Using this technique requires him to first gather the chakra, of the animal, or person that he wants to transform in to, and seal it in to a scroll. He can then use the chakra sealed inside the scroll to transform. This transformation is much stronger than the basic transformation. The transformation will not wear off until Yokio releases the technique. Because chakra is only consumed during the initial transformation he is able to stay in a specific form for long periods of time even if his chakra is depleted. Bio: When Yokio was a child he joined ANBU roots, although he was not in the top of his class the leader of roots took a keep interest in his ability to gather chakra and transform in to other ninja. But overall, Unpredictable. looks: village:Used to be a Ninja from the Hidden Leaf. rank: Rogue Ninja other: Running away as a young boy, Kai escaped the grasp of his evil parents. He hated them with a passion, they beat him and forced him to train exclussifully harder than all the other boys at ninja school. Kai was captured by trappers that were hired by a mad genetisist that was implanting body parts of a clan member that unlocked a genjutsu to people he had his trappers capture. His crazy science had placed Sharingan in Kai's eyes, yet it was a perfect fit. Kai escaped the scientist too, he got a long way away and then found a travler's group. They picked him up and raised him for a few years. Nine's skin is a smooth white color and his eyes has the Eternal Mangeykyo Sharingan planted in his eyes permanently. His hair is spiky silver hair with a blue tint, which lengthens. Nine's face is similar like his dead uncle, Itachi Uchiha, same posiitoned eyes and nose but Sasuke's mouth and ears. Nine's headband is tied around his mouth. Even by the standards of the battle-adept Uchiha clan, Nine's prowess far outshone them. However, not even his family, friends, or teachers could understand him. When he was only five, Nine had already witnessed countless lives lost due to the Shinobi World War, which emotionally traumatized him and turned him into a pacifist. At age 8, he graduated from the Ninja Academy at the top of his class after only one year, mastered the Sharingan at age nine, passed the Chūnin Exams at age 11, and became an ANBU Captain at age 14. He wasn't praised highly by his father, Ryu Uchiha. However, during this time Nine showed great affection towards his little cousins, Marcus and Roya Uchiha .
