Zeppeli Gyro Supreme Posted March 8, 2011 Report Share Posted March 8, 2011 The decrease occurs when it is Summoned, and doesn't go away unless the monster is flipped or removed from the field. But I also used it with that continuous trap that turns your opponent's monster to plants(Forget name, and it's not DNA surgery). Because of that, I could never use the second effect.
