Now, it would be pretty luzly with Creature Swap/Seizure.

But I guess making it impossible to use for a SS makes it balanced.

 

Anyway, there would be no proper use to the card as other cards do its work and they do it better.

That is true, though on the bright side, it's a generic vanilla searcher that is quick and chainable. It can also be a decent wall and Tribute fodder. Among other uses, it Triggers Torrential, is usable by Tribute Summon/Set, is an extra face-up DEF for Nitro Warrior, is a temporary wall for you. Creature Swap as you just said

 

 

and well.. here's where I say thanks to the people that commented here. Cleared a lot of doubts I had on a few things. I'm happy with the amount of uses it seems to have right now.
