Still, if he made it as I'm sure he intended, it's a walking + generator that then has an effect should they happen to set, say, Ryko. IT's as broken as the other Envoys. EDIT: And no this was not an attempt to balance the Dark Magician of Chaos. This was Dark Magician's equivillent of being an Envoy monster. Using a template of Dark Magician of Chaos since they share a lot of background. A bit like Black Luster Soldier being turned into an Envoy. Althemia Posted October 21, 2011 Report Share Posted October 21, 2011 I lol'd at the fact that you can add a Toon Table of Contents to your hand and return another in your Grave to the Deck. :3 This is broken.
