Or, in more OCG-ish language, Target 1 monster with 2000 or more ATK your opponent controls and 1 monster you control with 2000 or more ATK. Send both targets to the Graveyard and Special Summon 1 "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard. So, Soul Exchange for Galaxy-Eyes? Sounds cool to me, whada y'all think? There's no other monster that needs 2 monsters to be over 2000 ATK to be summoned. Presumably so long as the targets meet both conditions it's fine. That is, of course, assuming the OCG version wouldn't be changed to either Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon, or a Photon or Galaxy in general. Which it would be.
