Now This Rp will be fairly easy on Plot. Feel free to make or develop your own Side-plots with your characters or Plan a Plot with some other people, just please Invite me to these discussions as I should super-vise these events. Now, as we start there will be a Main-plot revolving mostly around a group of ninja from the Village Hidden in the Leaves, Kai, and Kisame Run into a Very evil Scientist(More about him in Kai's App.) This event will Happen soon, as I hope most people have at least one Character in the Leaf village. This Rp can be what you want it to be(except for stats, I can't concentrate on those...) Fighting, Story-like. HELL, Throw in a romance if you want. -Now, Kai will be in the first post, traveling into the Leaf village. Several Leaf Ninja(hopefully your characters, Genin-Chunin) will be heading out on a personal search for the Rumored Monster(The Scientist guy, rumors shouldn't be to accurate.) that lives not to far from the leaf village. Now Kisame, Kai, And the Group of your guys should all meet up will running into the Evil Scientist's Trappers who capture people and drag them bag to the Scientist for experiments. This is where the first initial fight and Plot will start. From there, I would love to see some passion and creativity. (Please excuse this Starter explanation thingy if you think it's all over the place, I might try to fix it if it bothers people to much...)

3.God modding/flamming/being OP ETC. Will not be tolerable and I believe everyone else agrees. (only exceptions for God-mod might be momentarilly allowed Plot-devices that I may or may not allow...depends.)
4.Characters from the show will not be present and will not be connected to this Rp. No family of them, No History with them ETC. However, their clans will still have people in it and their powerful blood-lines do still exist. (This also counts for Haku's, but don't get to carried away...)

[b]Bio:[/b] Kai was abused as a kid. His parents neglected him and the world felt to cold. He was born in a small building of the Village Hidden in the Leaves. He ran away at a very young age.
When Kai was running away, he found a deeper part of the forests and was trapped by a group of men that were paid by a evil scientist to capture people. Kai was transported to the Scientist's base where the scientist experimented on blood-lines and transferring special powers that belong to these blood-lines. Within a week, Kai had a lot of his blood pumped out and replaced with blood of an uchiha. He later had a live eye transplant where the scientist finally gave a test subject a working clan trait. Kai now has the sharingan. He broke his way out of the place and ran one day, never looking back. Kai can't remember much about his past, only his birthday and his long-lost friends. Now Kai Travels around looking for ways to get money and survive. He is currently traveling with a Merchant group. One of the Workers that super-vises the chiefs that cook for the members of the group, named Tanya, had taken a liking to Kai and invited him to stay with the group and travel with them whenever Kai felt like it.

Sharingan, third tome.(Copying technique and a few Genjutsu)
Rasenka- a multi-purpose technique that normally requires chakra to be focused in the very center of the palm. This palm is closed and with proper traning, the weilder quides the Chakra to the correct collapsing point. The Fist is then pointed at target and opened, releasing a devestating attack. The use of this Technique varies and it can be used for many different things.

[b]Personality:[/b] Kisame is a calm, collected person. Due to what he does, he has abandoned all emotions. Some say this makes him cold hearted. However, his conscious comes out and causes him to show mercy and kindness sometimes.

[b]Bio:[/b] Kisame takes his job as an Anbu VERY seriously. This is one of the reasons why he has no emotion. Another reason happened when he was younger. As he grew up, he was a very happy child. Even through classes. However, that all changed one day. As he was wondering around out in the woods, he spotted a girl around his age. About 16. Suddenly, a man appeared out of nowhere and tried to force himself upon her. Kisame quickly acted and attacked the guy. Eventually, he over-powered the man and had his dagger to the man's throat. The man began pleading for his life. Kisame showed mercy and spared the man. He didn't want to take a life. But as soon as he pulled the dagger away, the man pulled out one of his own and threw it at the girl. Kisame turned to save her, but was to late. The dagger went straight into her heart. He quickly turned back to the man, but he was long gone. Ever since that day, he has sworn to never show mercy. To kill those that deserve to be killed. But there is still his conscious. Every now and again, it makes him pause and wonder what that girl would think of him. If she saw how cold hearted he was now.
[b]Jutsu/Gekki-genkai:[/b] Kekkei Genkai - Super Chakra Bending (Takes my chakra and bends it turn it into anything I disire - Swords,kunai's,shuriken, Ect.)
Kokuangyo no jutsu (Bringer-of-darkness technique) This jutsu creates an area of complete darkness around the victim, enabling the user to attack without being seen.
Chakura Kyuin Jutsu (Chakra Absorption Technique) The user drains the opponent's Chakra by touching the opponent with their hands.
Hakke Kusho (Eight Trigrams Empty Palm) A palm thrust, done while out of arms' reach, pushes away the victim violently.

[spoiler=[b]Bio[/b]]Akarui grew up and still lives in the Hidden Leaf Village as a Jonin. His childhood was filled pain, due to his parents dying during a top-priority mission. Leaving him to live by himself. The day he found out about his parent's death, was the day he awakened his Kekkei-Genkai. After that, his life went all the way downhill. He was 13 when his Kekkei-Genkai awakened. During the day of his final exam of the ninja academy, a lightning storm was going on. And Akarui accidentally destroyed the academy with the most powerful ability the Kekkei-Genkai has to offer. Afterwards, he began practicing his Kekkei-Genkai. For most of his clan, it took a decade each to master. But for Akarui, it only took half that time, 5 years. He also invented most of the techniques the Kekkei-Genkai uses. And being a master at it, he hasn't learned many other jutsu other than the basics.[/spoiler]

[b]Kekkei-Genkai[/b] - Kaminari Bodi (Lightning Body)
Akarui uses his chakra to course electricity through certain part(s) of his body, which can be used for many purposes. The body part(s) with electricity coursing through them harm enemies when they so much as touch Akarui. He can use more Chakra for more specific abilities. The members of his clan only awaken this like the Uchiha awaken the Sharingan, through a high-stress/emotional time, but unlike the Sharingan, this Kekkei-Genkai takes years to master, most of the time a decade. The effects/abilities are:
• Healing Factor: Akarui's inner electric field greatly accelerates his body's natural ability to repair damage by stimulating the muscle tissue and his immune system; essentially an accelerated healing factor, making Akarui impervious to most diseases.
• Enhanced Strength: Akarui's strength is enhanced by the electrical energy coursing through his body.
• Enhanced Durability: Akarui's durability is enhanced by his electrical energy, accelerating the speed of his body functions, allowing him to survive falls from incredible heights and to heal from several wounds quickly.
• An electric shockwave that pushes enemies and objects out of the way.
• Akarui can fire small bolts of lightning from his hands, or any other body part with electricity coursing through it. Can be used with more chakra to make it bigger or give it a specific shape.
• When Akarui finds an injured person/comrade. Akarui can charge up a burst of electricity and release it into the person's body and heal them.
• Akarui can create small explosive balls of electricity that can stick to enemies and other objects. They are made by charging up a small amount of electricity to critical mass, thus creating an explosion.
• Akarui can fire rocket-like electrical blasts which create an explosion when they hit an enemy/surface.
• Akarui's final and most powerful Kekkei-Genkai related technique, which requires most of his chakra. Akarui calls down from the sky a storm of lightning that does massive damage to the surroundings and anyone in its path. Requires a storm cloud(s) to be around.

Being highly skilled in his Kekkei-Genkai related techniques, Akarui doesn't know many jutsu.

Personality: Shinsuke is a fun loving person. He is hyper an easily excited, he is very loving, compasionate, and genuine. He is very friendly, known to make friends with people in an instant of meeting someone. Although he emotions never get in the way of his goal/duty/mission. In the end, he can be serious at times but its doesnt cloud the person he truly is a genuine and loving person.

Bio: Unlike most ninja in Konoha, Shinsuke wasnt born into a ninja clan/family. His father was a business man and so was his mother. He wanted to become a ninja after been saved by one from falling to his death. The life of a ninja captivated him. It was tough of Shinsuke at first in the ninja academy, he had no real skills in the art of ninjutsu. He worked himself to the bones everyday to get better at ninjutsu and chakara control, training hours upon hours. He passed the Genin exams with flying colors and highest in class to the amazement of most people. A child born with no natural talent, but became a splendid ninja through extremely hard work and dedication. Now a Chunin, he is respected among the people in Konoha. But Shinsuke has much bigger goals to become a Jonin and hopefully a member of Anbu Black Ops.

Jutsu/ Kekki Genkai:
Shinsuke is very well trained in the arts Water and Wind style Ninjutsu. He learned his Water and Wind techniques by information from ancient ninjutsu scrolls. Shinsuke was later able to combined both Wind and Water styles to create Ice style. Shinsuke is still in the process of developing his Ice techniques.


1. Water Release Water Wall: The user spits a strong continuous wall of water from his mouth that covers the user front and sides.
2. Water Release Water Bomb: The user spits a large amount of water able to crush through objects.
3. Water Release Water Gun: The user spits a stream water water able to slice objects.
4. Wind Release Air Compression Wave: The user spits a strong large blast of air that push and repels anything in front of it.
5. Wind Release Air Bullet: The user spits compressed air bullets able to pierce through objects.
6. Wind Release Air Blade: The user spits a thin wave of air able to slash through objects.
7. Ice Release Frozen Breath: The user blows cold air able to freeze objects.
8. Instant Body Flicker Jutsu: This gives the user the ability to teleport at the speed of light to anywhere in his vision within a 100 meter radius. This can only be used in intervals.
9. Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu: This gives the user the ability to create multiple shadow clones ready for battle. Shinsuke's limit is 9 due to his chakara capacity.
10. Body Camouflage Jutsu: This gives the user the ability to become invisible to the naked eye. This can be scene through by eye techniques and high level sensory ninjas.
11. Substitution Jutsu: This gives the user the ability to swap his body for a replacement at the speed of light. Shinsuke replacement in a bag of sand.[/spoiler]

[b]Personality:[/b] Ishimaru, or "Renzo" as he prefers people call him, is considerably calm, displays himself as a relaxed, carefree, yet intelligent person and is an incredibly polite soft-spoken individual, despite having lived in isolation for nearly half his life. He can become a humorous man when he is surrounded by certain friends or allies, although his timing isn't always perfect. He can also be quite charming, and has been known within his village to be well-respected and highly honorable, and always treats those around him with respect. Renzo is rarely seen in combat and does not get himself involved in things unless absolutely necessary, or becomes rather bored and in need of a good spar. However, when in combat, he usually attempts to avoid it, who will always try to talk his way out of a fight, though he doesn't wish to insult opponents by refusing to fight them. And when he eventually does become involved in one, he generally thinks carefully before acting, allowing him to easily survive dangerous situations and can be quite extremely serious should a life of an ally or friend is threatened.

[b]Bio:[/b] Naomi "Hana" and Renzo Yuki, Ishimaru's parents, lived together in isolation during the birth of their firstborn son, and as the only child in his family, Ishimaru was taught and trained in the arts of shinobi by both his parents. And as he grew, his training was soon later primarily focused on his clan's Kekkei Genkai, which he found quite difficult to perform and later unable to succeed in perfecting it. Ishimaru's father couldn't bear watching his son struggle at this - Whom Ishimaru was unfortunately inexperienced with his very own clan's techniques - and in a desperate attempt to help his only child, Renzo created something for Ishimaru at the cost of his own elemental chakra -- A unique blade and a treasured heirloom called "Shimo". Its considered rare and unique due to the fact that it actually talks to the person who wields it -- Whom Ishimaru frequently engages in friendly conversation with it. The origin or its exact history isn't known much, but its believed that a shinobi was sealed inside said blade and that only a specific word of releasing the seal would remove him or her from its imprisonment. And only Ishimaru's family, the Yuki Clan, knows of its existence and its dark secrets.

Being part of the Yuki Clan, whose members carried the Ice Release kekkei Genkai, Ishimaru's blade, whom he inherited it from his now deceased father, has a rather unique properties which allows him to send out waves of projectile Ice attacks or the like by utilizing his Wind and Water elements, channeling his Ice techniques throughout his sword without the use of hand seals. It is believed that the small medallion-like crystal strapped at the edge of the hilt is Ishimaru's fathers' chakra, which enables his son to channel said Ice techniques more easily -- And if should the crystal-like medallion break, though it requires a powerful force in order to do so, its tremendous and highly unorthodox Ice elemental chakra reserves would cause the area surrounding it to burst pillars of ice, encasing and freezing whatever and whomever is unfortunate enough to be near its range. However, without his sword "Shimo" Ishimaru cannot perform any of his Kekkei Genkai's techniques, not unless he fully masters his clans Ice techniques. He has recently become a Jounin within his village, and is eager to prove his merit by helping others and such. He currently seeks to help the individual locked inside the sword, although he does so in secrecy, lest his enemies find out about it.

Kekkei Genkai: Rinnegan
The Rinnegan is characterized by a ripple-like pattern around the pupil, with a light purple iris and sclera. In addition to enabling the user to quickly master various jutsu, the user may also use all six forms of chakra nature transformation which, literally allows its user to use any technique they wish. It also allows the user to use all of the six paths techniques, a series of ninjutsu unique to the Rinnegan user. The Rinnegan also allows the user to see chakra, including otherwise hidden barriers.

Personality:
Hayate is a person who was brought up to both protect your comrades yet make sure your mission is completed. He has a sort of sick sense of humour with his enemies and or targets of missions, in which ussually leads to him toying with his opponent since he believes so strongly that he is undefeatable. He likes Ramen, all kinds of rice, sake and other foods. He dislikes the feeling of being alone all the time, which tends to lead to brief moments of abandoning his missions.
Looks: Hayate is a male in his early twenties who stands about five foot eleven. He wears a completely jet black uniform with a jet black robe with three symbols on it. The robe's symbols consist of his former homes Police force symbol which looks similar to a metagama. The other two symbols are a bit lower on its back and are simply symbols in the shape of eyes, their very symbolic to the eyes of his rinnegan. He has black long hair down to just past shoulder height which is ussually left free flowing instead of tied up in any way. He ussually is seen carrying a Katana hidden in a purlple bag like sack, which is just big enought o fit the blade in.
History:
Hayate was found at a very young age by a Legendary Sage who is not very well known. He was brought to a village hidden somwhere in the Land of Fire, secluded from all other villages. Thier Hayate was trained as a sage and learned to harness his powers. At the age of fifteen he was placed into a police force founded by this legendary sage known as "The Masaru Keisatsu Force. He began to do all types of missions in which he new little information about the clients yet had almost all information on the targets. Wether it was privet guarding of an official or the assassinations of the clients enemies Hayate did this for the next six years. he moved up the ranks of the police force till finally a time came for Hayate to leave the village and began his own free lance work. He took on several decent paying jobs from several different villages. When Hayate turned twenty two he came acrossed the Hidden Leaves Village where he over heard several things that peaked his intrest and might turn out to become missions.[/spoiler]

My idea wasn't used in the show either! But I didn't think of it. I found some fan forum dedicated to Naruto when I was researching abilities. They had a thread of made up Kekkei-Genkai. So I picked the one I liked. :3

[b]Kekkei-Genkai[/b] - Kaminari Bodi (Lightning Body)
Akarui uses his chakra to course electricity through certain part(s) of his body, which can be used for many purposes. The body part(s) with electricity coursing through them harm enemies when they so much as touch Akarui. He can use more Chakra for more specific abilities. The members of his clan only awaken this like the Uchiha awaken the Sharingan, through a high-stress/emotional time, but unlike the Sharingan, this Kekkei-Genkai takes years to master, most of the time a decade. The effects/abilities are:
• Healing Factor: Akarui's inner electric field greatly accelerates his body's natural ability to repair damage by stimulating the muscle tissue and his immune system; essentially an accelerated healing factor, making Akarui impervious to most diseases.
• Enhanced Strength: Akarui's strength is enhanced by the electrical energy coursing through his body.
• Enhanced Durability: Akarui's durability is enhanced by his electrical energy, accelerating the speed of his body functions, allowing him to survive falls from incredible heights and to heal from several wounds quickly.
• An electric shockwave that pushes enemies and objects out of the way.
• Akarui can fire small bolts of lightning from his hands, or any other body part with electricity coursing through it. Can be used with more chakra to make it bigger or give it a specific shape.
• When Akarui finds an injured person/comrade. Akarui can charge up a burst of electricity and release it into the person's body and heal them.
• Akarui can create small explosive balls of electricity that can stick to enemies and other objects. They are made by charging up a small amount of electricity to critical mass, thus creating an explosion.
• Akarui can fire rocket-like electrical blasts which create an explosion when they hit an enemy/surface.
• Akarui's final and most powerful Kekkei-Genkai related technique, which requires most of his chakra. Akarui calls down from the sky a storm of lightning that does massive damage to the surroundings and anyone in its path. Requires a storm cloud(s) to be around.

Being highly skilled in his Kekkei-Genkai related techniques, Akarui doesn't know many jutsu.

Hmm...I like it. But...I'm thinking that you may need to take out durability, heal other people, and the rockets. Then maybe make it where you don't heal yourself so fast? Also, either take out the sticky bombs, or make it where they only stick to metal.
