Once per turn, you can Detach 1 Xyz material and banish 1 LIGHT or DARK monster from your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 LIGHT or DARK monster from your Graveyard. That card's effect(s) are negated, it cannot attack and its Attribute is treated as both LIGHT and DARK.

Okay some LIGHT/DARK combo work here, not something I see too much, but it's effect is not pretty difficult to just summon a Level 5 or lower LIGHT/DARK monster, easier ways I feel. Though there is a few faults here in your text. This is an Xyz Monster. You want it to have detach effects. You also don't ever want to say "or lower monsters" on a Xyz Monster, with a few exceptions of Xyz Monsters that can detach other Xyz Monsters (though I guess that would be concidered as Ranks, not levels). So yeah, why you did it like this I don't know, but pretty nice effect if you change it a bit.
