This card can also be Special Summoned (from the hand or deck) if there are no LIGHT monsters in your banished zone. While this card is face-up on the field, treat all LIGHT monsters on the field, graveyard and banished zone as DARK. Once per turn, Banish 1 DARK Spellcaster-type monsters; Send 1 level 4 or below DARK monster from the deck to the hand. You can tribute this card to banish 5 DARK monsters on both player's graveyard.

this is easy to get onto the field

simple DNA transplant effect, though it affects more than the field, nothing wrong with that

the last effect is a lot like Soul Release, it just works for both graveyard instead

of course it's only situational since your opponent may not have a LIGHT deck

the summoning effect is OPed though. You should have specified the DARK monster you're summoning, not just lv4 or below and that's it

For a second, I thought you were referring to this card's self-SS. Y'know, because you can SS a 2400 ATK beatstick on your first turn in a non-LIGHT deck whenever, because you'll never have a banished LIGHT monster. Seriously, how did you miss that!?

Its not a summoning effect. it brings the monster from the deck to the hand...and how is it OP'ed? And its also not situational....its like practically saying while the card is on the field EVERYTHING is treated as a DARK attribute monster....obviously stated on the card.
