@FinalFan: Start withan intro of sorts to who your character is. Or just screw that part and interact with one of the others xD Your choice.

@Piercer and Stalfos: Accepted. And as for the Life Point number, it was a nostalgic choice on my half xD When I was little and Yugioh first came out, I tried holding a tournement. Duelists played with 6000 LP but at that time, I just wanted to be different from Battle City or Duelist Kingdom and I wanted my own rules to the tourney. As I got older, it just seemed to fit. It limits single turn turnaround victories, but doesn't totally eliminate them. That aside, I feel 6000 LP makes the duel long enough to be exiting, but not get too tedious.

Finally finished. Tell me if anything's wrong.
Entering with a friend.
Name: Suzumiya "Suzumi"/"Suzu" Joutei
Age: 24
Gender: Female
Hometown: Crashtown, then Neo Domino
Duel Level: Professional
Underground Rank: A-069
Deck Types:
Photon Rampage - Photons + Numbers(On occasion)
It's A Wonderful Photon World - Photons + Numbers + NGEPD
Occupation: Duel Disk Developer In Secret/Underground Duelist

Appearance: Suzumi is a tall, slender figured woman with alluring navy blue eyes, an above average sized bust, and long black hair that's usually wrapped up in a long ponytail. The woman doesn't wear much to cover up her creamy skin, only wearing a long sleeved black top with a cute midriff and blue jeans. She's usually seen walking around in black pumps.
Ever so rarely does Suzumi get out of her comfort zone and unleashes her full powers. When doing so, she is completely engulfed in a pillar of blue energy. Once it disappears, her new form is exposed. Suzumi's hair is now completely freed, and her eyes glow a blood red color. The female's clothing now consists of a black mantled trench coat paired with a red long sleeved shirt. She also has pants and boots that match the color of her hair.
Bio: Suzumiya first played in Crashtown during the reign of an nigh unstoppable duelist who was saved by his three friends. Back then, she wanted to test her wits against pros like that, but was never allowed to because her parents just knew she'd never be able to touch them. Her parents never got to see her first fight against a professional because they were killed in an explosion. This traumatic experience made her run away from her hometown to go live in Neo Domino City. She played with a deck constructed by all three of them together, and she has been winning with that deck a lot ever since. Suzumi's winning streak helped her become a professional.

Along her rise to fame, she and a certain man named Hiroto Koutei were selected to fight one another. To this day, the duel itself has said to have no conclusion. The ending was never seen, and the two sometimes argue over who won. Even so, Suzumi and Hiro have actually been friends ever since, and this was only in her teenage years.

... Then it happened.

A terrible, terrible law was passed. Worldwide Competition was put to a complete standstill because only authority and licensed pros were allowed to even carry a duel disk. Suzumi never got a license, so she couldn't play legally. This broke the damsel's heart, because this was the game her parents, her best friend, and Suzu herself loved to death. The emotion she felt when this law was passed eventually drove the woman mad and caused an awakening of new powers within her. Suzumi managed to prevent her descent to insanity when she realized there were probably people who thought the same. They weren't going to stop playing.

Suzumi learned of the Underground Duels that now take place virtually everywhere that was a policeman's blindspot. Not only did she begin to participate, but the girl contributed to making these hidden games as realistic and entertaining as possible. As such, she helps with the development of new duel disks that are not registered in any files, and used by the Underground Duelists to further avoid detection.

The first thing she did was get Hiro into doing this. Suzumi knew that he would have to love the game as much as her, regardless of what he'd try to say. She especially wanted to make him known as a close friend and partner. It was considered as an adventure of two best friends to her. This adventure has uncovered some powerful cards they use today. Some of them being the "Number" monsters that are used by Suzumi. Another being a card that appeared during the awakening to her powers: Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon.

Suzumiya Joutei has been half-forgotten in the outside world, but is known as the "Photon Queen" in the Underground. She's mostly known to be with her friend: Hiroto Koutei and being an incredibly powerful duelist alongside him. Also, for watching over the hidden crowds, looking out for everyone so all can continue to have their love for Duel Monsters flourish.

To this day however, she has a deep hatred for those that have forced the players of this game to go into hiding. Much to her dismay, it's fueling her Photon powers. The woman's other form has awakened at least three times already, and absolutely no one but herself and Hiro know about it. Suzumi intends to keep it that way for the rest of her life.
Feel free to ask for any changes to the app and they'll be made.
Name: Hiroto (Hiro as a nickname) Koutei
Age: 24
Gender: Male
Hometown: Neo-Domino City
Duel Level: Professional
Underground Rank: A-068
Deck Types: Elemental HEROs (super polymerization and masked HERO focus)
Occupation: Software Engineer/Underground Duelist
Appearance: Hiro stands at about six feet tall and appears a little lanky. Despite this his muscles are slightly toned, particularly his legs. His legs are slightly longer than his upper body. Hiro's full height is usually very easy to gauge as he tends to stand tall with decent posture. His eyes are a pale blue-grey color. His hair is blond and shaggy, coming down to about his ears on the sides, his collar on the back, and slightly above his eye brows in the front. His hair looks a little unkempt, not really messy but definitely not styled. There is a general part down the middle where the hair has a general part.

Due to his job Hiro can commonly be seen in business dress where he wears dark blue long-sleeved dress shirts, dark ties, black slacks, and black dress shoes. For casual dress he tends to stick to t-shirts, either simply long-sleeved or short sleeved with unbuttoned dress shirt type shirts over it, and dark pants. For duels where he takes on his Masked Hero alter ego (as explained in bio) he dons a opaque colorless mask over his face that covers his entire face and changes colors when certain HERO monsters are summoned. Additionally he wears silky black pants, a dark red dress shirt and black silky vest over, as well as a matching black cape.

Bio: Hiro came to Neo Domino in his teenaged years, due to his father finding work there, and despite not having grown up there considers it his home town. The reason for this is simple, it's where he came in contact with the game of Duel Monsters. He'd heard of the game while growing up, various people would play it and talk about what was going on in the professional world of the game. To Hiro it all seemed rather silly and so he didn't pick it up as a child. He preferred things about super heros to playing card games. He'd get comic books, watch tv shows, all the usual things.

When he first came to Neo Domino though he stumbled across a discussion of older decks in the game and without really staying too long by the people talking he caught the words Elemental Hero. Those words got Hiro curious. It seemed the super heros he loved so much might have a presence in the game of duel monsters as well. That night he got to looking up the card game and got deeply involved in whatever web pages described the Elemental HERO cards.

That was when he determined to enter the game himself, but he knew he wouldn't want to play with some basic deck for experience. He knew he wanted the HERO deck before he even tried to play anyone. His parents were okay with the change toward duel monsters as that would lead to much more interaction with people than tv shows and comic books would. So scrounging together whatever allowance and other money he could, Hiro set out to assemble his deck.

Finding everything he wanted for the deck certainly took a while but Hiro found all the time and effort to be worth it as he had an Elemental HERO deck in his possession. With the deck ready he was now comfortable moving on to playing the game. It was hard to find anyone who would play him of course. Not originally being from Neo Domino his classmates who had been born and raised there were reluctant to interact with him let alone play duel monsters with him. This sense of not belonging has always sort of stuck with Hiro since.

Of course he did find opponent's to play and learn the game from. As Synchro monsters were the new mechanic of the game at the time many would find it funny he ran a deck completely void of them. Granted as Hiro's knowledge of the game increased he came to realize the potential in the Elemental HERO deck he had. Looking in to new HERO cards he managed to alter his deck to what it is now. That is, a deck that uses super polymerization and Masked HEROs. Soon he found his deck was very competitive, and didn't suffer from now using synchros.

Around his junior year in high school Hiro was challenged by a professional. The circumstances were actually very random. It was to decide who was to get the last doughnut at a coffee shop. Needless to say the whole situation had Hiro rather confused. Regardless he was able to defeat this professional and got the doughnut in the process. Of course he didn't know it was a pro and didn't know the pro world of dueling would now have it's eye on him.

Eventually he was approached by the pro world and decided to go for it. He won enough duels to gather some attention. The height of his stretch as a pro was his encounter with one Suzumiya Joutei. After the duel, which supposedly never concluded, the two became great friends from then on. Granted they still would argue on occasion about who won this duel. Since no one else has the conclusion on record there's really no way to confirm.

Shortly after his duel with Suzu, Hiro began to withdraw from the pro world, wishing to go to college and work out a career and such. Granted he would still play on occasion. Suzu didn't hesitate to bug him for pulling out of the pro dueling scene but at the same time was also supportive of him doing what he wanted. Hiro received a master's degree in software engineering and still currently holds a job with a major software company.

However something horrible had happened in the dueling world. A law passed that made dueling illegal to all those not licensed to do so. Hiro certainly wasn't happy but there wasn't a whole lot he could do about it. He couldn't overturn a law or anything so it seemed he'd have to give up on dueling.

That is until Suzu came around again one day. She told him of the world of underground dueling she'd gotten in on and how she wanted him to get into it too. Hiro couldn't really refuse, the offer was very tempting. And at the same time a sort of strong feeling came over Hiro. Like all the heros he loved in his child hood, and like the heros residing in his deck, he wished to be a champion of justice. And so he took on a sort of alter ego while dueling in the under ground setting. He donned a mask that received information from his duel disk and would change colors based on monsters summoned. This alter ego, what he goes by in the under ground dueling scene, is simply called the Masked Hero like the monsters he loves to use in his deck. Together Hiro and Suzu have worked their way up the ranks of the underground scene and had their share of laughs about Hiro's dueling persona.

With the underground dueling world HIro has a reason to duel again. And with his knowledge of software he intends to help suzu with her developing of duel disks that better go undetected by the law enforcement. And soon he feels, as the hero he hopes to be he will eventually strike down the law that forced the game so many loved into such a setting as the underground world.

WOOHOO!! A HERO DECK!!! . . . I mean. . . They both look good xD No problems noted, and I like the intertwining storylines ^-^ Plus having a theatrical duelist and a developer in the Rp will add a nice flare to it. Both accepted.

EDIT: Decided I'd run a cop too. He likely won't be permenent though.
