If someone that is not restricted by the wait makes a 1v1, you can enter that one without waiting a day. Though be thoughtful of those who haven't had one that would like to enter. According to rule 12 you can't start a leaderboard until 24 hours after you finished one. Says noting about entering one. Just wanted to tell you STriker to know if you'll change it. If you want to make a 1v1 after you finished one, you must wait a day. If there is an open 1v1 already made, you can take the other spot without restriction.
