If your opponent activates the effect of a Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster effect while you control no Spell or Trap Cards or in your Graveyard: You can discard this card and 1 Monster Card; Negate its activation and destroy that card. While this is in your Graveyard and you control no Spell or Trap Cards or in your Graveyard: Effect Monsters you control cannot have their effects negated and gain 100 ATK and DEF x its own Level.

It also turns Gallis into a 2700 ATK Naturia Beast that can't be negated. EAT IT WIITHEPEOPLE/ SELF-DESTRUCT BUTTON!

Hmmm... i like. It basically takes away the problems with monster mash. Although "[color=#5A5A5A][font=tahoma, helvetica, arial, sans-serif][size=3]Effect Monsters you control cannot have their effects negated" could cause some problems. At least make it both players monsters, so at least both player's effect veilers are blown.[/size][/font][/color]

Um, it would be played in a monster mash deck, i.e. a deck where there IS no spell/trap. The only problem with such a deck is skill drain, and this fixes that unfair problem.

possible OCG fix "..If your opponent activates a Spell, Trap, or a Monster Card's effect while there are no Spell or Trap cards in your Graveyard and on your side of the field:..", also you don't need to add "[b][i]effect[/i][/b] monsters can't have their effect negated" , "monsters" is enough, since non-effect monsters can't have their effect negated anyways.

I like it, makes Gallis decks all the more consistent, but I think the ATK gain effect is a bit too much, I suggest you remove it.
