Unless this is your first day of playing Yugioh, I suppose you know what they do. I myself feel that they're getting outdated... I've been running them for a year now, and I still love them, but let's face it. Machina Gadget is a control-based Deck that just doesn't cut it in fast-paced metas like this. I still run the deck for fun, despite knowing this, and earlier today a mate of mine said; Those Gadgets are so damn anti-meta. (Note that he stopped playing competitively when Rabbit came out, so his idea of "meta" is a tad different.) Except for some random T32 on a YCS somewhere, Machina Gadgets haven't really seen competitive play this meta, and they haven't recently been discussed on this forum. So yeh, discuss? Toffee.
Gadgets are cool with stuff like Tinplate Goldfish and Birdman. .... Shame the deck will be slower, cuz' next format has Offering@2 :/
This Account is Unplayable
Seeing as Grapha's so much easier to bring out, and back, constantly that Fortress, it kinda makes sense that they don't see much play anymore. Just, y'know, putting it into perspective of the archetype with the boss closest to Machina's.
CDDRodrigo
I really like Machinas. I wish they could face off with the current game state... and Tristan made a great comparison.
Toffee.
I wish they could face off with the current game state
If Gearframe was DARK, and Fortress was LIGHT, then yes, they would be meta. Brinolovania
They've been my IRL for years, and my limited budget is gonna keep them there. They are pretty cool, but they just aren't competitive...
Bringerofcake
Sadly, Fortress just makes Dark Worlds laugh Activate Grapha, Fortress' effect makes the opponent discard a card.
Just Crouton
inb4darkplantinb4sme It's more of a deck to teach beginners how to maintain their hand and whatnot. I stopped playing them because all they do is "SS Fortress. Wreck stuff" and wanted a deck that does more.
