The [b]Blood [/b] Archetype are a series of DARK and LIGHT Attribute monsters. They are based around effects that activate when they destroy a monster by battle. Therefore this does not include destroying a monster by a card effect. The names of Blood monsters are based on the 48 constellations: Leo, Capricon, Pisces, Libra etc. Most Blood monsters artwork have the animals or objects their names were based on (Gemini are twins, Aries is a sheep.) The Attribute of the 12 Signs of the Zodiac are based on whether if they are a positive sign or a negative sign (Libra is positive sign thus a LIGHT Attribute monster, whereas Scorpio is a negative sign and is on the other hand a DARK Attribute monster). The Bloodriver is sub-Archetype of this series but has very few supports.

These cards are really good, love the names and pics and the template is awesome.
One thing Id like to know is with Blood Love Aries, can you keep halving its ATK to keep attacking in a turn if all Monsters on your Opponents field have less ATK?
The cards seem balanced and I really want to see Bloodriver Dragon and the other blood synchros

@Tsukai Uchiha - Yes you can keep halving its ATK to keep attacking in a turn, but I mightbe neffing it's effect. Thanks for the comments

for Leo, it's not really too hard to summon

though with regards to the destruction effect, for some reason it reminds me a lot of Armed Dragon lv7's effect, not sure if that's where you pulled it from

for Opichus, protecting just ONE monster you control for just ONE turn, that's not really much. The synchro summoning part is OPed though, because you're allowing ANY synchro to get onto the field. You need to be specific


finally, for Blood Plasma Dragon, you were supposed to say you can only activate ONE of the following effects per turn

activating ALL of them is just too much

Lupus I guess will have to depend on the Blood monster you're normal summoning, could get broken, could not be

for Velpecula, I guess the atk gain although permanent isn't really too much, you made the right drawback for its effect negation so it should be fine

for Phoenix, I'm a bit confused.

You said detaching the xyz material and forcing the activation of a face down card.

What did you mean by timing isn't right for the activation of it? Throw out an example of that please.
