It's rare sense now. He just wants everyone to reckon he's great and stuff. There's a few reasons why he wouldn't find a MSE on the floor. 1: It's released in CP02 (Champion Pack 2) which can only be bought online or won in tournaments. It's worth around ?30 tops ($70 tops)2: Kids who get them, have them traded straight off them3. Proper players don't just leave cards like that lying about4. It wasn't there in the first place. It could be that a very good player went to walmart after a big tournament and was in too much of a hurry to realize that he dropped the MSE he had in his pocket.
