R/F = Rate/Fix, meaning, if you rate and explain why and try to help this card I'll return the favor to you. That card is pretty much broken... Draw a card when your Harpie dies? And then if it's a Winged Beast, summon it? So basically, either you replace the monster, or you get a new card for your hand. You did not add the dash on the first two times you wrote it on the card (the type included) butthen you added it on the third time....
