I've Had 3 of the 4 Archtypes on my iPod for a While
And When I finally decide to start posting them I realise that during a time online the Data of each Archtype was erased...
You could say I had a little RAEG in me
But I am Starting with the Archtype for the Season we are now in... Spring
The Spirin Archtype is a series of Fairy and Plant monsters, supported by Continous Spells and Traps
The Archtype's Goal is either to Create an OTK
The Archtype end ups creating MANY +1 or +0 Combos and brings back a small Game Mechanic by increasing Hand Size
And than using a huge number of -1 or Greater Cards to actually create a Game Winning Field...
I'll be constantly updating my cards for the archtype, so Keep Checking Back...

Once per turn, you can pay 800 Life Points to flip this card to face-down Defence-Position. When this card is flipped face-up, you can add 1 "Spirn" monster with 1500 DEF or less from your Deck to your hand.

When this card is Normal Summoned, you gain Life Points equal to the number of cards in your hand x200. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, except from your Deck, add 1 level 4 or lower "Spirn" monster from your Deck to your hand.

You can reveal this card in your hand to select 1 WIND Attribute monster you control and 1 monster your opponent controls. When this effect resolves, destroy the selected monsters and Special Summon this card from your hand.

Once per turn, you can discard any number of "Sprin" cards from your hand to your Graveyard. This card gains an additional Attack for each card discarded by this effect, until the End Phase.

Not bad... I don't see any grammer issues, the cards are balanced, but they're a little bland to me. 9/10

So far, there are two cards that can search each other. One is a minor wall with a reusable LP-for-advantage effect. The other is a minor hitter that recovers some LP and with a Mandatory self-replacement ability. You can discard Breath of New Life as a cost, like Ojamagic, and you won't lose advantage. Unlike Ojamagic, you won't gain it, either.

Umm... this is my archtype, I thank you for the ideas, and I'll take them into consideration, but I already have a majority of the Archtype worked out... I just haven't posted them yet, Lol
I'm glad you are taking enough intrest to want to add your own ideas, but I ask you to refrain from doing so as much as possible... people typically don't like that

And yes, the point is that Root can not search more copies of Root, other wise it'd be too good, so instead you have to get out Breath before you can get a second Root...

LP gain for the 2nd card isn't much

not likely you'd get more than 600 anyway

personally it'd be better had to made than a burn effect instead

When you see the other cards, hopefully you'll think differently about Breath and based on the season which they represent there isn't any burn in this archtype
But you can easily gain more than 600 Life, its not really for that though, its more for the second effect, the first effect is just to lessen the cost of Roots

That is just something that happened to sorta come across here... I'm poisting 2 more monsters now...

Fruit Snatch, the Level3 Tuner, and Gord Hydra, the OTK Generator, have both been added...

Gord Hydra is neat. Limiting the effect to once per turn restricts its ability to cycle through Breath of Life, though.

Can Fruit Snatch be negated by Stardust?

You aren't really supposed to need to Cycle through... with a card or two that I'll be posting later, Gord becomes the OTK generator of the Deck... I believe it has to do with Raging Mad Plants, but I can not remember anymore, I believe I have a different card that is more useful than that...

Yes, I believe Fruit Snatch Dodges both Warnings and Stardust... though I have to get an official ruling on that <-Asked in TCG Thread

I'mma wait until tomorrow to post 2 or 3 more cards, or until a few more people comment...




Changed Fruit Snatch's Effect to allow you to destroy any WIND Attribute Monster you control... you all should know why... TENGU B*TCHES

So, you return 1 spirn monster with -1500 Def from your hand to the Deck.
No reason to do so.

Not many dragon builds have lots of WIND Dragons... Atleast none that I can think of Besides Wyvern and possibly Strong Wind

And Conosance isn't enough reason for it to be changed

Okay, well i didn't know Debris was incredibly used in Mono-Dragons, and i forgot Delta fyler and Dodger...
It would be fun... it could still be used, but not card on Conosance-Able

2 New Cards added - Floral Moll & Tiki's Insurgent
Floral Moll is the Power Monster from the Main Deck... Sad, but it works and its very good
Tiki's Insurgent is the begining of showing off the start of a "New" Mechanic to the game... its death is also a +0 Event...

I have a Synchro Ready, But I'm not sure if I wanna Post it yet...
