those nin, one of them was a Raitoningu which allowed him to use their speed. The villages are now in Danger as he has allied himself with the Akatsuki and they plan the destruction of the Hidden Villages.[/spoiler]

History of the Clan: the Souruinpurisaisu Clan started out simply as nomad ninjas, trying to find a way to make enough money to survive when they had found a large hole in the ground holding in it's center a Golden Scroll. The Golden Scroll had explained how to perform a technique that can take others powers aswell as creating creatures. The technique was called the "Chimera Technique" having taught it throughout the clan they set up a large camp just outside the crater in the forests nearby Getsugakure, having lived there for most of their lives. A branch of the clan however travelled back to the Land of Fire, believing that if the power had no need it would be useless to continue teaching it in the forests where it wouldn't be used, having eventually found Konohagakure half that branch of the clan had decided to attempt to join the village while the others set off to try to find the other Hidden Villages. Within the group that joined Konohagakure there was a young child at the age of 11 able to create living creatures almost exactly the same as those in the Land of the Moon. A skill with the Chimera Technique that most hadn't been able to start doing until they reached 18, and for their first year usually only created bad chimera's either messing up with the creatures attitued or with it's looks. The hydra has 6 arms, each pair connected to the bottom of a different neck. Kekkei Genkei: The Rinnegan (輪廻眼; Literally meaning "Samsara Eye") is said to be the most revered and powerful of all the three great dōjutsu. The Rinnegan's occurrence is so rare that Jiraiya once believed its existence was only a legend, and Kakashi Hatake believes it to be only a mutation.[1] There have thus far been only two known users: the Sage of the Six Paths and Nagato. With the Sage long deceased, and Nagato now dead there are no other confirmed Rinnegan users alive at this point.

The Rinnegan is characterized by a ripple-like pattern around the pupil, with a grayish-purple iris and sclera. In addition to enabling the user to quickly master various jutsu, the user may also use all six forms of chakra nature transformation which, as noted by Ibiki Morino, literally allows its user to use any technique they wish. It also allows the user to use all of the six paths techniques, a series of ninjutsu unique to the Rinnegan user.[2] Like the Sharingan and the Byakugan, the Rinnegan also allows the user to see chakra, including otherwise hidden barriers. Boruk Tempai clan, Boruk Tempai was the elder of the now exist clan, he discovered that the clan had a unique ability to control chakra at above kage-level heights, they could manipulate the chakra they release and that is released byt he opponent, however they meditate regularly. His goal was to control ninjas chakra, he was able to control objects as he combined his chakra with their presence. However the clan wasted much chakra through their manipulation tactics.

This Kekkei Genkei gives the user the ability to focus their chakra so strongly, that they can cooincide it with Matter and allow for a reduction of chakra to be formed instead of the opponent's original intention, through the user's hands he can prevent the chakra loads from getting stronger, he can also reduce them. Through this ability he is able to control objects he touches with his hands, although he has not yet mastered controlling chakra, he is able to cooincide his chakra with asn objects presence and make it move, grow and move in any direction he desired.

Strengths:
- Able to reduce Chakra exuded by the opponent
- Able to enhance the chakra he releases
- Able to control the presence of an object by touching it making it move and shape how he likes it

- Allows for quicker reflexes as his mind is sharp

- Wastes alot of chakra when reducing amount used
- Is very limited to movement when conteoling an object

History of the Clan:
one of the first clans to help form the mist village, they were a respected clan for their strength and unique abilities. However through the discovery that they could possibly control other ninjas, the mist village attempted to wipe them out, in order to save ther vclan Baruk tempai sacrificed his chakra and life to control the mist village givingRyoko and his family enough time to escape. Ryoko his parents and his brother were the only survivors.[/spoiler]

Kekkei Genkei: SPARK ELEMENT, Agiori Lity. The user performs their same jutsus and element jutsus only alot faster, they are alsso able to move alot fatser. Zakuza however has learned the INSTANT SPARK Jutsu where he moves so fast it's borderline teleporting, alot of people often think it is it is that fast.Created through his father, after being exposed to 6 elemental jutsus at the same time, A reaction from his chakra occured turning it from blue into a yellow golden colour. His father exprienced alot of pain through this chakra whenever he performed jutsu as the kekkei genkei enhanced the moves speed and power. since that day He was so much faster then before improving his jutsu through his new sub-element SPARK element. Basically due to his chakra being exposed to 6 different elemnts it would have turned black = death, but due to his own strong Lightning and wind chakra elements he survived. He then married and started a family having only one son. The Son grew with his chakra already a pure golden colour, he was incredibly fast and learned quickly to, however he did experience alot of pain when fighting. He left the village at 13 and joined the Akatsuki feeling that joining them would help build his ninja identity. He is now 21

History of the Clan:the spezoro clanm were late inhabitants of the leaf village, they were of few number and were often strong ninjas, one day the clan conspired to run the leaf village, when this was found out the clan was banished, they had however just had a new born baby in the village that didn't leave with the others, Zakuza. He grew up to be hated by everyone.

Bio: He was left behind when he was born while the clan was kicked out of the leaf village, he aspired to be a strong ninja however, he was promoted to Jounnin at 10 and forced to join the ANBU black ops of the leaf village, after serving for 1 year he decided to quit, however knowing to much of the black ops, the village secretly intended to be rid of him, Zakuza thought of this and fled the village joining the Akatsuki, the leaf village hadn't heard of him in 11 years.

Kekkei Genkei: Zanogan(Or the Blood lust state). Focuses all the users energy and power on destroying the opponent. This enhances the User strength, speed and Chakra, allows the user to partially predict the opponents movements to a second before it happens and allows the user to use the Blood Justu series, a series of Custom Jutsu. The user doesn't have to be in the Zanogan to use the blood Justus.
History of the Clan: The Nagesuni Clan is one of the Oldest existing clans in the world, the exact time of it's formation being lost in history. It is from the Hidden Moon village and has provided 17 Kage's for the village. However, the Kage isn't the strongest Ninja in the Hidden moon Village. He is the smartest. It has also provided the Strongest Ninja's in the Village. It is reknown for the fact that it's Kekkei Genkai unlocks a whole Series of Jutsu, the exact number unknown. The latest legend of the Clan Is a Boy called Kazuki. He is one of the powerfullest Ninja in his Village, being able to defeat his Kage, and still has a lot of Potential.[/spoiler]

Weapon: Masamune is primary weapon. It is a Muramasa(A samurai Sword. Literally Demon Blade) and has the power to render the weilder completely undetectable, being both invisible and able to hide his chakra from even Byakugan. However, The weilder can still be hit and cannot use Jutsu while in this state. Whenever this technique is used the users eyes both have a small blue current of lightning chakra, both indicating that the technique is activated and allowing their optic nerves to see at an enhanced level similar to that of their speed. Throughout the clans history this has led most of them to be taijutsu-focused nin however a few have used this in combination with ninjutsu to form powerful combinations. Most of the Members of the clan who have used this technique have died 20-45 years before the age they usually will have died at, depending on how often the technique was used. His father exprienced alot of pain through this chakra whenever he performed jutsu as the kekkei genkei enhanced the moves speed and power. since that day He was so much faster then before improving his jutsu through his new sub-element SPARK element. Basically due to his chakra being exposed to 6 different elemnts it would have turned black = death, but due to his own strong Lightning and wind chakra elements he survived. He then married and started a family having only one son. The Son grew with his chakra already a pure golden colour, he was incredibly fast and learned quickly to, however he did experience alot of pain when fighting. He left the village at 13 and joined the Akatsuki feeling that joining them would help build his ninja identity. He is now 21

His father exprienced alot of pain through this chakra whenever he performed jutsu as the kekkei genkei enhanced the moves speed and power. since that day He was so much faster then before improving his jutsu through his new sub-element SPARK element. Basically due to his chakra being exposed to 6 different elemnts it would have turned black = death, but due to his own strong Lightning and wind chakra elements he survived. He then married and started a family having only one son. ~Soulciety~ compared to your first one the clan part seems lacking.. youve put the History into the Clan name section, youve got no Clan Name,you mispelled Rasengan and a few other words in the custom jutsu and some in bio (^^'), Custom Jutsu need drawbacks 'specially the near teleportation speed one as it can be easily abused.. would it be like how my Raitoningu had a speed boost thing?.. if so the drawback would be a simple physical burn style bit from the Lightning Chakra coursing through the body allowing it to move faster & damaging the tissues.. fix and it'll be accepted

The Bijuu can control weaponry to an extent that noone can hit it head on with a piece of weaponry. It also moves faster than most Anbu and is physically stronger than ten Bull elephants. It's chakra is so dense that it creates a crater as soon as it is released. 1) I thought of that and really should have put it in the app. It's different to other Bijuu(for one because is doesn't look like an animal) because unlike the other ones it can live by itself. It's a Parasite like Bijuu and gives it's power to its holder. However, it is always trying to get a body of its own or control someone very powerful. Basically, it's a bit more friendly than other Bijuu.
