Wildflame Posted March 9, 2013 Report Share Posted March 9, 2013 3 Level 2 monsters Once per battle, during either player's turn, when an attack is declared involving this card and an opponent's monster: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; halve the ATK of the opponent's monster, and if you do, this card gains that same amount of ATK. Because apparently, it's getting a Chaos Number version. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Airride Posted March 9, 2013 Report Share Posted March 9, 2013 The Field of Chaos: Number 96, the Incarnation of Insanity!! OK, I want this card if it's the incarnation of insanity. OT: It's nothing special. Being able to beat everything is nice, but it's...slow. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Resident Fascist Posted March 9, 2013 Report Share Posted March 9, 2013 Number 96: Froggies. And that's...about it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ihop Posted March 9, 2013 Report Share Posted March 9, 2013 It's great in Agents, it's not useful always but there'll always be a time when you can make it and need it, so it's worth running. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
newhat Posted March 9, 2013 Report Share Posted March 9, 2013 It's a carry, nothing more and nothing less. It's surprisingly hard to find a situation in Frogs when it would be useful. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Toffee. Posted March 9, 2013 Report Share Posted March 9, 2013 >Incarnation of InsanityOh boy here we go....And considering Chaos Numbers tend to have an "upgraded" version of their existing effect-Methinks it will be the same effect as 96, but not once-per-turn, and activates during the Main Phase 1 just to make it faster. evilfusion Posted March 9, 2013 Report Share Posted March 9, 2013 I'll just point out that's the episode title, not necessarily concrete evidence that there's going to be a Number C96. It's likely, but not guaranteed. It's not even the card's name (Chaos has a colon following the word chaos, rather than Number). It's one of those cards that looks like it should be much better than it actually is. Still, it being used in an actual duel recently was awesome. Dementuo Posted March 10, 2013 Report Share Posted March 10, 2013 It said in the description. All we know is it's a Number C monster. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Airride Posted March 10, 2013 Report Share Posted March 10, 2013 All we know is it's a Number C monster. It's presumably 96 (96 uses it, title hints to it, etc), but yes, it MIGHT be something else. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Toffee. Posted March 10, 2013 Report Share Posted March 10, 2013 This already isn't once per turn though.Normal 96 is once per battle.Meaning if you attack, oh, say, Gene Warped Warwolf: This becomes 1100, while Wolf becomes 1000.My, theoretical version: 100 - 2000 -> 1100 - 1000 -> 1600 - 500 -> 1850 - 250 -> You get the idea.
