Playbook:

Basically you use your divine wind as a giant toolbox to summon tuners. The wanted move is to bounce tengu to summon birdman while divine wind is up. ss thunderbird or vortex trooper with divine wind then summon another tengu. synch birdman and the lv3 monster you summoned for brio. thats where your fun begins. you just keep bouncing divine wind and the tengus to make synchros every where. you probably wanna summon trish after summoning brio. The deck can also go super control with winged rhynos and 3 compulse. the deck also transitions into wind anti-meta with the side deck. they expect alot of ss's with the deck and you show up using doomcaliber and rai-oh and theyre like oh crap i messed up and sided in all my anti-ssing cards lol. the extra deck also uses the spellcaster synchros (the good ones) because blastfan is a spellcaster (wtf?). this allows me to go into arcanite magician very easily. actually, one of the decks most dangerous plays. especially cuz you can turn you divine wind into a gadget toolbox if u bounce anything that doesnt trigger when its bounced, since genex blastfan can miss its timing if ss'ed in the middle of a resolving chain (phalanx, rhynos, etc.)

Jack's been posting it for months without Tengu...

Tengu just makes it slightly better but doesn't make it a brand new deck type.
