Cards added! The Serra, unfinished set. 8/??. please comment and such!

hey. coming up with a new set. called the serra. pretty sure its a type of angel. that way they'd be LIGHT fairy types specifically. ive always felt DARK has had sooo many awesome and versatile cards. these would ramp the LIGHT to their deserved glory. not sure if it is a new idea but the set will revolve around revealing cards from your hand to activate effects. let me know what you think.

When this card attacks, reveal LIGHT monsters from your hand and activate the following effects according to the number of cards revealed:
-1: Negate the effects of either Spell or Trap cards during this turn's Battle Phase.
-2: Add 1 "Serra" monster from your Deck to your hand.
-3: LIGHT monsters gain 500 ATK until the End Phase.

When this card is revealed by a LIGHT monster's effect, Special Summon it. Change this card to face-up Defense Position: LIGHT monsters you control are unaffected by Trap Cards until the End Phase.

When this card attacks, reveal a number of LIGHT monsters in your hand: Until the End Phase, LIGHT monsters you control gain ATK equal to the number of LIGHT monsters you revealed x 200.

When this card is revealed in your hand, discard it: Add up to 2 cards from your Deck with "Serra" in their name to your hand.

During the turn this card or another LIGHT monster is summoned, you can return a LIGHT monster on the field to its owner's hand: LIGHT monsters are unaffected by the effects of your opponent's Spell cards until the next End Phase.

Once per turn; if this monster is the only Dark monster you control, you can reveal 1 LIGHT monster in your hand: Select 1 card on the field; its effects are negated and cannot be activated until your next Draw Phase.

You can tribute this card you control to Special Summon a "The Serra Black" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. While this card is in your Graveyard, when you reveal a LIGHT monster(s), you can return 1 of those card(s) to the top of your Deck: Return this card to your hand.

Until the End Phase of the turn this card is revealed in your hand, LIGHT monsters are unaffected by your opponent's card's effects. During the End Phase that this card was revealed in your hand, if it is still in your hand, send it to the Graveyard.[/spoiler]

From what I've found about Serra is that is means to view from a high place in latin. The only connection I know it to have to Angels is this

From my understanding Light has always been the second strongest archetype overall so it doesn't REALLY need the boost, but the card is cool. I'm playing with the idea of revealing cards from your hand to use effects and such, so just thought I'd warn you that while it doesn't seem that hard on paper it will change the way people play a great deal and the higher the number the greater the difficulty spike in getting the effect. With that in mind I'd suffle the effects effects so 1 negates, 2 searches, and 3 buffs. If you do move the buff up I think it will be safe to increase the ATK increase too.

Remember you can only turn spells/traps off when you attack and they are more likely to have an answer before you get that attack in then during the attack. ATK increases don't seem that strong, but figure with 3 guys thats a 900 point increase. If you have multiples of this out the swing damage swing increases even more.
