A pair of cards I made just now. Enjoy!

Lore: You can special summon this card from your hand or graveyard by tributing 1 face-up "Envoy of Kuamoto" card you control. Whenever your opponent activates a spell card, you can select 2 cards in their graveyard, and banish them. If any monster cards were banished with this effect, then you can return 1 random card from your opponent's hand to their deck for each one banished. Once per turn, if your opponent has 10 or more banished cards, then you can select 1 card on the field, and destroy it.

Lore: You can normal summon/set this card without a tribute if your opponent controls more cards than you do. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the graveyard, you can select 1 "Envoy of Kuamoto" card in your deck, and special summon it.

Not bad, the envoy is not bad with the Summoning, though it could always be Xyz food. Divine Fury However, is easy to summon and basically is either a spell lockdown or macro. And since players obviously prioritize monsters to banish, it's basically an annoying Gustkraken.

Including other attributes of these cards, I'd give it a decent 6.7/10.

This is like a fixed version of the Ritual Monster. Happy times!

Envoy is pretty good, a cheap 2100 and possible recursion. It's like a combination of two cards nobody uses, Hammer and Phantom Bounzer.

If your opponent is compelled to use Spell Cards (say, if you're using Royal Decree), Kuamoto is a very powerful +2 and Graveyard screwer-upper, assuming both of its effects resolve in Chain to the opponent's Spell Card. It's not common for any player to have 10 banished monsters; that would be up to you, and if you pulled it off, this would be a formidable boss monster.

I can imagine building a fun little Deck around locking the field with Decree, dumping both these cards and The Immortal Bushi, grabbing Envoy with The Warrior Returning Alive, and spamming Divine Fury over and over.

Envoy is a great card, I like the summoning condition and the effect is good. However, Divine Fury has a rather broken effect that basically gives you a +2 every time your opponent activates a Spell. It's just way too easy to summon to be balanced.
