Personally, I like the concept of discarding. I like the card.

...Though I think the first effect [i]is[/i] a bit OP'd. I suggest you lower the ATK some more, perhaps?

Well it can only attack monsters since I said "1 additional [b]monster[/b]" so attacking the Life Points directly won't be a problem.

Well you shouldn't be too worried about those. The only monster that would probably abuse this would be Command Knight. Either way, it can't attack directly and it would only have 1900 ATK.

I like it, seems fine the way it is. a level 4 synchro with 1500 ATK and it's attack cannot increase or decrease by spells and traps(though it can be by monster effects) along with only being abl to attack additional monsters per card in the hand rather than attacking the opponent's life points multiple times, and it would also end up helping as a synchro tuning monster being that it's a low level.

I like the idea, the effect is balanced in my perspective, along with the ATK and DEF being fairly low for it making the effect more fair. I give it a 9.5/10. The name doesn't entirely match the pic.
