That's all for tonight.

So, after long hours of grueling training, me, my Dewott and my newly evolved Herdier finally made it to Sanyou city. Or so we thought. For nearly immediately before entering the city, Bel, or Cuteness as I call her, stopped me for a battle. Since I had two second tier Pokemon, it wasn't so much a battle though. More a slaughtering, or a sadistic torcher of two smaller creatures. Anyways, Cuteness was beaten, and I continued to Sanyou City with ease.

After arriving, I decided it'd be wise to visit the Pokecenter and rest up. It was rather long training I'd done, and my partners deserved some R&R. That was short lied though, since I decided to go to the Pokemon school and show up some scrub trainers. And when I say scrub trainers, Cheren is the best example. The duty was seriously trying to apply scientific fact to raising Pokemon. What, was he raised by Sheldon Cooper? Either way, I took the nooblet down, and decided I'd leave a burning bag of dog poo on his porch when we got home. Assuming I had a home to back too after all the debt my mom'd get us in from rebuilding my room that Cuteness ruined.

After beating Cheren, he mentioned something about wanting to learn more about items through academics. Sheesh, some people are so lay. He out to just learn from experience like a real trainer. In short, I spoke with Cheren only a few times, and I already hate his guts. Can't wait to smack the little scrub around in future battles. For now however, my partners are earning that much deserved R&R I spoke of earlier. Don't think I'm doing too bad personally, and my plans for taking the gym leader are slowly forming.

Oh, and the translator for this ROM did a rather poor job, so all the names be in Japanese, including names of cities and people. Just a heads up.

I'm bored. Not only that, but I already watched some anime and read some manga. So, I've sneaked past trainers to get to Slateport, and now I'm at the Devon Corporation to get the Exp. Share.

Well, after resting my Pokemon, I thought it'd be a great time to challenge that gym leader guy. However, there when I got to the gym, some weird old guy in shades blocked me out stating that the gym leader was at the school and that I should go there. Since I didn't see Cheren leave the school, I was rather hesitant to go back, on a count of he'd bug the crap outta me with his logic and facts and bull. So I told the man that I'd rather wait inside the gym for the leader to return. Also, I knew there were two other people who ran the gym, so I could just ask one or both of them to fight me. But nooooo~ this little shades man said "There's only one gym leader, and he's at the school. If you want to see him, go there." With a heavy sigh, I began to head off to the school. Sure enough, Cheren was right there staring at the blackboard, yammering on about the importance of holdable items. Yeah, I'll admit that items can reverse the flow of the battle, but this guy works way too hard on this. I bet he's still a virgin. More appropriately however, after asking everyone else who wasn't Cheren in here about the gym leader, nobody seemed to know where he was. Actually, they didn't even hear what I was saying. I asked one guy and he completely ignored that I'd spoke and said something about status ailments. That was weird to say the least, but I'm sure that won't happen again. Anyways, since nobody seemed to know anything about where the gym leader was, or at least didn't want to tell me, I was forced to ask Cheren again. I walked up to him, asked my question, and discovered the gym leader had left an hour ago. My plan now was to kick shades man's lying ass.

Well, that'd have to wait, since Cheren was apparently ready for round two. This time the battle was quicker, since he was still the exact same as he was our last battle. After my partners and I wiped the floor with his prick face, he started to go on another rant about items, so I decided to GTFO. Besides, the was another bespectacled face with my fists name on it. When I got back to the gym, the gym leader was waiting outside for me. He apologized for shades man, and told me he had been drunk on the job and was fired for it. He also said that they were able to find another guy in shades who looked almost exactly like the previous shades man, and gave him the job. Guess finding identical look a likes of unimportant background characters is not a big problem in the Unova region. So after he'd told me this, he reported that he'd be using a grass-type Pokemon, since Oshawatt was my starter. Little dick. What if I started with Tepig and just lied to him? Well anyways, he suggested I train at the Dream Lot, which I believe was once a Big Lots til the Munna over ran it. Well what're ya gonna do? So, either way, the prospect of training in an old ruin interested me, so off to the Dream Lot for now. Not two steps in and some little school girl challenges to a battle. That one lasted about a minute, thanks to Herdier, then it was more training time. A few steps latter, a little boy stopped me.

He said he was gonna beat the gym leader. I told him "Good for you." He then proceeded to ask if I thought I could beat him. I grinned and answered, "Yes. Yes I do." Thus the battle commenced. This time it was Dewott that shredded the Pokemon. I walked away with slight sadistic satisfaction as the kid cried at his loss. However, I wasn't exactly better off. I couldn't get in the Dream Lot because some damn tree was planted in the entrance. Who's frigin' idea was that? Well, here's my current team.

Hehehe. Ride them anywhere.

Well, I'm a little lazy at the moment, so rather than type my usual stories, I talked to some guy who gave me a Pansear, so I got my first HM slave and nicknamed him Toby (no, I'm not racist) then went to the gym leader. He hit on me, I told him I was with Bel, and then we battled and I won. Here's some screenshots.

Morty has gone down:
27y0uma.jpg

His Gengar was a pain in the buttox, it even blacked me out the first time. Also Furtaro has earned another bro badge (watching as a Haunter commit suicide with Curse). Suntaro has not earned a bro badge yet.

----

EDIT: Just cleared the Lighthouse

Team as of right now:
Explotaro (Quilava) - Lv26
140px-156Quilava.png
Bro Badges: 2
"Quilava, my loyal starter pokemon. Your usefulness grown by 10% when I gave you a Charcoal, you earned a second bro badge after defeating Morty's Gengar when everyone else failed."

Hootaro (Noctowl) - Lv25
125px-164Noctowl.png
Bro Badges: 1
"Noctowl, we had a rocky start at first, and in the initial stages, withstanding Vine Whips like a true bro was sensational. Although you have yet to show your true colours, but your usefulness has not gone unnoticed."

Furtaro (Furret) - Lv25

145px-162Furret.png
Bro Badges: 2
"Ah, Furret, after the slow start that you have had when you first joined the team, now you have evolved into a seasoned member of my team. You have rose to the ranks of 2nd in command behind Explotaro, and you earned a 2nd bro badge after watching a Haunter commit suicide with Curse."

Belltaro (Weepinbell) - Lv25

200px-070Weepinbell.png
Bro Badges: 1
"Weepinbell, having 2 Grass-types in my team means that you and Suntaro will be competing for the fights against Rock, Ground and Water-types, but I'll be using you more for the Poisonous side, your bro badge came when you survived ???'s attacks and lived to tell the tale."

Suntaro (Sunflora) - Lv25
155px-192Sunflora.png
Bro Badges: 0
"Sunflora, my lovely little sunflower. If it wasn't for the Scyther I caught during the Bug Catching Contest, you'd still be a wimpy Sunkern. Although you have yet to earn your bro badge yet, I'm sure you will eventually."
That's all for tonight.

So, what I did today was go through Mt. Moon normally, I mean, I beat all of the trainers (I'd hate to be one of those trainers, you know. Because all I'd be doing in life is waiting for the player to come and battle me.). Then, I caught Ekans and did kind of the same thing as I did with Jigglypuff,I haven't battled my rival the third time yet and I went straight to the second Gym.

And, that's it. These are their levels:

Wartortle LV. 20
Caty (Butterfree) LV. 19
Jigglypuff LV. 20
Ekans LV. 16

Well, I seem to be rather far behind everyone. :/

Anyway, Bidoof seems to faint....a lot. Bidoof's at Lv 9, Shinx is at Lv 11, Turtwig - Lv 13 and I have Zubat at Lv 7; and to be honest, Zubat is annoying me the most. It's insanely hard to train a pokémon that only has Leech Life and Super Sonic. >.> Leech Life - One of the worst Pokémon Moves ever.
Currently just grinding a bit; aiming to get everyone above Lv 14 before challenging Roark, or at least evolve Turtwig, if I get bored of Grinding. Zubat & Bidoof need to be above Lv 10 before anything though.

In fact; because Zubat learns nothing useful until Lv 13, I'm just gonna release this one. I'll catch a higher leveled one when I get the chance. For now, Bidoof, Shinx & Turtwig shall be my only pokémon.

Just realised that there's a Challenger for every region. X'D

Anyway, defeat Oreburgh and have a Ponyta. Ditched Zubat into a box; decided I'll catch one after Eterna city, when it'll already have learnt Bite. Or else I'm just gonna spend hours grinding.

Ponyta Lv-13, Shinx Lv-14, Turtwig Lv-16, Bidoof Lv-10.

Decided that I'll take a picture of my DS or something when I finish the pokémon league, I guess.

It's not as bad as Bidoof. At least it's pretty cool; and will evolve into Lucario - a real Powerhouse if ever I saw one.

Bidoof just becomes Bibarel, as I have just made it, as it's evolved now. It's got One Use: HM Slave. Strength, Rock Smash, Surf, Waterfall.
I dunno what's gonna do Cut or Rock climb; though Zubat'll learn Defog & Fly. I dont want to waste a move slot for Lucario/Torterra/Luxray.

Anyway; just cleared out valley windworks, and discovered that Ponyta doesn't evolve until level 40. O.O Dont matter though, ponyta's still quite good, and is my only hope against Bronzong, which seems to be quite a popular pokémon in Platinum.
Luxio-Lv17, Ponyta-Lv17, Bibarel-Lv16, Grotle-Lv18.

Oh yeah, I forgot to say anything. I don't mind Bidoof at all either, I just wanted to see people's reactions. Cool that you don't mind it either.

Norman down:

I'm gonna really need to grind sometime, I was too lazy to against Norman and 3 of the 5 that is my team so far were underleveled. Actually more like 4, Toad just got to 30 at the end.

Bidoof/Bibarel isn't too bad - it's the perfect HM slave. But that's about it.

And I'm still stuck on what teach Cut to. Ideally, I want Bibarel to have Strength, Rock Smash(cos it already knows it), Surf & Waterfall. But it's just not gonna work, cos I need cut soon, as I'm in Eterna forest (Grinding cos of the free heals from Green-haired stalker girl)

I've gotten the next 2 Gym Badges (also taught Wartortle Ice Beam to defeat Grass Types easier) and am now downstairs inside the Game Corner.

Taught Cut to Diglett once I got through Rock Tunnel (no longer need Flash) and got a Pidgey to use Fly with until I get Doduo.
