Welcome to my third Mega topic! I set the monsters into two main categories, based on the sub-Type of NetOp or NetNavi. Only the NetOps allowing summoning of NetNavis, similar to the Summoning idea of FF Fan's Final Fantasy set, but more fleshed out. The third SubType is Virus, which includes most bosses and the random encounter Viruses, and are fairly easy to get on the field. Most Virus monsters simply require a NetOp and/or a NetNavi monster to be face-up, or to have "Virus World" active.

When this card is Normal Summoned, if you do not have a face-up "Mega Man.EXE" on your side of the field, you can pay 800 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Mega Man.EXE" from your hand. During your Standby Phase, you can pay 1200 Life Points or discard 2 cards from your hand to Special Summon 1 "Mega Man.EXE" from your hand or Graveyard. When you draw an Equip Spell Card outside of your Draw Phase, you can immediately equip it to 1 face-up NetNavi monster you control.

When this card is Normal Summoned, if you do not have a face-up "Roll.EXE" on your side of the field, you can pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Roll.EXE" from your hand. Furing your Standby Phase you can pay 700 Life Points or discard 1 card from your hand to Special Summon 1 "Roll.EXE" from your hand or Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, increase the DEF of all "Lan Hikari" on your side of the field by 400 points.

When this card is Normal Summoned, if you do not have a face-up "Guts Man.EXE" on your side of the field, you can pay 600 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Guts Man.EXE" from your hand. During your Standby Phase, you can pay 800 Life Points or discard 1 card from your hand to Special Summon 1 "Guts Man.EXE" from your hand or Graveyard. Each time you draw a card outside of your Draw Phase, increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 50 points.

When this card is Normal Summoned, if you do not have a "Glyde.EXE" on your side of the field, you can pay 400 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Glyde.EXE" from your hand. During your Standby Phase you can pay 700 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Glyde.EXE" from your hand or Graveyard. Each time you or your opponent activates a Trap Card, add the bottom card of your Deck to your hand. When this Defense Position monster is targeted by an opponent's monster whose ATK is lower than this card's DEF, your opponent's monster cannot attack or change Battle Position while this card remains face-up on the field.

When this card is Normal Summoned, if you do not have a "Proto Man.EXE" on your side of the field, you can pay 600 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Proto Man.EXE" from your hand. During your Standby Phase you can pay 800 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Proto Man.EXE" from your hand. You can discard 1 card during your Battle Phase to have this card attack every monster on your opponent's side of the field or attack your opponent directly.

This card can be Special Summoned from your hand or Graveyard by Tributing 1 DARK monster from your hand. Once per turn, you can pay 600 Life Points to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower NetNavi monster or "Magic Man.EXE" from your hand or Deck. This card cannot declare an attack. When this card is removed from the field, return all NetNavi monsters Summoned by this card's effect on your side of the field to your hand. Once per turn, you can return 1 NetNavi monster Summoned by this effect on your side of the field to your hand to decrease the ATK of 1 monster on the field by the ATK of the returned monster.

When this card is Normal Summoned, you can pay 400 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Fire Man.EXE", "Heat Man.EXE", or"Flame Man.EXE" from your hand. Once per turn, you can pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Fire Man.EXE", "Heat Man.EXE", or "Flame Man.EXE" from your hand or Deck. When you activate this effect, this card is also treated as a FIRE monster.

This card cannot be Fusion Summoned by the effect of "Dark Synchro Chip". This card is treated as an EARTH monster while it is face-up on the field. Equip any Equip Spell Cards equipped to the "Mega Man.EXE" used as Fusion Material for the Fusion Summoning of this card to this card. This card cannot be destroyed by battle with a DARK monster.

This card cannot be Fusion Summoned by the effect of "Dark Synchro Chip". This card is treated as an EARTH monster while it is face-up on the field. Increase this card's ATK by 100 points for each Equip Spell Card on the field.

This card cannot be Fusion Summoned by the effect of "Dark Synchro Chip". When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, randomly discard 1 card from your opponent's hand and increase your Life Points by 500 points. When this card destroys a Level 6 or lower Virus monster by battle, you can pay 900 Life Points to Special Summon the destroyed monster to your side of the field.[/spoiler]

These Navis are only Summoned by NetOps that don't designate a specific NetNavi monster. As of now, World Three and Mega Man.EXE - Brother Style are the only monsters in this set who can bring these to the field. Monsters equipped with P.E.T. can as well, but there are no normal monsters in this set.

When this card destroys an opponent's Level 4 or lower monster, Banish all monsters in their hand, Deck, and Graveyard with the same name as the destroyed monster. When a card effect increases your Life Points, decrease your Life Points by the same amount instead. During your Draw Phase, you can draw 2 cards instead of 1. During your Main Phase, you can discard 1 card to increase this card's ATK by 300 points until the End Phase. Once per turn, you can change the Attribute of this card. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, randomly discard 1 card from your opponent's hand. This card cannot be equipped with any Equip Spell Cards.

Yes, Hub and Bug Style sever the tie between Lan and Mega Man. Hub because of the big LP loss and in-game nature, and Bug because of the 6 roll self-Banishment.[/spoiler]

During the turn where this card is Synchro Summoned, increase the ATK of all FIRE monsters on your side of the field by 400 points, except this card. This card is also treated as a Pyro-Type monster while it is face-up on the field. While this card is face-up on the field, your monsters cannot be destroyed by battle with a WATER monster. When this card is removed from the field by a WATER monster, add 1 "Mega Man.EXE" from your Graveyard to your hand. This card cannot be Synchro Summoned or added to your hand by a card effect.

This card cannot be Synchro Summoned or added to your hand by a card effect.

When this card is Synchro Summoned, select 4 cards on your opponent's side of the field. If they are face-down, flip them face-up. Their effects are not activated at this time. Destroy any selected Spell or Trap Cards and any Level 4 or lower selected Monster Cards. If any selected monsters are Level 5 or higher, decrease their ATK and DEF by 300 points during each player's Standby Phase. This card is also treated as a Fiend-Type monster while it is face-up on the field. For each time this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, inflict 400 points of Effect Damage to your opponent's Life Points during their End Phase. When this card is removed from the field by a LIGHT monster, add 1 "Mega Man.EXE" from your Graveyard to your hand. This card cannot be Synchro Summoned or added to your hand by a card effect.

When this card is removed from the field by a WIND and EARTH monster, add 1 "Mega Man.EXE" from your Graveyard to your hand. This card cannot be Synchro Summoned or added to your hand by a card effect.

When this card is Synchro Summoned, select 1 unoccupied Monster Card Zone on your opponent's side of the field. Cards cannot be placed in the selected Card Zone while this card is in face-up Attack Position. This card is also treated as a Rock-Type monster while it is face-up on the field. When this card is removed from the field by a WIND monster, add 1 "Mega Man.EXE" from your Graveyard to your hand. This card cannot be Synchro Summoned or added to your hand by a card effect.

1 Rock-Type NetNavi Tuner + 1 "Mega Man.EXE"
When this card is Synchro Summoned, select 1 Level 4 or lower monster on your opponent's side of the field. Equip the selected monster to this card as an Equip Spell Card. I've added Gregar, Falzar, their Fused form, and the corresponding Beast Outs. Cybeasts are under Viruses, and the Beast Outs are under a new Spoiler in NetNavis. (With The Fusion Beast Out as an Exceed!) I should have the Life Virus and any other viruses that I can get pics for up later today. And please, I'd like a comment or two from the community. Even something like "Good job, 8/10" or whatever. Lets me know if people actually like them or if anything needs to be fixed.

EDIT: I forgot to put them up earlier, so now I've added the new Battle Chips. They're Invisible and the various Stage Chips.

We now have Cross Fusions of Mega, Roll, and Proto Man, fused by the Synchro Chip Spell Cards. Also, Viruses have full presence. "Virus World" allows a player to Normal Summon 2 Viruses per turn, or Special Summon 1 from the Grave. New Battle Chips are here too, namely Magnum, ElemTrap, as well as Area and PanelGrab. Bass' Falzar Cross is also done, as the second Xyz in this set!

... you have a lot of great looking cards... ... looks like you're going for the whole collection rather than a deck since theres too much cards to pull together for a deck... ... and they are some [u]very[/u] nice images too unlike my white backgrounds... ... ... i dont rate [u][b]Pop Culture[/b][/u] cards... and its really my 1st time here in [u][b]Pop Culture[/b][/u]... ... and i see them as more of a collection of cards for show rather than for real use like in a real Yugioh set...

Thanks for the comment, Hero. There are ways I've set this up to be used in some capacity in a deck. Though it takes a bit of time to set-up, a Bass deck with his 2 Specials and Cossak summoning could serve quite successfully as a beatdown, especially with Gospel for GS. Or, you could swarm with the Viruses and Virus World, with an ultimate Life Virus focus. Though mostly, I was going for a gallery-type setup here.

For the images, such as the Viruses, it just takes some practice. You'll get used to it after a bit of trying.

Good job with the effects, but the equips seem underpowered. You did a great job incorporating all the forms. The pictures on the cards are of an outstanding quality. Nice job keeping within the OCG, with the exception of the XYZ's, they don't work like that; an XYZ is summoned when two or more of the same level are sent to the grave. The only other problem I see is the deck has limited to no draw power. Only 2 Traps.
