I wished that it allows you to select a monster in your Graveyard whose Level is equal to the Rank of the equipped monster and attach it when it destroys a monster by battle. It's by no means a bad card, given that it puts even stats wise weaker Rank 4s like Chain, Roach and Kachi above Stardust and pushing most level 8s, and makes Big Eye a 4000ATK beatstick. And Utopia becomes a lulzy beatstick also. Also, Super Dreadnought Cannon becomes 5000 ATK <3. This is actually pretty cool. [/quote] I think that's the reason its being released and why they'll probably be more in Order of Chaos. By giving Xyz more powerful, specific support; more people might be tempted to play (and buy) them and make Inbstant Xyz focused decks, and be prised away from their precious Brionac and Librarian. Premier Alexander Romanov Posted November 3, 2011 Report Share Posted November 3, 2011 This is a very interesting card to tech in if you run any Xyzs, or at least Side Deck. It makes Pearl, an Xyz staple due to its Stardust-beating 2600 ATK, a 3400 ATK beatstick that can protect the Field Spell much more easily due to it not needed its Xyz Materials. The Wind-Up Zenmaighty rush strategy becomes much more potent, with each Zenmaighty having 2100 ATK and DEF. Zenmaines turns into a 2700 DEF wall (or 2100 ATK fighter), and Leviair, Lavalval Chain, and Daigusto Emeral now get to stay on he field much longer. Even Xyzs not commonly used, like Grenosaurus and Kachi Kochi Dragon, turn into possible options for an Instant Xyz Deck, as the bonuses now make them much more playable. This Field Spell is definitely a hidden gem in Photon Shockwave, and I think it can radically change the way we have been playing Xyzs. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
