The Sign is a bit OP'd. If you synchro summon a monster, then you can use it to re-synchro the same monster. The 2000 LP burn if it's negated makes it a gamble, but the fact remains that the card needs some fine-tuning. Perhaps you could add, "Those special summoned monsters cannot be used as synchro materials/XYZ materials during the turn in which this effect is activated". That should tie up any loose ends. Unknown Assassin is good, as it's deck destruction with a slight benefit. Because of its first effect, I might run it. Golems a nice beater for a balanced cost, but it would almost never be summoned from the hand. Just pointing that out. Battle of the Greats... I don't think I'd use it. In today's XYZ and synchro age, level 7+ cards are an endangered species. They're still used, but not with nearly as much frequency as the old Yugioh. The probability that both of you would control one at a given time is pretty slim. And your benefits for running this dead draw? ONE card (odds are you won't have 2 of em). AND you can't conduct your battle phase. AND your opponent gets tl draw a card too. This is just a -2.

In fact, the Sign is REALLY OP'd. Please add the clause I suggested
