I made a custom card set, focused on ninja's and Samurai's
I tried to balance it, but if there are any errors or something, please tell me, since im gonna use this for my roleplays.

Kha'Dra seems a little overpowered, if your intention is to make down to the grave summon it, you should probably say that it must first be special summoned by down to the grave. if you want the card to be dramatic, just make everyone amazed at the card when it appears in your roleplay, or have your character say its description.
Ninja Castle should only be able to fusion summon ninja monsters.

In today's world, it wouldn't be overpowered to have cards being able to summon other cards with relative ease. since your cards [font=Arial][size=4][background=transparent]revolve around the ninja master, there should be more ways to bring the ninja out[/background][/size][/font]

i dont see how kha'dra is overpowered, looking at obelisk, only 1000 atk and def less, but it cant be effected by effects.
But i will change the card then.
I will make ninja castle able to fusion Ninja and Samurai Monsters i think.
I think that part is good, because ninja master combined with the equip cards and one of the synchros is close to immortal.

kha'dra quite easy to summon, its like an easy to summon version of five-headed dragon, ways to summon it: sending it to the grave and using monster reborn/call of the haunted. ancient rules (special summon normal monster from hand). both requiring minimal cards. all you need is stuff to clear the back row (spell/traps)

Kha'Dra: Its not broken in fact it is the exact opposite its not useful at all. It does nothing but sit on the field or in your hand and isn't immune to anything. If given the option no skilled player would ever choose to use it.

Ninja Master: So with 1000 attack and defense what exactly is it going to kill?

Apprentice: Well behind blade master that is the best monster by far which is funny because he is great only because of the uses outside of this deck/archetype

Blades: see Ninja Master

Scythe: See Blades

Hidden Power: Okay this is getting repetitive...Ninja master is bad all this support still makes him bad

Castle: Maybe its because I had to sit through that ninja master support stuff but this is actually good I like it. Should be worded differently but yeah.

Chain: *sigh* See scythe though I like that whole bring to your graveyard thing its cute.

Heartbeat: No such thing as an equip trap card (see Kunai with Chain for reference)

Pit: That's just not useful

Beast: Wait it can attack directly twice and the cost is a controlled mill? Nope that's too powerful the second attack part has to go.

Demon Form: Overpowered an easily summonable beaststick that can cause massive calamity with skill drain.

Nightlord: See all other Ninja Master support and Ninja Master.

Okay so the set is blah...its not overpowered because most of your monsters are simply rewritten versions of other existing cards. Ninja Master sucks, like bad, he can't kill anything and his only saving grace would be that you have to commit so many resources to him which isn't worth it when you look at the beautiful blademaster. Third there is a litany of OCG errors I advise you go read a tutorial on the matter and we can revisit this issue later. For now a lot of your card are just grammatically incorrect.

look at five-headed dragon, its hard to get out and has no real immunity except with battle. kha'dra is a much easier summon version of him

Okay Five is always better than that thing for a litany of reasons.[list=1]
[*]Five Head can be brought back by REDMD
[*]Five Head can be special summoned with Dragon's Mirror and dragon's mirror doesn't have this horribly long wait time on it.
[*]Dragon's Mirror is a normal spell meaning it doesn't auto loose to MST
[*]Five Head has an effect.
[*]Five Head doesn't take up a slot in the main deck which is great when making consistent dragon decks.
[*]Dragon's Mirror has more than one target
[*]Five Head can kill this thing (well that's really an extension of point number 4 but still)
[*]Five Head looks better.

And there you have it. Yes with no traps a lot of dragons could OTK its what they do. Now the question you should ask yourself is count the number of times dragons actually kill things by battle. Unless its some token spamming stall by dead monster number #6 one of the fighting parties should be dead. Its so impractical its disturbing.
