The only commonly run cards it gets past is Torrential Tribute, Bottomless Traphole and Mirror Force, and I'm actually not sure if Mirror Force and Bottomless are that commonly run anymore.It's stats are extremely awful for a one tribute monster. The general consensus is that most monsters that require a tribute should have 2400 attack to be viable.Taken separately, it's not too much of a trainwreck. E-Hero Wildheart has a similar effect, as does Tenkabito Shien. And there's some level 5-6 monsters that have low attack, like Cyber Dragon. But when combining the two, a bad effect, bad stats, on a high level, it's just a terrible, terrible card that shouldn't be run in any deck.tl;dr - It's a one trib with bad stats and a lame effect.
