This last bit of your De-synchronizer seems a bit off to me. Doesn't discard only imply with the cards in your hand not on the field?

Rating: 8/10! Nice job on them.

First shouldn't blue print be a magic/trap card that works like a blue print. Example: "Select 1 Machine-Type Monster from your Deck and remove it from play face-down. During your 3rd Standby Phase after activation, destroy this card and add it to your hand." Also Demonphish seems to be over powered. With attack like that no one really needs defence. It will just be backed up with Spell, and Trap cards. I think it should be forced into defence mode after attacking.

It's really hard to rate a group of cards with like 30 cards in them, but I'll try. (Consider using spoilers though)
First off, I'd like to comment on that some of the cards' OCG is off a bit, mostly it's good though, would you mind just putting the lore please. It's easier to fix OCG.
The card I'll focus on now is Autumn Dragon. Yeah, the level 10 vanilla with 4000 ATK and DEF. That thing is CRAZY strong, and (what do I know about today's meta) 1000 ATK above vanilla maximum.
Another card I'll comment on is Death of the Universe. Along with almost all the cards, unfortunately, it's really strong. Removing from play all cards? I mean use that, combo with whatever other cards you have (say Cyber Dragon or other Special Summon cards) in your hand you can do 4000+ damage to your opponent and he has NO WAY to protect himself. And then he's screwed the rest of the duel because he won't be able to come back from losing all his cards.
Basically, I'm saying that lots of these cards are too strong and should take your consideration of weakening them.
Most of the pictures are also of poor quality.
