[url="http://www.deviantart.com/"]dA[/url] has some good tutorials on everything and are usually well written and explained. But yeah, just concentrate on getting your body portions right for now since you're starting off. You're not too far off, it's mostly the right arm being too short, the head's a tad-bit too wide and the hand/fist are too small. Other than that, you're off to a great start.
