The Tuner follows the concept of the other Synchro Tuners, being able to Synchro during your opponent's turn, and both cards are balanced almost perfectly! Great job! [/quote] The extra draw during the draw phase.....i can't say that its OP but it will cause the player to keep doomfire dragon out as long as it can without synchro summoning/accel synchro summoning it.
