Easter Black Ops-A New Take on the Easter Bunny and His Underlings

A friend recently wrote about an idea for a Role Playing topic in which the main character uncovers a "Santa Claus Deck". This inspired me to respond with an idea that all of the protagonist, and perhaps antagonists, should have decks based around childhood/holiday deities. Following suit, this is an archetype I am currently designing that is based on having the Easter Rabbit as its marquis.

Following with his traditional backstory, most of the effects have to do with Egg Counters. These counters are utilized mainly for effect damage, which is the central focus of this archetype. The secondary focus of this archetype is discarding cards to gain advantages, e.g. enhancing capabilities for effect damage.

Not following with his traditional backstory, I decided to re-envision the Easter Bunny himself, along with whatever underlings he might have at his disposal, as a Special Ops Unit known as the 'E-Stars'. Enough of my rambling, here is the archetype!

When any of your Monsters with at least 1 Egg Counter is destroyed, inflict 200 points of damage to your opponent for each Egg Counter on the destroyed Monster. If this card is targeted for an attack or card effect or would be destroyed, you can remove 2 Egg Counters from this card to negate it.

-Perhaps make Egg-Missile(Trap) require another Egg Counter or two.
-Shrapnel(Trap) might need to inflict less damage.
-Level 4 Synchros might have too much EggCtr. spamming ability.

-Level 6 Synchro same as above.

Commander Hare, IMO, is reasonably balanced for a boss monster.
I would say that, realistically, Egg-Layer can be really cheap because he's basically a Upstart Goblin without a drawback, though Upstart's drawback doesn't matter in FTK decks, but the general idea is that you would have 6 Upstarts now.
eGO amos the monsters, they seem to work quite well. But, I have a question/comment:[b]So does the effect of increasing ATK stack? So if you have multiple monsters then you would get like 400 ATK for each counter? (Don't worry, that's not unfair, Aliens work that way). Also, if that is the case, then you can't have the effect still apply when the monster is in the Graveyard (I'm talking about the cards you discard and your Spells/Traps, they can't apply their effects, otherwise that's too cheap). But otherwise its okay and well-balanced, though I'm not too sure about consistency (though that shouldn't be too much of a problem in an RP).[/b]

The Spells seem fine as well. I suggest put a searcher somewhere.

Shrapnel seems quite useless but will be great in an RP. Missile is balanced by the mere fact that it is a trap.

I would suggest going with Synchro seeing as how many monsters you have are different levels. The synchro should get any counters its material had and be able to use the eggs as... ammunition maybe? Like an egg cannon. And maybe have another one with hand advantage or searching and etc.

Okay well here is what I'll say about the cards, most of them having the same effects for egg counters is a little Opped, besides the effects of the individual cards they also get an auto attack bonus and they burn. I'm seeing a lot of power for a little cost so I think you might want to nerf them a little, maybe distribute those effects some do burn and others gain attack. I made an Easter deck a while ago that give the user a lo of powerful effects at the cost of increasing your Opponent's life points so maybe to place an Easter counter on a card then you need to increase your opponent's life points by like 200 or something instead of burning them. I might be little bias cuz I just saw you 1 turn someone with this deck but I don't think so so please think over what I said.

I assume you saw my post in the OoC, then. I did not intend for it to be that powerful. I mean, the Egg Counters giving the same effect is not a big deal IMO, the real problem is the effect damage caused in addition to the Egg Counters. I am currently attempting to resolve the problem.

EDIT: Every Monster who dealt additional burn has had that damage halved.

Almost every card that puts the counters on other cards has the cost of discarding it. I don't understand what you're point is. Name 1 other Counter based archetype that has a cost for something that only boosts atk by 100 and deals 200 damage when destroyed, which doesn't include banishing, returning or tributing them. I think the problem in the duel is that I neglected to randomize my hand. Normally I write a program to give me a random starting hand.
