This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except while you control 2 or more face-up "Ice Barrier" monsters. When this card is Special Summoned, you can reveal any number of "Ice Barrier" cards in your hand to destroy the same amount of cards on the field. Once during either player's turn, you can discard 1 "Ice Barrier" card to negate the activation and effect of a card that targets 1 or more face-up "Ice Barrier" monster(s) you control and destroy it. When this card is removed from the field, you can add 1 "Ice Barrier" card from your Graveyard to your hand (except this card).

great cards. I'm assuming its part of a new arch-type. I think its really balanced and the pic is awesome. However I might be wrong but for the effect where you remove from play a monster to negate the activation or effect of a spell card u should just pick 1. So say negate the activation of an opponent's spell card or negate the effect of an opponent's spell card. Other than that I thought really good. 9/10

Pretty good card. No real problems here, no OCG errors or anything. Except one:

'If' works better than 'When' because 'When' is avoidable, whilst 'If' isn't. It is also official OCG.
I'm surprised that such a perfect card could be achieved by someone who doesn't work for Konami. (No offence intended if it sounds mean to you.)

"When" is official OCG as well*looks at Junk Synchron*

The "This card cannot be Special Summoned" clause should be at the beginning. I see no point to it being a DARK monster unless you would want to try running allure in Ice Barrier decks, Spell Card reuse can be stated as being broken, and I have no other problems.

Don't expect a number rating from me, because I find numbers to be really messed up rating-wise.

@ tsukasa : since i named it Dark Sage, i thought id make it be DARK attribute too
(note : Ally of justice : catastor cant use its effect against this, and other effects) so its just a bonus thing i threw in for creativity

getting a spell card from tributin 2 monsters to summon this card and discarding a card is balanced to me

the other way to get spell card is harder to do

will prolly edit a bit .. maybe

This card will not be Tribute Summoned, ever. It will be Special Summoned. The fact of it being treated as DARK is redudant, remove it. No pure Ice Barrier Deck would run any form of DARK's, even in the General Rush Decks. And for IB's, the Discard is saved for the Synchro's as if they don't lose enough as it is.

That and with Gantala, this will be constantly Special Summoned on top of using Dai-Sojo... The card is just... you had an idea, executed it alright but I feel you didnt know what you were doing.

[b]@ Joshicy[/b] : first off, the main reason i put that it is treated as DARK too is because of the name Dark Sage.. (i try to make cards i make coincide with thier name/pic) and also because if u look up the real "Dark Sage" , it actually looks similar too him (in a icey area tho)

and as a sidenote like i said there are cards that destroy non-dark monsters easier (like ally of justice - catastor) which this card would be immune to (but just as added bonus, not meant to go with ice barrier)

and it would have to be tribute summoned.. if ur opponent has cards like "royal oppression" , "archlord kristya", etc on field

and i appreciate your feedback, but i did kno what i was doing.. i just like to be creative and switch things up a bit, but still make it playable, which i know it could be ;)
