I Hate Snatch Steal
While this card is in your Graveyard, if you Special Summon with the effect of a "Cyber-Arm" monster (except during the Damage Step): You can discard 1 card; Special Summon this card from your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position as a level 5 monster. You can only use this effect of "Cerulean Arm Fighter" once per turn. At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card attacked: change it to defense position. When this normal summoned/set card is destroyed: its owner adds 1 Cyber-Arm monster from their deck to their hand. While this card is an xyz material, also treat its name as the name of each card listed in the text of that monster. Each of these effects can be used once per turn: *Discard 1 card, then target 1 spell or trap card in your graveyard; special summon that target as a Normal Monster (Rock-Type/DARK/Level 5/ATK 1500/DEF 1500) and its name becomes "Onyx Construct".* Increase or decrease the level of all monsters you currently control by 1. While this card is an xyz material, also treat its name as the name of each card listed in the text of that monster. If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters, you can Normal Summon or Set this card without Tributing. When this card is normal summoned: you can target 1 spell or trap card in your graveyard; special summon that target as a Normal Monster (Machine-Type/LIGHT/Level 5/ATK 1600/DEF 1600) and its name becomes "Cyber Construct". Once per turn: you can increase or decrease the level of all monsters you currently control by 1. So black onyx shooter and cyber arm gunner can be used with any xyz monster that requires a specific monster as a material to do something like utopia V or dark fairy cheer girl
