Zauls
Maybe take out Scapegoat for Mind Control. I found Scapegoat was only good with 3 Formula.

byak
I'm definitely not cutting Scapegoat, Scapegoat is supposed to work with Cyber Valley, and adds a lot more synergy with Debris, Bulb, Spore, etc, not to mention it fuels triple E-Con which also works well with some of the unnatural components of the deck. If anything I'm probably just cutting Rai-Ohs.
Yeezus
Oh you. Rai-Oh is amazing this format, why'd you cut it?

Bob the Rainicorn
Well, if Thunder King is so good this format (and I believe it is), why don't you use Cyber Dragon? Cyber Dragon forces your opponent to use their Thunder King Rai-Oh, and if they don't activate Rai-Oh's effect, then you know they probably have Dimensional Prison or Mirror Force face down. In addition, you can also use Cyber Dragon as fodder for Cyber Valley, and make Number 61 with Librarian to push for game, if needed. Also, I've been seeing quite a few people playing Compulsory right now, Cyber Dragon is almost immune to Compulsory (except during the battle phase). byak
Compulsory f***ing sucks and I have no idea where you're looking at. I might try Cydra and odds are I'll just side it.
Bob the Rainicorn
I've been trying out DN recently, 1 out of 3 players use compulsory. though I agree entirely that Compulsory is rather lack luster this format, it doesn't stop major plays, or effectively get rid of obstacles.
