It always amazes me to see Level 6 monsters with 2500 ATK, especially Kuroyukihime's, when I compare it to "Dark Magician." But if there are other monsters like that, I've no complaints.

Given how it has been pretty well established that Sword Art Online happens before Accel World, I think it might be fun for me to do an Accel World Set after I finished my SAO one. Naturally, thanks to "The Seed" Spell Card which I will be adding later, the Monster Cards will be able to relate well.

A good start so far, with good picture choices and effects. I like how the monsters level without being Level Monsters. It's similar to what I've been doing, expcet I still don't use Tuners and Synchros.

EDIT: A note for both of us, that we can use the way Levels are made in Accel World with our cards. It's practically even directly transferable to YGO, with Level 9's being the highest well-known Burst Linkers. I'll have to read the manga and LNs for more info, though, same as I've done for SAO.

I see you missed some targets with your spoiler tags. You may want to fix those to make navigation of the set easier as it grows.

I think on "Cyan Pile, Black Legion" you meant to tribute "Takumu, Avatar," not the Character version of him.

Isn't it going to be confusing, having two monsters named "Black Lotus, Black Legion" with different effects?

In all likelihood Lime Bell does have some attack power, but since she's never used it that I can remember, it's probably not very high anyway. Her role is 'healer' anyway, so she doesn't necessarily need a high attack.

Are you focusing just on Nega Nebulus, or will you include other characters as well?

As someone who had "Silent Magician," "Horus the Black Flame Dragon," and "Skilled Dark Magician" and "Skilled White Magician" (they work like Levelling Monsters) in his original deck, I never thought it was annoying. I liked the fact that you didn't need to tribute multiple monsters to draw out their higher-level versions, because they got Special Summoned by their lower-level versions' effects. I still make Levelling Monsters, even though they don't have 'LV' in their names. The concept is also very appropriate to a setting based in a game, and Accel World itself has a high emphasis on Levels, even though as far as we know they stop at 9 or 10. It's more difficult to make a translation to Yu-Gi-Oh from Sword Art Online, because the relative safety margin for taking on a floor's Boss Monster is 10 times the floor number (ie: Level 10 to take on "Illfang the Kobold Lord," the Floor 1 Boss).

The Levels in my "Online Defenders Set" reflect not just the characters' game stats, but their experience and athletic levels as well, as those are taken into account by the VR games driven by the Seed. The result is that when Kirito resets his data in ALO (from "Cross Spriggan Kirito Online" to "Spriggan Kirito Online") he has higher stats due to his experiences so far in SAO and ALO, plus his increased athletic skills due to his training and muscle memory. Plus, I made the Neophyte sub-type to protect the lower-level monsters for an extra turn, and I've made Spell Cards like "Smiles for Swordsmen" to Special Summon the higher-level versions almost immediately. I think my "Celestial Being Set" is the only one that doesn't have pure Level Monsters, and they usually work out fairly well. The only way they could backfire is because they depend on effect activation to bring them out, so if proper measures aren't taken they're vulnerable in the same way Fusion Monsters are (depending on "Polymerization" to summon, or so it was in the old days). To get around that, I have effect negation Spell and Trap Cards, and mid-season upgrade type Equip Spells, inspired by my "Celestial Being Set."

I think Accel World works very well for the basis of a Yu-Gi-Oh deck, because the duel avatars especially have very clear strength, power, and abilities. Even the school avatars have something with which one can work, such as Haruyuki's speed.

omg thanks for pointing out my errors, Xi-1! Yes, the Cyan Pile is suppose to tribute "Takumu,Avatar". And the "Black Lotus, Black Legion" was suppose to be "Black King, Black Legion". as for the spoiler tags, somehow those few can't seem to sort properly :/ I'm currently focusing on the "main" cards for Nega Nebulus/Black legion characters, before expanding to the various other characters in the anime(sky raker, noumi, dust taker, aqua current, etc). I won't touch the other Kings though, apart from Red King. Because there's not really much appearance made by the other kings in the anime yet.
