I have come up with a whole new series of Zombie-Type cards that specialize in the use of the graveyard. Most of these monsters are very weak, but make their special abilities are more useful when they are sent to the graveyard. Comment on what you guys think.

At the beginning of your battle phase, you can send this card from your hand to the graveyard. When this card is sent to the graveyard by this effect, deal 800 points of damage to your opponents life points.

If this card is drawn during draw phase, show this card to your opponent. Afterwards, discard this card from your hand to the graveyard, and then draw 1 card from your deck.

During your End Phase, you can send this card from your hand to your graveyard. When this card is sent to the graveyard by this effect, you can add one monster with "Grave" in its name from your deck to your hand.

As long as this card remains face up in attack position, increase the ATK of this card by 400 for each "Grave" monster in the graveyard.

During your Main Phase, you can send this card from your hand to the graveyard. When this card is sent from the field to the graveyard by this effect, destroy the monster on your opponent's side of the field with the lowest ATK.

During your standby phase, you can discard from your hand to the graveyard. When this card is sent to the graveyard by this effect, raise the ATK of any monster with "Grave" in its name on your side of the field by 1000 until your next standby phase.

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by the effects of "Curse of Knightmare". If "Haunted Grave" is on the field, this card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle. When this card attacks a monster that is in attack position, immediately destroy that monster without applying damage calculations. When a monster is sent to the graveyard by this card's effect, inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points.

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by the effects of "Deal with the Reaper". This card can attack up to three monsters on your opponent's side of the field in the same turn. At the End Phase of your turn, place 1 counter on this card. When there are 4 counters on this card, you lose the duel.

This card is only Special Summoned from the Extra Deck when the above cards are in the graveyard (You do not use "Polymerization"). This card can also be Special Summoned by the effects of "Unrest".

This card can only be activated when "Grave of Knightmare", "Grave Rider", and "Sword of Grave" are in the graveyard. Speical Summon to the field one "Knightmare, the Shadow Rider" from your hand.

As long as this card is on the field, no monster cards can be removed from the graveyard by any card effects. Additionally, increase the ATK/DEF of all monsters with "Grave" in its name by 500.

Pay 1000 Life Points to negate the effects of "Haunted Grave" until the End Phase of this turn. Additionally, you can return up to 3 monsters with "Grave" in their name from your graveyard to your hand.

This card's effects are not negated by the effects of "Haunted Grave". During your Main Phase, you can offer 500 Life Points to special summon one monster with "Grave" in its name to the field in face up attack position. The monster special summoned by this effect can attack your opponent's life points directly. Destroy the monster at the End Phase of your turn.

This card can only be activated when damage is inflicted to your Life Points that would bring your total Life Points to 0. Negate the damage by paying half of your remaining Life Points. Additionally, Special Summon one "Grave Behemoth" from your deck or hand.

This card can only be activated when your opponent attacks your life points directly. After damage calculation, destroy the attacking monster and special summon this card; it is treated as a normal monster (Zombie-Type/Darkness/Level 1 /ATK??? /DEF???) (This card is still treated as a trap card). The ATK/DEF of this card is equal to the ATK/DEF of the monster destroyed by this card's effect.

Not bad. Interesting cards and I can see how their effects make up for their low attacks. Pretty slick cards.

this is a pretty nice set of cards. some of your wording is off such as in open grave, but i understood what youre accomplishing. unrest plus grave guardian would be a hard hitter in this deck. very nice. fix up some slight grammar and capitalizations and there are near perfect.

I like the idea, just make sure you go back over your wording on the cards: card lore is very important when trying to make realistic cards. Other than that, very nice job overall: 8/10

I can easily see this getting up to the 2800 atk mark no problem

Oh crud you are right. Grave Guardian was the second monster I made, so I didn't think of it at the time. Perhaps reduce the attack increase to 200-300.
