I have thought about having higher lv overlay units (Xyz Materials) for this cards any thoughts?

Umm... aside from lowering the attack of the card, by lots. it's fine. it's pretty much anime Shark Drake Vice without the banishing, which is completely. But yeah... the attack needs a major change. I say, 2900. Since, even though its 5 materials, its rank 4. And, and making it any higher rank means it would probably never get summoned.

a 5 material rank 4 monster. Though it is almost impossible to hit the field, maybe i'd suggest lowering the material count to about 3-4. 4 kind of pushing it in my opinion.
and the attack strength, as HiveNet said..needs to drop. not dramatically, but it does need to drop i think.
