When this card is activated, it is treated as a Continuous Spell card. sgrug4
The black plain BG is making my OCD pump!!! xD! I'm guessing crystal beasts. But milling isnt rly the way to go is it? Bad ocg! This card can only be activated when your opponent activates a Spell or Trap card this effect only belongs to a trigger effect per se (Trap/ quick play) What you can do is : While this card remains on the field, each player must.... Good idea though! Ieyasu Tokugawa
Idgi. Activate a Spell card at a specific timing, then give it an effect that has no specific timing to activate and is worded like it continuously goes through. Can you give an explanation of your idea please?
Makο
I know it's probably worded like s***. xD Iron Chain support, except with an minor emphasis on attacking Crystal Beasts. Milling and burn and all the like. I'mma go reword this. Gimme a sec.
sgrug4
Ahh, but iron chain is so unpopular. I'd like to see more support then.
Makο
I have 2 other support cards lower in Realistc, both starting with Iron Chain. Should be easy to find.
sgrug4
You should put it in a set! So we can rate your cards all together. That'd be nice
Makο
I could, I guess. I'll think about it for a minute. Updated!
ragnarok1945
interesting Mako has a neat milling effect, could have been a bit faster, but whatever
Kato_Zenamara
"While this card remains on the field, each player must send 1 card from the top of their deck to the graveyard each time a card is placed in the spell/trap card zone." Interesting card, but it wouldn't see much use. Iron Chains aren't run at all, and this would be a side deck at best.
Ieyasu Tokugawa
I still don't get the second to last effect. Can you give an explanation?

He forgot to stuff it in there i guess
Makο
No, I worded it so that ANY card placed in either players Spell and Trap zone would cause the owner of said card to take the top card from their deck and put it in the graveyard. It doesn't have to be a Spell. It could be a monster, trap, anything. It doesn't need to be activated either. I'm wondering how it would work with Iron Chain Snake, though. When equipped, would the original owner take one card and put it in the grave? Or would the owner of the card it was equipped to?
Sander
Each time a player activates or sets a Spell or a Trap card, or moves a Monster Card to the Spell & Trap Card Zone by a card effect: Send the top card of their Deck to the Graveyard. Maybe a wording like this? Makο
Hmm...yeah, I guess that would be a little more clear. Thanks.
sgrug4
That's not the correct milling effect. He mills for every card in the Spell&Trap zone. It's a funny wording.

Makο
sgrug, you have it all wrong. It's not the preexisting cards, it ever card placed in that zone after the cards activation. That's why it is changed to continuous after activation.

Makο
Yup. Anything you put in that zone will cause the owner to mill one. You could put a ROCK in that zone and I'd make you mill! I'll be editing the card in a bit.
:bcoe
here's a variation of the card: make it a continuous trap card that activates only by opponent spell/trap and have it so that your card only remains active as long as the opponents card is on the field, i.e. activate it for continuous, equip, field etc. Then have the mil effect, but maybe add that it can't be destroyed by traps as well. Makes it more situational but harder to destroy and holds one of their cards to ransom.

Sander
Nah, kidding. Why make a card more situational AND worse? Nobody in this freaking meta runs Continuous Spell / Trap Cards anymore (other than the lone Skill Drain), so the idea to make it only affect the opponent if he/she is running those cards is just awful.
