Two New Numbers—Number 68 and Number 72

for 68, I don't see the need for a PERMANENT 2000 atk drop

I mean a perm atk drop is fine, but 2000 is pushing it

the atk gain part it probably won't get above 3500 atk, so it's not that easy for OTK

as for 72, the monster destruction effect is meh. Tribute to the Doomed does almost the same thing
