We Who Rebel Against Fate - Fortuna Atra (Black Fortune!)

A remake of an old old old OOOOOLD set concept I had called the Pre-Destined.
The Fortuna Atra are outcasts in a dystopian society that devalues life; they are individuals deemed too costly or dangerous to have a place in Utopia. Fated to die by the villainous Magocracy, a cabal of techno-wizards so powerful as to manipulate probability itself, they band together in search of a rumor; a young woman, gifted with great strength, and immune to the powers of the Wyrd Machine - "she who stands above Fate." The universe itself is against them - can they prevail?

This card can only be summoned from the Side Deck by the effect of "Fortuna Atra - Her Machinations." While this card is on the field or in the Graveyard, the effects of all other cards in all Graveyards is negated. Once, during your End Phase, you may return one "Fortuna Atra" monster in your Graveyard to your Deck, then activate one of the following effects for each "Fortuna Atra" monster in your Graveyard and apply it to this card until your next End Phase: +This card cannot be destroyed by battle. +This card cannot be removed from play or sent to the Graveyard. +This card cannot be returned to the hand or Deck. +This card cannot be destroyed by Trap Cards. +This card cannot be destroyed by Monster Effects. +This card cannot be destroyed by Spell Cards. +This card's effect(s) can't be negated. If this card is removed from the field except during the Battle Phase, take 700 damage and return it to the top or the bottom of your Deck. This card cannot be removed from the Graveyard. (If there are 7 or more "Fortuna Atra" monsters in the Graveyard, you lose the Duel.) When this card declares an attack, select 1 card on the field; if that card's Level is equal to or lower than the number of "Fortuna Atra" monsters in your Graveyard x2, send it to the Graveyard.

If this card is removed from the field, and neither its ATK or DEF are lower than its original ATK or DEF, take 500 damage and return it to the top or the bottom of your Deck. This card cannot be removed from the Graveyard. (If there are 7 or more "Fortuna Atra" monsters in the Graveyard, you lose the Duel.) Once per turn, instead of attacking with this card, you can select 1 monster on the field and halve its ATK. Then, the opponent of the player who controlled that card takes damage equal to that monster's ATK.

If this card is removed from the field except by the effect of a Spell Card, take 400 damage and return it to the top or the bottom of your Deck. This card cannot be removed from the Graveyard. (If there are 7 or more "Fortuna Atra" monsters in the Graveyard, you lose the Duel.) When this card is summoned, choose 1 "Fortuna Atra" Spell Card and 2 other Spell Cards. Your opponent chooses one and adds it to your hand; the others are returned to the Deck. If this card is equipped with an Equip Spell Card, it gains 300 ATK and DEF.

If this card is removed from the field by its own effect, or if it has been on the field for more than 2 full turns, take 400 damage and return it to the top or the bottom of your Deck. This card cannot be removed from the Graveyard. (If there are 7 or more "Fortuna Atra" monsters in the Graveyard, you lose the Duel.) When this card attacks your opponent directly, return it to the Deck, then add 1 "Fortuna Atra" monster from your Deck to your hand.

If this card is removed from the field, except while there are 0 or 6 "Fortuna Atra" monsters in the Graveyard, take 300 damage and return this card to the top or bottom of your Deck. This card cannot be removed from the Graveyard. (If there are 7 or more "Fortuna Atra" monsters in the Graveyard, you lose the Duel.) This card's DEF is equal to the number of "Fortuna Atra" monsters in the Graveyard x500. If there are no "Fortuna Atra" monsters in the Graveyard, you can send this card and 2 other cards on the field or in either player's hand to the Graveyard. If there are 6 "Fortuna Atra" monsters in the Graveyard, during your Draw Phase, you can draw an additional card.

If this card is sent to the Graveyard while you have 1 or fewer cards in your hand, return it to the top or bottom of your Deck and take 400 damage. (If there are 7 or more "Fortuna Atra" monsters in the Graveyard, you lose the Duel.) Once per turn, you can select one "Fortuna Atra" monster in your Deck and send it to the Graveyard. During your End Phase, if the selected monster is in the Graveyard, draw a card.

If this card is removed from the field, except by its effect, take 300 damage and return it to the top or the bottom of your Deck. This card cannot be removed from the Graveyard. (If there are 7 or more "Fortuna Atra" monsters in the Graveyard, you lose the Duel.) If a card with more DEF than ATK would be sent to the Graveyard, you can send this card from the field or hand to the Graveyard instead, and it is not destroyed; then, draw 1 card.

If this card is removed from the field in Attack Position, take 300 damage and return it to the top or bottom of your Deck. This card cannot be removed from the Graveyard. (If there are 7 or more "Fortuna Atra" monsters in the Graveyard, you lose the Duel.) If you would take damage, you can change this Attack Position card to Defense Position to negate that damage; this card's position cannot be changed again until your next Standby Phase.

Pay half your Life Points and negate the effects of all cards in all Graveyards until the next Phase. Special Summon 1 "Fortuna Atra" monster from your Graveyard. If the monster summoned by this card is the only "Fortuna Atra" monster you control, its effect is negated and it cannot attack.

Activate only if there are at least 5 "Fortuna Atra" cards on the field or in the Graveyard with different names. Select 1 "Fortuna Atra" monster you control and return it to your Side Deck; Special Summon 1 "She Who Stands Above Fate" from your Side Deck. Then, take 500 damage for each "Fortuna Atra" monster in your Graveyard.

At the start of your Draw Phase, declare a card name. If the card you draw has the declared name, you may Special Summon it. If the card does not have the declared name, discard it. If a "Fortuna Atra" monster is summoned in this way, gain Life Points equal to its level x100.

The summoning from the side deck is certainty an interesting concept... The effects seem quite good though.

These seem kind of like an opposition to fortune lady cards to me.

Did you do the artwork yourself, because it's brilliant.

I'm gonna go back over these later (when I'm not so tired) and give some better comments.
