Denver Posted June 8, 2011 Report Share Posted June 8, 2011 I'm a busboy for a 3-4 star restaurant (can't tell) and I may be trained to be an expo soon, but not sure, For those who don't know, expos are the guys who tell the cooks what to cook based on incoming orders and help prepare the food before it's run out, and sometimes do the running themselves.
