App is not yet finished but I´m posting it to make shure it´s accepted so far.
I hope radio414 doesn´t mind me giving my character a vendetta against the phoenixes.
Username: Lazaruz
RP Name: Agnar
Gender: Male
Age: 25
Race: Dragon-Human Hybrid
Faction: Dragons
Appearance]
He has, like all other human-dragon hybrids, slit eyes but with amber pupils
The eyes are usualy hidden by the hood or partialy hidden by his hair.

He does not use the sword in the picture but instead only keeps it as a memento.
Of whom or what, there is no one outside of possible members of the guild that knows.

Actuall weapon(s) are detailed under the appropriate spoiler

Bio] Agnar is quite literally the man with no past.
His earliest memory is, at least from how much he has told, is at the age of nine, running in panic through the forests near his home, the house being set ablaze by what he later came to learn of as phoenix fire.
For what seemed like days he was on foot, doing his best to hide from the phoenixes sent to exterminate his kind, most likely well aware of the prophecy.

Roughly a month after his home was attacked, Agnar, at the time an unnamed, fatigued, thirsty and on the edge of starving, little boy, finally found a human settlement, a town on the edge of a vast desert, to get help in.
Ripping apart one of his sleeves and using it as a rag to cover his eyes with, he approached the town, looking for a place to stay and claiming to be blind.
First, his only home was the streets as he had no other choice then to become a beggar, living only on the pure pity of others, a thought he to this day hates to admit.
Though luckily, he was noticed by the local orphanage and taken in.
Almost being paranoid by now, Agnar lied about his parents fate and to this day, when needed, claims his dad to have been killed by a bear and his mom to have died in childbirth.
He stayed at the orphanage for roughly three years before another “incident” occurred.

Agnar had gotten into a fight with a guard, being accused of stealing and in the process, the guard ripped away the “rag” Agnar used to cover his eyes with.
Needless to say, slit eyes are not the easiest thing to hide, nor is it common, and the rumors about him being a
Human-dragon hybrid spread like a wildfire through the town.
Deeply fearing this would send new phoenixes after his ass that would burn the town in the process,
Agnar ran away the following night.

This is where his story gets foggy as the next point in his life is being taken in by an assassin guild.
This is also the source of his training with swords, throwing knives and regular knives.
It´s unknown if he´s still with the guild but he currently travels the world alone, having sworn a vendetta on the phoenix kingdom and already with a notable kill count.
Personality: Agnar is a loner through and through though unlike what most would think, it is only because he´s afraid whoever gets close to him will end up dead.
If you really get to know him, he can actually be quite a nice guy but with a thick shell.
Towards the phoenixes, he is a coldblooded killer few can match and to a lesser degree, the same applies to the griffins.
He is however capable of showing honor if called for.
Skills/Abilities]
Hybrid additions:
Increased eyesight (3x the amount of normal humans)
Increased hearing (6x the amount of normal humans)
Increased strength (3x the amount of a normal human bodybuilder)
Nearly unbreakable skin
Spells]Agnar does not use spells in the traditional sense but instead only uses the commands as a sort of cue.

Flames of Judgement
"Light and dark, judge him/her" (The last part changes depending on opponent)

With the command, Agnar channels his magical power through both his swords, causing Yin to burn with a white, almost pristine, flame, and Yang to burn with a black, sinister, fire.

At will, by performing a swiping motion with his swords while this spell is active, they will release sickle shaped energy attacks, colored simmilarly as the flames on the sword.
The attacks released by Yin stuns and pushes his target back and
the attacks released by Yang destroys the target outright, the attacks going straight through most enemies, only leaving a pile of charred remains.

Excluding the additional power of this spell, it has a relatively simple nature and hence requires a rather low ammount of mental energy and is therefore easy to maintain

Flame of Oblivion
"Fade from this world"

Uttering said command, Agnar channels his magic power through Yang, causing it to burn with a black, sinister flame.
By hitting the ground while Yang has been set on fire with this spell, a wall of black flames will rapidly spread towards the target and anything the flames touch will slowly fade away as smoke.
This also applies as soon as Yang cathes fire with this spell but requires tremendus ammounts of mental and physical energy to maintain.
Because of that, Agnar has at most only been able to maintain this spell for 30 seconds and only able to execute (meaning so it affects his target) once without being notably weakened in combat.

Blood-Spells]
Shadow Dance]
"As the world darkens, My power grows"

By stabbing Yang into the ground after activating the spell, a black dome, speculated to be roughly a hundred meters across, forms around Agnar and his target, them starting out in the middle of the thing.
Inside the dome, all light and sound are supressed untill its almost nonexistant
Yin however, serves to negate the light supression for the caster, making it so Agnar can see while its active and his target can not.

But Yin does not negate the sound supression, turning this spell into a double edged sword as Agnar can at most only see his target, not hear it as well as the requirements to maintain the spell being tremendus, due to it bending both light and sound, a not so easy task.
Agnar can at most maintain the spell for two minutes, tough it is a rather extreme value as it leaves him sevearley weakened and on the brink of fainting.
One minute is his maximum if he still wants to be able to fight

Shadow Blades]
"The shadows grows, as your life ends"

By moving his hand in a clockwise fashion, countless pitch black blades will appear next to Agnar, hovering in midair.
Then, by uttering "dissapear", the blades will shoot towards his target like rain, next to impossible to avoid.

This requires darkness to work however or it will take such a toll on Agnar it will risk killing him.

Shadow clone]
"One was not enough, now you face an army"

From an observers perspective, when activated, multiple copies will appear to split of the caster and then multiply amongst themselves untill they number that of a small army and beyond.
They are however nothing more than illusions, caused by bending light, and are because of that unable to act on their own and are only able to copy the casters move and will dissapear as soon as they are attacked.
Though the up side of that drawback is that the requrements are not as heavy and could even be maintained while in battle with minor drawback in fighting capabilities.
The absolute max time Agnar has been shown to maintain the spell is however only four minutes while being dangerously close to fainting afterwards.

Shadow stepps]
Withouth the use of a sentence, Agnar can cause the light to fold around him, making both him and any items he might be carrying, completely invisible.

He is however unable to maintain this in combat and can not attack while invisible

Hybrid-Spells:
Transformation] Agnar is capable to at will transform in,to a huge black dragon, measuring about 42feet tall and 15feet wide.

While transformed, Agnar does not actually loose his magical abilities but instead becomes unable to use them conciously.
Instead his magic powers tend to materialize on their own as frightening illusions that is only able to be seen by the intended target.
Agnar himself is unaware when it happens due to it working on a subconcious level and being fueled by his own anger, hate and bloodlust.

The most notable ability Agnar gains (and can control) while transformed is the ability to shoot fire from his mouth and the ability to fly.

While transformed a weakness on his belly is revealed due to it not being covered with scales like the rest of his body is.

The true strenght of this form fully depends on Agnar´s inner rage and is therefore only commonly only used when he truly wishes to anahilate an opponent instead of killing them the old fashioned way.
Wings of Darkness

By partialy transforming, Agnar gains the wings of his dragon form, giving him the ability to fly

Weapons]
Main]
His main weapons consists of a set of twin, single edged, swords, referred to by Agnar as Yin and Yang.

Typicaly they are used in medium to close range but more often then not also acts as
focus points for his spells

Yin, the white sword, is usualy wielded in his left hand and Yang, the black sword, is usualy wielded in his right hand.
Their scabbards however hang by the opposite hip of the hand they are wielded in, meaning Yin hangs by his right hip and Yang hangs by his left.

Secondary]Hidden in a secret compartement of his wristguards there are two medium lenght knife blades, activated in a manner somewhat simmilar to that of a switchblade, with a light flick of his hands inwards, Agnar will cause the blades to appear, redy to be used in combat, and by repeating said movement, the blades will retract back into their compartement, impossible to detect unless the wristguard is picked appart.

Since the blades have a very poor range, they are usualy only used as a last resort in close or very close range
Hidden on multiple but easy acess points in his attire, Agnar has hidden a set of throwing daggers, naturally only used when he is unable to get within range of his opponent.

On very rare ocasions, Agnar has wielded a bow for long range combat but is assumed to have disposed of it by now or atleast permanently switched it in favour of his throwing daggers due to having a rather poor aim for targets very far away from him.
Extra: Agnar, as you might or might not guess from the bio, is not his real name
but instead a sort of alias he created.
Agnar means “no one” in the native tongue of his “foster family”
(foster family meaning those who worked at the orphanage and the assassin guild)
