You dont need a tuner monster but still pretty easy all u need is synchro summon power tool summon the other 2 and tribute. After your card is destroyed you look in your graveyard for a machine type monster and add it to your hand and remove the card from play.Any battle damage is reduced by half if this card is only card on your field meaning if theres a spell card this half effect is negated. send this card to the graveyard if it inflicts daamge to life points of your opponent so you basically do 3700 and leave to guy hanging with 300 life points.
