CASTLE OF NECROPHADES, F1

Clap...Clap...Clap...Clap...Clap...Clap...Clap...Clap...Clap...

When Sayer left and all was quiet, Richard came out of the shadows, hidden away from the battle to avoid detection. "One by one, they will fall, all whose intent are to destroy their worlds." Richard then turned his attention to Byakuya. "If you are wondering as to why I'm here, is for one reason: I wish to help you." Richard then walked up to Kenpachi and Yachiru. "I've learned that within this castle lies the means of destroying Izamy. If you did not know, Izamy is immortal, mostly. She cannot be destroyed by her body.

"This castle has a secret passage somewhere leading to the very source of Izamy's life force and immortality: her soul. As I said before, make an attempt to remain undetected as you traverse the castle. I will be keeping an eye on where you go. And if you find the secret passage, I will follow you, but remain hidden as well." Richard then started to walk away, until he reminded himself of something. "I also hope you remember the message I sent you. I wish the 3 of you the best of luck." With that, Richard disappeared into the shadows, allowing the 3 to go about their own affairs.

Oso Defend! The ring glowed and from beneath the feet of Dorian and Butler a massive energy snake came out and arose from them and that snake blocked the liquid assault from the miscellaneous drone. Dorian naturally thought that liquid was some high concentration of acid and not a weird combination of drugs. Nevertheless the drone had them pinned. He didn't understand what exactly he had to do to get out of this situation. Dorian looked at the tablet and saw his opponent making a break for it back towards another fight. He knew that his opponent was trying to lose him fortunately his opponent never figured out how he was being tracked. But it was still best to not let this person get away.

Oso Attack. Dorian pointed at the drone and the same snake that was shielding them went on the attack. Oso still managed to keep his master/summoner safe seeing as it didn't a set length. Oso being completely made out of energy wasn't affected by the drones attacks so it quite easily wrapped himself around the drone trying to limit its movement. While the drones movement was halted Butler jumped from the safety of the snake beast and ran on the side of the wall. The mighty butler made it past the drone and resumed chase on the invisible man. Luckily  a hallway doesn't have many directional options for one to run down. Once Butler made it past the drone Dorian snapped his finger and the giant energy snake exploded taking the massive drone with it. Once the smoke cleared standing next to Dorian were two energy leopards. He looked back down at the tablet Dorian gave him and he laughed as he can see one dot making a run for it.

Osebo Seek and Destroy. The two leopards literally shot off towards the invisible man Dorian guiding them while watching his tablet. While looking though he noticed that one of the fights on the first floor finished. He could see that one dot wasn't moving so someone must have died. Second dot seemed to fade away meaning someone left the battle, and one dot was still mobile. Then another dot seemed to show up out of nowhere only to be disappear not long after. Now isn't that interesting. Dorian thought out loud.

Alexander (CC) and Alister (TD) (Both are now aware of each others' affiliation)/Outside Shadow Realm Safe House/Approaching Forsaken Wulf (a.k.a., Wulf, Lightsworn Beast)

"Our... our father... who art... who art in heav... heaven... hallowed be... thy name...."  To say that Wulf was in a sorry state would be an understatement; his speech was staggered, weary, and almost as lifeless as the look of his eyes, in spite of the tears streaming down.  "Th... thy kingdom come... thy will... be done...."

"Wulf!" Alexander called out as he and Alister ran toward him, hoping to at least find out what happened to him.  "Wulf, are you alright--?"

"St-STAY BACK!" Wulf yelled out, the fear and caution being the first shred of emotion he exhibited.  "D... don't come closer... ugh!"  Wulf grabbed at his head, doubling over in pain.  "Give... give us this day, our daily... No, no... please, I'm sorry... I'm sorry... Wolfram...."

""Wolfram"?" Alister repeated, looking to Alexander as if for an answer.

"Wolfram was Wulf's Duelist Partner," Umbris replied as he approached the scene.  "They had first met when Wolfram began to use the Lightsworn Archetype.  However, Wulf--"

"Umbris, st... stop...!" Wulf gasped out, trying to get back to his feet yet failing.  "Ugh... forgive us... our trespasses... as we, guh... ... as we forgive those who...."

"But then, what happened to Wolfram?" continued Alexander just as Wildheart, Marzell and Russell arrived.  "Wasn't he with the rest of you?"

Umbris' expression grew somber.  "No, he wasn't... Wulf, he...."

"No, DON'T!!!"

Umbris, despite Wulf's pleas, uttered quietly, "... Wulf killed him."

Alex's heart immediately sank upon hearing those words, his eyes widened with shock.  "...what...?"

"Someone Calls Me... Someone Looks For Me"/Parasite Eve OST

"... or rather, Wolfram allowed himself to be killed," Umbris continued, his expression now that of sadness and pity.  "When Wulf turned to the powers of Chaos, he felt that Wolfram had betrayed him.  Wulf... Wulf just wanted to be with Wolfram again, but... ... ...."

"Wulf and Wolfram eventually Dueled against each other," Wildheart spoke up, picking up where Umbris trailed off. "Wulf fought to get Wolfram back by his side, whilst Wolfram had hoped to save Wulf from the darkness.  Near the end, Wulf's desperation and sadness made way... for anger."

"Wolfram could have countered Wulf's last attack with the Trap Card, Dimension Wall," Umbris continued, "redirecting the last sword strike made by his Forsaken Wulf to its owner... yet he never activated it... Wolfram couldn't bring himself to kill Wulf, even after everything Wulf did... so, Wolfram... let the attack go through...."

Unable to hear anymore, Wulf let loose a bone-chilling howl, resonating both his anguish and his sorrow.  As he did, a black, wispy mass began to form around him.

"Oh, no," Wildheart uttered.  "Alex! Alister!  Get away from Wulf!  He's turning!!"

""Turning"?!  Turning into what?!" Alister inquired as he backed away with Alexander.

"Wulf's been exposed to the Shadow Realm for too long," said Wildheart.  "He's changing into a Void Creature!"

"No!" Alexander gasped.  "Wulf, just hang on a bit longer! We'll--"

"I'm sorry... Alex," Wulf uttered, finally able to get to his feet as the darkness continued to spread over his body. "It's... too late for me... ... ... I'm sorry... ...."  Even as the darkness crept ever upward, Wulf held his head up to the sky, one final tear falling down his face.

"Curse"/BlazBlue

"And lead us... not into temptation... but deliver us... from evil, for thine is... the kingdom... the power... and the glory... now... ... and... ... forever... ...."

The darkness eventually dispersed, revealing Wulf's fur to have taken on a sable shade, his eyes now blazing crimson.  In each hand was a longsword with a serrated edge, and his cape was now replaced by black, leathery wings.  He glared at the warriors before him before emitting a blood-curdling roar which shook all who heard it to their core.

"Wulf...," Alexander uttered lamentably.

"Alexander...," Alister said, slow and firmly, arming himself with his OmniWrench as he got into fighting position, "... you know what must be done now."

Somberly, Alexander quietly nodded his head as he focused his eyes on Wulf.

Meanwhile, far away from everything, a modified Mr. Handy courier plane soared across the Shadow Realm, carrying a single, albeit large, parcel on a conveyor belt in its cargo bay. How it managed to fly unnoticed by the Void Dragons that roamed above was unknown, and furthermore, how it even managed to wind up in the Shadow Realm was unknown. None of this mattered however; what did matter was that the auto-piloting plane could detect where it was meant to drop its package. Just up ahead, however, the Inch of Will was flying all over the place in the opposite direction, as if its pilot was intoxicated. Banking to the left, the Mr. Handy courier plane manoeuvred to avoid the highly advanced ship, until a flare was shot at its tail. Detecting that, the plane ejected the package straight at the source, before soaring off into the far yonder. It would probably get eaten by a Void Dragon, or run out of fuel and crash land somewhere; one or the other.

...

'Son of a jabroni!!' was all Riley could think as the countermeasures started to take their toll. He had to hold his breath through the whole vacuum, and his Deathclaws were being tossed around like toys, until their instincts kicked in and they gripped the walls, ceiling and floors with their strong claws. They were frozen in place, however, as ice had then began to set in. And all Riley had to get him out was a flare gun. A fat lot of use that would be... until a wild miracle arrived.

Riley saw the Mr. Handy courier plane, and was quick to fire a flare at it. This in turn got him the package it had in tow, which rolled around as it traversed down the hallway until Riley stopped it. The package contained a gas mask, plenty of warm clothing including a jacket, boots and gloves, and in amongst this, a crow bar.

"Thank god for that," Riley breathed a sigh of relief before saying this, but after putting the gas mask on of course, before putting on the warm clothing and wielded the crowbar. But with 5 minutes fewer to live and his Deathclaws practically useless to him now, Riley trudged down the hallway to the cockpit in low spirits.

Jin Akatsuki

"Well... I suppose it is doing something about him" Jin mumbled to himself after Eria had begun dragging the scientist down the steps. He could only assume that the loud thumping of the mans head striking each step was intentional, not that Eria could hear it anyways. Maybe sending the rabbit to fight a banshee wasn't my best idea... he thought casually as he followed Eria down the steps. Not like he had a choice really. Short of burning it, Jin couldn't have done a thing to harm the banshee anyways. Besides, he thought the ears were just some stupid accessory. He had no idea that they were actual ears.

The fourth floor of the castle was not very different from the first. A few suits of armor lined the walls, and the same stained glass windows let in an eerie purple glow from the outside world. There were a few rooms, and Jin could swear he heard a loud breathing coming from one of them. He rather wanted to avoid that room. So as not to waste anymore time and aura. One thing Jin did notice, was the fact that he could no longer sense anything around him. Not even Eria or the scientists aura for that matter. It was as if his sixth sense had been shut off.

Jin tapped Eria on the shoulder, then pointed to his ears as if to imply that he was asking if she could hear again. When he was sure she could at least hear the gist of what he was saying, or at least read his lips, he spoke. "For some reason, I can't sense anything on this floor. Normally I can sense other people and demons by the aura- or magic energy they give off, but for whatever reason, this floor is dark." Jin walked ahead of Eria then paused, and turned to face her before continuing. "If I had to guess, I'd say somebody doesn't want us snooping around on this particular floor. And I'd be willing to bet Isamy's soul is here as well. What do you think 'pyon~pyon'?"

Okay, maybe that last remark wasn't needed, but Jin couldn't resist the urge. He'd take whatever punishment Eria planned to give him for his comment.

Cody Renner

It had taken a while, and Cody had needed to use another load of ammo, but he'd finally made it to the castle. At least I made it in one piece and don't have to worry about that flaming maple coming after me anymore. he thought as he approached the castle from the side. Sure, the entrance was open now, but Cody wasn't fool enough to go in through the front door. Besides, there was a lovely sewage canal that likely lead to the dungeons not too far from his position.

Right, the word 'lovely' here, was used sarcastically, as like all sewage canals, it smelled of rotting urine and stool, and there was nothing at all lovely about that. The sewer was sealed off by a few rusted iron bars, that fell into the sewer as Cody kicked at the entrance. Luckily the years of accumulated ick had managed to weaken the bars to such a degree. Right... Now to dive into a waist high pile of sheet... Cody thought as he slid himself through the small opening he'd made.

Fortunately, he hadn't landed in a waist high pile sheet. Actually, the small amount of water he landed in was fairly clean, which had surprised Cody since he had noticed that the water from the river was dirty with unknown substances, and even blood. Better get moving before any Void Rats or some other gimmicky enemy shows up. And so he walked, his feet splashing water about with each step. He could hear multiple battles being waged above him, as well as feel the ground shake whenever a certain attack was released. Clearly he'd made the right choice in going through the under ground. Cody knew he never would have survived through the warzone he was hearing above him.

After a while of walking, and using a few shots on some Void Rats, all of which turned out to be as large as Cody with six eyes and grotesque bubbling growths around them, Cody found what he hoped was a ladder to the castle interior. Please let this take me inside... Cody thought as he ascended the ladder out of the sewer. Luckily for him, it did lead to the castle interior. Directly into what appeared to be a secret room on the first floor. It was a castle after all. It was only natural that there'd be secret passageways all over it.

Void Dragon, 10,000 feet above ground

A monster roamed the skies, rather bored. Its distorted wings flapped as it continued to fly on its own, far away from the castle. Only an hour ago, it had defeated both of its siblings in battle without any real effort and feasted on their bodies. The same taste as always. No matter which victim it chose, it always had that same, somewhat crunchy, somewhat squishy taste. The silly creatures roaming the ground didn't usually give as much nutrition as the ones in the sky, which was why it stayed away, although it couldn't help but notice that several others that were diving down hadn't gone back up. Perhaps they found another void behemoth, or another one of those Saiyan stragglers? It didn't matter.

Suddenly, its attention was caught by a rather strange object that was zooming off, high up in the skies, having remained undetected by any of the others out of sheer luck. Just as it dropped off some sort of package, the dragon lunged at it, mercilessly tearing apart the plane with its powerful, mythril jaws. It didn't waste a single piece of this mysterious new, metallic and lifeless meal, and found a delicate new taste once the engine landed on its tongue. Once the entire plane had been digested down, its attention turned to the place where the package had gone off to, curious to see if it could eat that too.

Instead, it saw something far more marvelous. It was like the plane, only far larger and far more advanced, about the same size as the dragon itself, and had remained undetected due to superior technologies - technology which the void creature could bypass due to possessing psychic abilities. Wanting more of the exotic taste it just feasted on, the void dragon dived directly towards the Tau Manta, its near-invulnerable scales protecting it against all amounts of firepower being thrown against it.

This was certainly a high-leveled enemy.

Strange plants, CoN Interior, F2 Cell Cages

Over to the far right, there were strange, almost peculiar orange 'plants' growing.

Unlike the other cells, where all the imprisoned victims had either died or expired over time, these plants were still very much alive. Now, wouldn't one be rather curious at why plants of all things were behind bars? The answer was quite simple. For one, they took their energy from the darkness instead of the light. Once upon a time, they turned into unstoppable, colossal monsters once they found their way into the Shadow Realm. They took down the dragons effortlessly, and no creature could hope to hold its own against it.

However, one day, a silver-haired man came from the skies and ripped out their core, before placing those same cores into some cell in a castle, and then being left alone, abandoned. Possibly because they had broken the balance in the Shadow Realm. In there, the artificial lights and shadows prevented them from growing any stronger, and most of them died. There were only five left, three of which whom had retreated into egg-like shells, and others that tried -in vain- to adapt to this artificial light.

These two were the ones that were watching telepathically as a strange woman confronted another, both of them curious to see if they could somehow reach them and feed off their energies in order to break free. If they could, then they could escape the castle and spawn a new army of their kind! It was their only remaining hope.

But how?

I TASTE DELICIOUS!!! One of the void plants threw out telepathically, aimed at the two women. The other plant would've facepalmed had it possessed any arms.

Viligance, F4 A1

The suit of armor having taken its time wandering about the fourth floor, its attention turned to the staircase as two unfamiliar human beings ascended it. Possibly the first of the Counter Corps to have made it this far. The others, as he could sense, were all preoccupied on the rooftop and on the other floors. Since it resembled the standing suits of armor in pretty much every way (and since it originated from those suits, in fact), it hid itself amongst them and watched as the duo walked past it.

Once they had, it took control of all the other suits of armor, animated them, and had them attack the duo with their own swords.

Emiya, outside to the west of CoN, with Ed Garith

Emiya only watched as Ed managed to slice apart another void creature upon bringing out what appeared to be swords of black ice, stabbing them into it. Once he was finished, the Counter Guardian looked up ahead to the magnificent castle of shadows towering above them. But unlike the others, they had come in from the east, which was why nobody had encountered or noticed them up until that point.

"Projection isn't a very practical skill." He admitted, replying to Ed's prior comment. "It takes a lot of concentration each time it's done, and the weapons you form with your mana don't last very long, since the tiniest imperfect is enough to make them disappear over time. I'm quite possibly the only person in the multiverse who uses it for the sake of combat - however, if you still wish to learn it, perhaps I'll teach you once we're finished here in the Shadow Realm."

With that, he walked out of the pathway and looked up to the castle.

"Since the others will have reached the first two floors by now, we'll go on to the third." Emiya informed his accomplice, before taking out another bow. This one looked to be much simpler than the one earlier, being made of something resembling mahogany, but then a sword materialized into it. Was he going to use that as an arrow? Then, aiming at the window of the third floor, he fired - it shattered instantly. "Follow me."

Once that was done, he ran up to the castle walls and jumped onto it- well, not quite, but then he used his own strength to push himself upwards with his feet, and thus had begun running up the wall, maintaining a balance that prevented him from falling off. Upon reaching the shattered window, he jumped into it.

As it appeared, the third floor was clear.

Isamy Maximus, the Vault, with Bayonetta and all other sentient stolen artifacts

Isamy looked on as the victim she'd just struck down begun ranting on and on about the seeds of despair, some sort of peril she'd just put herself in, all the while mocking her goals. Amongst the others, one thing she couldn't help but notice was the fact that the being who'd just possessed the woman knew about the Key of Origin, which was odd, since that was something only she, the Counter Guardians, and their respective teams should know about, and there was no way that this being was on the side of the Counter Corps. Right.

Once the possessed victim had finally succumbed to her wounds, the teal-haired girl retrieved her scythe and gave the corpse a blank glance, suppressing her frustration...before releasing it.

Then, "HOW DARE YOU -", the scythe came down again upon the woman's body, "- MOCK ME -", again and again, blood splattering about everywhere, "- ABOUT MY -", including her face and clothes, "MISSION!!!", until the corpse was nothing more than a disheveled, bloody mess of body parts. Then she stabbed her spacial weapon right into the woman's head, and one last splash of blood followed. "I WILL FIND YOU, and I WILL KILL YOU! I DON'T CARE WHO OR WHAT YOU ARE, WHETHER YOU'RE THE COUNTER FORCE OR THE ACTUAL GODS THEMSELVES, BUT NONE SHALL STAND IN MY WAY. THE PATHWAY HAS BEEN OPENED, AND THE KEY IS WITHIN MY GRASP! YOU DARE MOCK ME, YOU DARE..."

The next twenty seconds or so involved her continuing her mad mantra of frustration.

Once she was done, she withdrew her scythe and took a step back from the bloodied object that no longer resembled anything like a human corpse. Uttering several words in Ancient Egyptian, she waved her free hand over both herself and the other thing, as if casting a spell. As if to confirm this, the blood that had stained her skin and clothes disappeared instantly, and what remained of the 'body' vanished into thin air.

Finally, she turned around to look back at Bayonetta, comically avoiding gazing at the lower part of her body, as if none of the horrific previous events had ever happened.

"So um, I guess I should thank you somehow by giving you a reward..." Isamy said awkwardly, and let her scythe float horizontally before sitting down upon it. "In which case, just tell me what you want... and I'll get it for you... But no, I'm still not going to let you or anyone else leave this place for free."

Darcy (TD), F2 A6

As she appeared in the room, Darcy sighed, looking around at the room she had landed in. She was then annoyed when some other lady, with the recognisable ring of most of the Counter Corps, appeared in front of her. Aiming at her without a word as the woman started to talk, her sphere of dark energy ran directly into the demonic limb that emerged from current opponent's hair. Now rather pissed off at all these people that kept taking pot shots at her without giving her a break, she gave a sharp retort back to the woman's words. "One rather annoyed witch, who's anger is currently directed at you." Bringing up her magic, she threw a trio of spells at the witch, similar to the style she had been using against the water mage, though these ones were closer to being considered 'Dark' spells. The first was a pain curse, taking the shape of a dark orange sphere that would cause a feeling as if the nerves were burning at the location it hit and flying in the centre and at the front. The second was flying off-centre to the left and slightly behind the first, and was a form of a cutting spell, smaller and harder to see and appearing like a disjointed beam. The third was off-centre to the right and further behind the first, and seemed similar to the second, except rather than a beam, it took the form of a purple fire that would burn and damage if it hit.

In the skies of the Shadow Realm:

Suddenly, Riley felt air rush back into the passenger compartment as the vacuum ceased, and the room dethawed, though still remained somewhat damp from the ice. The broken panel of the skylight from the package delivery sealed up with metal plating, and the calm synthesized voice announced to its prisoner "Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am willing to make you an offer. A Colossal-sized creature of a draconic build has detected this ship, and is on an intercept course to attack us, potentially perceiving the ship as prey. However, while I can enact countermeasures against intruders and exterior attackers, I am unable to fire any weapons systems that have not been approved by a proper pilot. As such, I will admit you access to the cockpit, as long as you follow my exact instructions. Any deviations will result in your immediate ejection from this ship and potential termination, though this will significantly lower my chances of survival. In other words, I require your assistance to activate my heavier weaponry and fire said weapons. Do you comply with these parameters?"

Castle Necrophades, Floor 1, Sector C5:

Foster continued to sprint, wincing as he heard the detonation of his remaining quadrotor as his omnitool registered its demise, and realized once the strange energy felines came into view that his attacker had some sort of method for tracking him. He de-cloaked, realizing that his stealth for this mission ws compromised, and finally reached the location of some sort of fight involving what appeared to be a raven-haired samurai, and realized that he saw him earlier as a fellow Counter Corps member, and thusly called out. "Hey! Mister Samurai! A little help?" Once near Byakuya, Foster turned around, his Zorg Firearms, Mark I, activated its targeting system, a scope and a targeting laser extending from the top, and locked onto one of the panthers, sending a 3-round burst to confirm the lock before activating the Replay function, switching to several 3-round bursts of the depleted uranium teardrops he was firing that zoomed through the air to seek and eliminate their target.

Castle Necrophades, Floor 1, Sector E5:

As the turret drone detonated, the now-crushed tanks filled with the cocktail of DMSO and nerve agents sprayed the area where the turret used to be with a fine mist. Butler avoided the spray, but Dorian was not so lucky, the DMSO allowing the mixture to quickly seep directly through his skin and imbalance both his Body and his Mind as they attempted to bring him into a deep, dreamless sleep.

Eria - F4 A1

Eria was regaining her hearing, but she could vaguely make out what Jin was saying. Something about his ability to sense being blocked out, and Isamy's soul. Of course, then Jin had to make fun of the way Eria was forced to finish her sentences, and so she let go of Frankram so she could punch Jin straight in the face. "It's not funny~pyon!" she said loudly, either because she was angry or because her hearing still wasn't fully back to normal. "Anyway, yeah~pyon. If Isamy's soul is here, we need to find it~pyon." Looking around her, she saw two hallways, one directly in front of her, and the other to her left. "Let's go this way~pyon," she suggested, pointing to the left hallway. However, just as she turned, the suits of armor lining the ways sprung to life, swinging their swords. Eria turned around two late as one of the arms cut deep into her right arm. Switching the staff into her left hand, she summoned balls of water to splash against the armors, and with the armors soaked, she began to freeze the water, and hopefully the armors as well.

Arthur / MachGaogamon / Sora - Castle Entrance
Arthur sighed when the monk allowed him to lead the group inside. Sora was relieved, but was curious why his earlier opponent didn't follow him. However, as Arthur began to take a step inside, MachGaogamon was pushed back, flying behind Sora and Arthur. Looking inside, they saw two warriors, each clad in black and blue armor and holding two crimson swords. On the left side of their chest, each had a red emblem that resembled three tomoe in the form of a spiral. Their faces were pale and featureless, save for their glowing red eyes.

They charged again, one going after Arthur, and the other after Sora. Sora blocked the warrior that attacked him, while Arthur simply dodged out of the way. "The rest of you, go on ahead!" The Void Fox leapt the Bergzak, clawing at its eyes, but the warrior simply struck the creature with both of its blades, knocking the creature to the ground. "That means you too!" The Void Fox hesitated, before looking at Arthur. "What is it?" The Void Fox pointed behind Arthur, and the young man looked to see the other two void creatures slowly flying through the sky. Arthur sighed, but smiled. "You're all supposed to be mindless creatures, but you the three of you still want to stick together, don't you?" The Bergzak lunged forward, but the Void Fox grabbed the blades in its hands while Arthur shot a bolt in the middle of the warrior's forehead. The draconic creature and the demon fell to the ground, their skin burning from the waters of the river. Nevertheless, the began to flap their wings, and Arthur looked up at MachGaogamon. Taking out his Digivice, he shined more light at the Digimon, and the wolf beast rose to its feast. "Lead the way for the others. I can take both of these warriors."

MachGaogamon looked down at Arthur and the three void creatures. "Understood."

As MachGaogamon went into the entrance, Arthur stopped him. "MachGaogamon. When all this is over, I'll know what I want."

MachGaogamon nodded, and went inside the castle.

Sora knocked back the Bergzak he was fighting and looked at Arthur's group. "You're sure?"

Arthur nodded. "I got two warriors attacking me and three void creatures with enough personality to each help other as well as me. Yeah, I think I can handle it."

Sora nodded, and headed inside.

Floor 1 E5

While Dorian was confident in Osebo's ability to hunt and kill his pray he started to sniff the air. It was then he started to feel the effects of the drug cocktail that the drone was firing. His initial facial expression was quite stunned. First came his body. His nerve ending were slowly but surely locking up to the point that he was about to collapse. He wasn't too worried though. If anyone had an X-ray they would see the effects of his Perfect Balance starting to take over. His body began to take on a golden hue as his mind and soul were going to start hot wiring his body. He was about to resume his normal stance until the second effects of the drug cocktail were starting to take over. Oh...my..God two out of three....ugh! He could quickly feel himself passing out, but he was not worried because he knew his friends could take it from here. In his last bout of consciousness he thought If you all do anything ludicrous to my body or my clothes I swear you'll regret it. With that he lost consciousness but his body did not hit the ground. Dorian would be akin to a golden horse sleeping, he wasn't conscious yet he was perfectly upright and glowing gold.

Deep in the recesses of his soul a golden light exploded forth. Don't worry Dorian we got this!  Underneath Dorian's body the Nyame symbol revealed itself in a seemingly ritualistic manner. Dorian was then enveloped by a golden light similar to that of a super saiyan. His yes would open but his irises were replaced with the Nyame symbol. He looked at his hand and waved it in front of his face. Crap...sight is down guys I repeat sight is down. Oh come on really! How long till we can get it back up Momotia? I don't know this is some real interesting science here, we're lucky he was conscious enough to override his own legs and waist. Alright I'll maintain the whole body everyone else let's just catch this person. Also Osebo tell Butler he would want to know this.

What had happened was simply with only his soul perfectly intact Dorian's Perfect Balance allows for a full body possession meaning his extra deck spirits are allowed to move his body as they see fit. Unfortunately that doesn't change the fact that his brain is in a state of unconsciousness so it is not receiving visual data meaning the spirits can only see out of the eyes of their own summons. With that being said the main leader of the group Anansi was able to use Dorian's body to give chase all though it would be a tad hard to do not being able to see. Luckily he remembered the route Osebo took to give chase to his prey.

Floor 1 C2

While Butler and the Osebos were chasing foster it was quite easy to see that the leopard were closing in on the Foster. Butler was extremely pleased (though his face would never show it) that the man had decided to drop his cloaking, that made everything all the easier. As Osebo was closing in on Foster when Dorian was regretfully forced to make the full body switch out. Osebo naturally felt the switch and understood Anansi's orders. The silver lining in this was that the two Osebo's doubled in size. Without Dorian's need to conserve energy the spirits were in control to allocate power as they saw fit. Foster now revealing himself was sure to be kitty chow. Unfortunately Fosters ploy to run into a teammate worked. The Osebo's witnessed that he began to rally the Shinigami for help. To add insult to injury it seemed this man pulled out some more hi-tech sci-fi weapons. The Osebo's were prepared to self destruct meaning that when they do it  should be enough to take that entire hallway out of action. As the repetitive rounds fired the leopards braced for impact but in a black blur the shots fired seem to hit a hulking man wall.

It was undoubtedly Butler who constantly stood in the way of these attacks. Currently acting as the token shield for the bomb leopards Butler jumped in the way. Osebo wondered how the manservant could gain such speed but then they noticed his feet. Its seems that Butler chose to use his void creature summoning powers to tame small bat creatures and attach them to his feet to drastically increase his speed. One of the Osebo then began to to speak and tell him about his master but Butler quickly interrupted. I know. I have been with my master long enough to know that you all would never be this size against an enemy of this caliber. Butler flicked his wrist and called forth two sword sheaths from sleeves. He then glared at both Foster and Byakuya and a meter long blade came from the two swords. Then he and the two massive leopards charged forth at the two combatants ready for a slash fest.

CASTLE OF NECROPHADES, 1F

Sayer had vanished, bidding "adieou" as he disappeared taking Bane's severed head and corpse with him.  Sheathing his Zankaptou, Byakuya had used up quite a bit of his spiritual pressure, he would have to take care of his next advances forward.  Suddenly a cry for help came from his right.

"Hey! Mister Samurai! A little help?"

Byakuya faced the strange man he hardly recognized, but he apparently was a Counter Corps member.   A cackle in the air alerted Byakuya to the man's danger; he was being pursued by energy. . . .panthers?  "How strange," he remarked, pulling the spirit spear from the now bloodied floor.  Byakuya also noticed the technology this man was using.  Guns of some kind.  He was human obviously, but Byakuya would not let an ally fall, regardless of his distaste in modern weaponry.   He took a step in front of of his ally now and whipped the spirit spear violently creating a piercing whistle as he placed his free palm to the back of the spear.

"Shakahou." he uttered, and a large orb of fire-like energy fired from the spinning spear, covered in lightning.

Richard whisked over to the Shinigami and offered them his aid, reminding them of when they spoke some time before.  Afterwards, Kenpachi and Yachiru were busy discussing the message Richard had delivered to them and the fight Byakuya had just had, oblivious to the fact that their comrade Sora was being attacked behind them.  Not until Kenpachi heard a loud clang did he stop to turn around and observe.

"Eh?  Haha!  I finally get to see Sora fight!" he cackled.  Yachiru giggled as she watched Sora duel with two iron clad beings.  They appeared to be quite formidable.  And in the midst of it all was not another Counter Corps member.  This person was someone Kenpachi and Yachiru did not recognize.  He was briefly speaking with Void Creatures and this very large "man-demon-super-wolf from hell" as Kenpachi described it.  The creature nodded at the younger one beside him and took off into the castle.  For a moment Kenpachi thought it was going to attack Sora, but it instead walked right by him as calmly as ever and continued on.

"You don't see that everyday," Zarak chuckled.  Yachiru's face was expressionless.  "I wanna pet it Kenny, but this is some strange sheet."  Kenpachi burst out laughing as he continued to watch on.

MachGaogamon & Sora - F1 E3

The two saw that going forward would lead to dead ends, so their options were to go either left or right.

"Let's get them from both sides. I'll take the left, you'll take the right."

MachGaogamon pointed to the left, hearing the myriad of drones blasting. "I hear battles coming from that way."

Sora sighed. "Yeah, but look at you. You're a giant! Maybe you should take on the areas where there aren't enough battles."

MachGaogamon raised an eyebrow at this suggestion, but shrugged. "Very well." MachGaogamon darted to the right side, where he caught the faint glimmer of a light. MachGaogamon chased after the source, crying "HOWLING CANNON!"

Sora went in the opposite direction, meeting up with Kenpachi and Yachiru. "Hey, guys! What have I missed?"

CoN, 1F - SECTOR C5

A large man appeared before Byakuya now.  He was very muscular and had a humble but loyal feel about him.  But before Byakuya could further assess the situation, a howl came from around the corner in front of him.  "I'm afraid my quarrel does not lie here.  However," as he heard the howl.  "Reinforcements have arrived, albeit unusual reinforcements.  I will leave you to. . . whatever wicked this way comes."  Byakuya stopped spinning the spirt spear as it vanished in thin air.  He bowed graciously and Shunpo'd out of Foster's sight.

CoN, 1F - SECTOR E1

Kenpachi was surprised at how easily Sora handled his enemies.  "Not much.  Byakuya is wrapping--"  "Wrapping what, Soutaichou?" Byakuya said appearing just behind Sora with a loud whoosh of wind.

"And who might this be?"

"A friend and an ally.  He-- or should I say his other half worked with us a long time ago."

"Other half?"

"You remember Roxas?  And now that I think about it, take out the 'x' and respell it."

"You are suggesting they are one person, much like Senbonzakura and I?"

"You got it."

"Interesting."  Byakuya finally looked down at Sora who had his back to him.   "He certainly does look much like the 'Roxas' I recall.  And how might this boy benefit us, Soutaichou?"

"More than you know, Kuchiki."  Kenpachi sounded flustered.  "I remember Roxas' strength.  He and Sora are one now, and I can feel the strength he possess.  We talked about under estimation before Kuchiki.  This is one you would regret," he said nodding to the large Key in Sora's hands.

"This boy also posses the Keyblade, as did Roxas.  Perhaps the Commander is right.  Forgive me Sora.  I mean no disrespect.  I simply would rather you not be a burden." Byakuya said flatly.  Kenpachi quickly put Byakuya into a headlock and messed his hair.  "You'll have to excuse Byakuya.  He's strong, but he won't change his stuck up, overly composed attitude even among friends.  He didn't mean anything by it."  Kenpachi finally took the struggling Byakuya to the ground as Yachiru hopped off of Kenpachi's shoulder.  They wrestled recklessly, Kenpachi playfully punching Byakuya in the chest, who responded with "Bankai" only to be interrupted by Kenpachi putting his hand over Byakuya's mouth and giving him a dirty look.

"I jest, Soutaichou," he said muffled.

Yachiru stared blankly into space and suddenly spoke up.  "Let's go exploring Kenny!  I wanna see the rest of this really big house."  "Castle."  "Really big. . .castle house?"  " . . .have you been mentally wounded?"  Yachiru gave a huge smile as she hopped back onto Kenpachi's shoulders.  "Weren't the stairs over there Kenny?" she pointed south.  "Eh?  I thought they were back that way?" Kenpachi asked pointing to the destroyed entrance.  "That's back outside you silly."

Byakuya finally held up a hand.  "Perhaps I should lead the way.  I've only just scoured this entire floor, and the only thing that remains intact is the staircase.  Can you keep up, Sora?" Byakuya questioned.  There was a tone of expectation in his voice.  Kenpachi shook his head, unsure of Sora's speed.  "If not he can always hop onto my shoulder."  Yachiru patted Kenpachi's free right shoulder offering Sora a seat.

Alexander Abernathy (CC) and Alister Azimuth (TD)/Near the Shadow Realm Safe House/Battling Void!Wulf

"Sun"/Dark Chronicle Premium Arrange

"We can't let him make a run for it," Alister said to Alex.

"Right.  Umbris!" Alex called to the Neo-Spacian

"Gotcha," replied the Umbra Panther, tossing a card out between Wulf and the lombaxes; seconds later, a bright, yellow-color barrier surrounded the three combatants, separating them from the others.

"Are you ready?" Alister asked Alexander.

Alex was about to respond when Wulf suddenly made a slashing motion with one of his swords, sending a dark red shockwave toward Alexander, who dodged out of the way just a split second before it could reach him.  "Now I am," Alex blurted as he ran forward, calling forth a key-shaped blade in his right hand and a handgun in his left.  He began firing his handgun at Wulf as he charged forward, his bullets however were cut out of the air by Wulf's swords before they could get the chance to inflict any damage.  Meanwhile, Alister took the initiative to circle around to Wulf's other side and strike just as Alex swung out with his replica Keyblade.  However, Wulf blocks both oncoming strikes with his blades, simultaneously forcing them both back.

"BALTIM," ("Fury") Wulf growled out, charging after Alister with both blades flailing wildly from all directions.  Alister proceeded to block the strikes with his OmniWrench, but Wulf was moving a bit too fast for the General to keep up with successfully; Wulf managed to cut Alister once on the right arm before Alexander swatted Wulf away with a giant, toy-like hammer.

"You alright?" Alex asked.

"Just a flesh wound," Alister replied, "don't worry about me."  As Alister said this, Wulf retaliated by firing off a number of dark orbs, one of which struck Alex in the chest and exploded, sending the lombax flying a few feet.  "See, what'd I tell ya!" Alister yelled after Alex, failing to notice that Wulf was charging at him from behind before getting punched in the back of the head, sending him flying into a barely-recovering Alex.

"Umbris, I'm fine," Alexander grunted in response to the Neo-Spacian's yelps of concern. "My shirt on the other hand...."  He and Alister help each other to get up just as Wulf slashed forth two more shockwaves, which were again dodged.

The Void-Corrupted Wulf, taking a moment to "think", came to the conclusion that he would not be able to make much progress against two foes, even with his power.  Holding his two blades before him in a X-shape, Wulf uttered the word, "PALA" ("two") and, before the lombaxes' eyes, Wulf began to separate into two duplicates of himself.  These two then proceeded to attack, each one taking on one of the lombaxes.  Alexander immediately blocked his Wulf's assault with a shield before firing point-blank into its chest with a sawn-off shotgun.  Meanwhile, Alister had tossed out a group of hand grenades, hoping to slow down his Wulf.  This Wulf, however, barely flinched as the grenades exploded at his feet, focused on his intention to cut Alister down where he stood.  Alister stood his ground, however, parrying his Wulf's oncoming attack and succeeding in knocking one of his swords out of his hand, which Alister followed up with a charged energy blast from his OmniWrench, sending Wulf staggering.

Alexander managed to land an uppercut on his Wulf, sending him soaring into the air.  Alister then took advantage of his Wulf's vulnerability and grabbed him by one of his arms, swinging himself around using the propulsion of his Hoverboots until he and his Wulf were both hovering a few feet above ground.  Still spinning, Alister let go of Wulf's arm, sending him flying into the back of the Wulf launched by Alexander, the sudden impact stunning them enough to reform into the single Wulf before he felt to the ground.

"Nice one!" Marzell cheered out, somehow enjoying the spectacle in spite of what was at stake.

"Uh... thank you?" Alex and Alister replied back in unison.

"Marzell, really?" Russell chided the half-orc, giving him a stern glare.

"What? ... ... oh, right...."

During this time, Wulf managed to get back to his feet, growling rabidly.  He held out his hand, slowly gathering a concentrated amount of darkness into his outstretched palm until, in the center of the swirling abyss, a small violet light began to shine through.  "MICALOZ... A TELOC!!" ("Light of Death") he roared out as a laser blast was fired out of the concentrated darkness in his palm.

"Look out!!" Alexander cried out, jumping in front of Alister as the laser was shot out at them, conjuring a mirrored shield to block the oncoming blast.  The initial impact was enough to slide Alexander back a few feet, even with Alister bracing against him.  In fact, were it not for Alister supporting him, Alexander would still have had trouble maintaining his footing against the practically endless stream of dark energy.  "C'mon, Alister... help me get closer," Alex grunted out as he proceeded to take a step forward, struggling against the laser.  As he and Alister inched their way closer, the energy of the laser began to concentrate and grow larger near its center.  Now it was Wulf's turn to struggle under the strain, trying to maintain the beam in order to break through Alexander's shield while keeping the blast from being returned to himself.

"It's not working, Alex!" Alister yelled over the deafening sound of the laser.  "We have to try another approach!"

Alexander, however, wouldn't listen, still standing his ground.  A thought had suddenly occurred to him, and he thus began reciting: "Our Father, who are in Heaven, hallowed is your name!" he cried out over the noise of the laser, hoping that Wulf would listen.

Indeed, Alex's reciting of the pray seemed to have a small effect on Wulf: he gasped as his eyes briefly changed from deep red to his normal blue, before returning to red. "Al... Alex...?"

"What are you doing, you fool?!" shrieked a voice in Wulf's head.  "Why are you showing such weakness now?  You must destroy these two!!'

"Your Kingdom Come," Alex continued, "Your will be done on Earth--!"

"... as it is in Heaven...."

"What are you--?!  You cannot be showing mercy now!"

"Give us this day--!"

"... our... daily bread...."

"Stop this nonsense, now!!"

"And forgive us our trespasses--!"

"As we... forgive those who... trespass against us--"

"You cannot stop!  You know what will happen if you let go!  They'll kill you!!  DO YOU WANT THAT?!!"

Once again, a single tear ran down Wulf's cheek.  "... and lead us not into temptation... but deliver us from evil, for Yours is the Kingdom, the Power, and the Glory, now... and forever."

Alexander exhaled sadly, knowing what was going to happen next.  "Wulf, I'm so sorry...."

"... me too, Alex," Wulf said calmly, a small, sad smile appearing on his muzzle.  "... Amen."

Wulf closed his palm, dispersing the concentrated darkness and ceasing his attack, just as the remainder of the attack was returned to him by the mirrored shield; the reflected blast hit him dead-on, almost engulfing him completely as his corruption gave one last, defiant scream of pain....

"Frailty, Thy Name Is...."/Soul Calibur III OST

... as the energy finally vanished, Wulf was revealed to still be standing, having returned to his original state, his fur white as snow once more.  Wulf slowly turned his head upwards, lifting a hand up toward the bleak, dark sky... and smiled just as the last of his strength failed him, falling backward toward the ground....

"Wulf!"  Alexander caught the Lightsworn just before he hit the ground.

"I... I'm okay, now...," Wulf said quietly, the smile still not gone from his face.  "This... this is... as it should be...."

"Wulf, just hang on," Alex said, his eye beginning to water, "we're going to get you some help, okay? Just--"

"It's too late for me, Alex... besides, I understand now... why Wolfram... spared me.  Even... after everything I did as Forsaken Wulf, he... never saw me as an evil person...."

"Wulf, please, you can't speak like this...."

"All I wanted... was for Wolfram and I... to be together, as we used... to be... and he... he wanted the same.  My actions... only served to tear us apart... and I... lost the only person I ever...."  As his strength continued to fade, Wulf's body began to give off a faint glow.

"Is he... fading...?" Alister uttered as he noticed that Wulf's body was slowly disintegrating, starting at his feet.

Wulf gave a sad, shuddering laugh. "So... even after all of this... am I allowed to... ascend to the stars...?"

"It's... it's where you belong now," Alexander answered, now unable to stop his tears from falling.

Wulf, too, began to cry. "... do you... do you think... that he'll be there?  Do you think... that he will... forgive me...?"

"He will," Alex sobbed out.  "I know he will."

Wulf, Lightsworn Beast, gave one last smile.  "... thank you... Alex...."  With his final breath, Wulf's body disappeared entirely, the light slowly ascending toward the sky....

Jeanne (CC)/Castle Necrophades Floor 2, A6/Battling Darcy

"Battle For the Umbra Throne"/Bayonetta Soundtrack

Giving a smirk at Darcy's display of magic, Jeanne dashed toward the launched spells, seemingly throwing caution to the wind as the spell came dangerously close to striking her head-on.  She then suddenly dove down, sliding along the floor and right underneath Darcy's spells, which struck less-than-harmlessly against a boulder at the end of the hall.  She continued to slide until she was just at Darcy's feet before kicking herself right off the floor and striking Darcy across the face with a well-placed kick, knocking the witch against one of the cell doors.

"A witch?  Really?" Jeanne said as she strode over to Darcy.  "And just who were you trying to impress with such cheap parlor tricks, little girl?  My great-grandmother could perform much better than that!"

Isamy's Storage Vault

Gabriel was quite horrified by Isamy's display of rage, holding his little doll paws up to his face as Isamy used her scythe to obliterate the intruder into nothing.  Bayonetta, however, despite also being horrified somewhat (or grossed out, her facial expression could have suggested either), couldn't help but inwardly laugh at Isamy's outburst, juvenile as it was.

"Oh, but of course not, love," Bayonetta replied, "that wouldn't be fun at all, now would it?  So, anything I want, hmm?"  She ran an index finger across her chin as she thought.  "... I suppose I could settle for a pie of white pizza, with just cheese... a box of lollipops, preferably strawberry or cherry (Bayonetta licks her lips at this thought), and... hmmm...."  She turned her head to look at the stuffed lion that was Gabriel, a warm smile crossing her lips as her eyes seemed to sparkle.  "If you could grant me the one small indulgence of having my little fluffy friend in that other containment field join me here, I'll promise to really behave.  I am rather fond of stuffed animals, after all."

"Huh?"  (OwO)

Floor 1 E5

Anansi has just gotten control of his master's body and he was able to move regularly. Anansi was even aware of Butler's guardian void creatures. Unfortunately there was some company. While he couldn't see that there was a large blue wolf beast coming his way he did note it was something powerful. Butler's Void creatures all came in a cluster and took  the hit from the hollowing cannon in place of Dorian's body. Seeing as Dorian couldn't hear either any sonic effect was mute. Anansi had to think quick about what to do. He could continue to run away from the beast and reunite with Butler but then Anansi would be sandwiching the two of them between the enemy. This made the decision a lot easier. It was time to enter direct combat with this opponent. Anansi turned Dorian's body to face this beast but there was still the problem with sight he had to deal with. Like a Super saiyan Dorian became more and more golden and from behind him a giant spider like energy entity arose ( picture Shaman King spirit forms). The giant energy version of Anansi opened its eyes and saw the blue wolf then in a weird correlation Dorian's mouth just hung open and noise came out.. Oh guess, Dorian called that right. Pity you were one of our stronger members. You sure are powerful but it looks like you were already locked in combat. Momotia take over the body I'll be fighting in this one. We'll have to make sure that no one makes it past this floor.

Dorian raised his hand and with his mouth still open this time an odd feminine voice was heard. Mmoboro swarm. At that moment the Nyame ring started to glow and out came what seemed to be a never ending swarm of small glowing hornets started to swarm the first floor of the castle the spirits desperate act was quite obvious. They were attempting to blow up all of the passageways that lead to the next floor. Hopefully a noble sacrifice.

Floor 1 C5

Butler literally slashed away the shinigami's attack and was ready for more but the shinigami mentioned something about reinforcements. Butler noticed the howl from earlier and he was sure that it was the massive furry wolf beast that they had suspected would betray them. With Byakuya gone he was confident he would be able to take out Foster by himself. Butler pointed to the entrance and the Osebo leopards outside to the castle entrance. The goal was simple they had to figure out a way to stall the heroes and keep them from progressing further. They both looked at each other and then simple shot up towards the sky. The back half of their bodies turned into a trail of energy as they were hoping to hit a target at some point. That is when they came face to face with one of the high level void dragons that owned the skies. The two leopards fired themselves directly at the dragon's eye's and self destructed. Hopefully this would be enough to bring the dragon down to the surface and seek the high energies of the collected heroes and hopefully eat them.

Frankram was blissfully comatose while his precious ~moe~ goddess was talking to some hooligan, and he also remained so whilst his head was banged down each stair, though, this somewhat knocked him back into awareness. Oh, how his little project was such perfection; she was even tsundere. The holy trinity of animal ears, near-sightedness and tsundere was now complete.

However, it seems she had let go of him to attack her comrade (at this point, his nose bled a little), but then the suits of armour attacked. It must've been that iron knight Vigilance, only he would use this sort of trick. The power of Fanboyism put him back onto his feet as his glasses became reflective. "I summon, with my name and skill! I am Frankram Stein; user of supreme rule and law! The right of flames will annihilate the wicked. Dweller within the deepest flames, CHARON!"

A tremendous fireball was launched from his hands via a glyphic portal and it was aimed directly at the now pre-occupied Jin.

"Why should I be following your orders, for? You're a ship!" Riley called out, before turning to read the fine print on the spell page that he had received from Vigilance. Apparently it was possible for him to capture a Void Dragon with it, although it would likely have to be crippled or in constant pain first... and he'd probably only be able to control it long enough to get himself and Xeta out of the Counter Corps' territory and back to base.

Still, it was better to take a stab at controlling it than have no way out once its defeat was over with.

"Fine, I'll take co-pilot or whatever," Riley sighed before saying this, "But under a couple conditions. 1.) You can go ahead and tell me what you can actually do, but I decide what weapons to fire, and 2.) If you have a HUD on the thing, then have it up once I get there and keep it up."

...

Back in the Shadow Realm, Lerna had heard the message from Isamy, but she was no more unnerved than before; especially since Isamy was most likely bluffing when she said that the Key of Origin was within her grasp, as Lerna knew from her victim that it wasn't in Isamy's vault.

Still, although Lerna remained unaware of the victim's massacre, she was aware that the victim didn't last too long, and she knew that because of how quickly she absorbed her soul. However, Lerna would've liked to know how Isamy would fare against a whole army, each being of which wasn't nearly as weak.

Darcy, F2 A6

Seeing her enemy dodge the shots, and without enough time to avoid Jeanne's counterattack, Darcy just barely managed to get her arms up in a cross shape to protect her face, though she still got pushed back into the cell. Grimacing at the pain, Darcy waited until Jeanne was about a metre away, before bringing her right arm up and shooting a pair of spheres of darkness at the other lady. Taking advantage of the surprise, and hearing the voice that suddenly occurred behind her, she cast a spell over herself, a clone spell to create a total of 12 clones, one of which was standing in basically the same spot she was and duplicating her movements at that time. Having moved around so she could see what had talked from behind her, she noticed what seemed to be orange plants, she made all the clones appear to cast spheres of dark magic directly at the cage, as well as casting one of her own, figuring that in this realm, and casting magic that the realm seemed to really resonate with, it certainly couldn't hurt to break the imprisonment on whatever these things were. Not really wanting to get caught up in a big fight though, and still somewhat drained from the four summoning spells she'd cast earlier, as well as the teleport spell, she made the clones all throw what appeared to be spheres of dark energy at Jeanne this time, again along with a real one of her own, before moving back towards the corridor out of that room, attempting to escape away from whatever it was she had just unleashed upon the realm.

Jin Akatsuki - F4 A1

As he'd expected, Jin paid for the price of his joke as Eria struck him in the face. She had a surprising amount of strength stored up in those skinny little arms too, as a thin stream of blood was now dripping from Jin's nose. Of course he hadn't expected a cute girl with bunny ears to pack much of a punch to begin with, but... "Yeah, you're right. Sorry about that." Jin said as he applied more pressure to his nose. Being a Nephilim, the bleeding stopped shortly after it had begun, since the wound had not been that bad anyways.

Eria then suggested that they proceed down the left hallway. No point in leaving it out, so Jin nodded in agreement and began to follow Eria down the hall. However, just as he'd taken his first step, he picked up a somewhat subtle movement with his Chaos Sight. A split second later, the armor lining the corridor came to life and attacked the two of them. Thanks to his Chaos Sight, Jin managed to avoid decapitation and escape with only a small cut across his cheek. Another aimed a mace at Eria's head, but Jin was quicker, summoning Form 5's scythe and deflecting the attack before cleaving the armors helm. Switching to Form 1, Jin then blocked two swords with either of his, and spun in place to slice the mid section of the armor.

Guilty Gear - Keep Yourself Alive 2

Once his enemies had been defeated, Jin stepped between Eria and her opponents, holding his swords close to his sides, and letting them point to the floor. "Go on ahead. I'll deal with them." As he spoke, Jin kept his eyes ahead of him, not once looking back at his ally. They were outnumbered obviously, but Jin was certain that he could take this many without too much of a problem. Taking his fighting stance and glaring at each enemy, Jin continued. "Don't try convincing me otherwise either, rabbit. In my universe, I've dealt with much worse than these guys, so don't worry. Besides, it's far more important that we destroy Isamy." Then Jin smiled back at Eria. "All that aside though, I got a feeling that there's somebody here that you need to save. A friend that only you can save."

Once his speech was finished, Jin charged at the armor, Enhancing just enough for his tail to sprout out from his lower back, and began his battle, cutting down one of the armors directly in front of him, then switching to Form 4 and dragging another closer to him. Once it was in appropriate range, Jin switched to Form 5, and cut the armor to bits with the scythe. He was doing pretty good, until a fireball hit him in the back, causing him to stumble and nearly lose his arm as one of the Knights swung an axe at it and Jin barely avoided it.

The fireball had come from the professor, who Jin himself had wanted to help. Well, he supposed this was what he got for wanting to help a psychotic scientist who wanted to reshape his universe. Now with Jin's full attention, he began to speak to the scientist. "Lemme ask you something. Were you the one who moeized Eria?" Jin pretty much already knew the answer before the scientist could open his mouth though. After seeing Eria's treatment of him, of course it had to be him. "I gotta admit, you did a pretty decent job on it. But she seems to disagree." With that, Jin swung his swords, and fired X-Inferno at the scientist, hoping to take a few armors out as well.

Kozaky, the Mad - F4 C4

Quiet. It was very quiet were the mad scientist stood. Quiet and dark. Not that either bothered him much at all. If anything, he was reminded more of his lab back in his universe. Wasn't it something like this? No no no no, it was much darker. More wires and test tubes too. Right? He supposed it was irrelevant. Most things would be irrelevant right now. Aside from anger. Anger, fury, rage, frustration, many other emotions in which Kozaky had studied up on but never thought to relevant in his life. Not only had he needed to activate the combustion system on his robot, but that bratty little punk had wacked the fire spirit now too.

"Damn prick. Hunt him. Hurt him. Brake his bones that's what we'll do!" Kozaky said as he tapped away on his tablet from the shoulder of the enslaved lizard. Suddenly Kozaky burst out in a fit of hysterical laughter. "Brake! He'll be broken! Like Inpachi! Yes! Yes! Yes! Then we'll fix him! Yes! Replace Inpachi!" This manner of nonsensical rantings continued as Gogiga Gagagigo carried Kozaky down the hall. All the while, the lizard could feel a strange aura. One tha he remembered from long ago, but couldn't quite picture the owner.

Noticing a strange wavelength pattern coming from Gogiga Gagagigo, Kozaky turned up the power for his mind control device. "There. All better now. Would hate to have to BOOM you too!" Kozaky said as he continued cackling like a mad jackal. Strangely, even with the mind control device working itself on his mind, somewhere in his heart, the lizard knew that his reunion with his oldest friend was near...

Arthur - Outside

As the Bergzaks fought against Arthur's void creature, he could hear the battles going on inside the castle. Taking his Digivice in hand, he moved up the steps, knowing that he had to power up MachGaogamon somehow. The Void Drake coiled itself around the Bergzak it, breathing a gust of wind against the warrior's head. The Bergzak swung its blades around, struggling to strike the Void Drake, but the effort was futile, as the Void Drake flapped its wings, flying back again towards the river. Other void creatures looked at the Void Drake, but left it alone out of fear, the resemblance to the Void Dragons being enough to intimidate them.

The Void Drake unraveled its tail, but the Bergzak dropped one of its blades so that it could hold onto the Void Drake. The Void Drake noticed this and began to swing up higher, but the Bergzak thrust its remaining sword into the creature's scales. The Void Drake howled in pain and turned downward, and the Bergzak lost its grip on its sword, falling down and plummeting into the river. The heads of some Void Serpents could vaguely be seen over the water before lunging where the Bergzak fell, and the blood of the Bergzak dripped in the water, but dissolved soon enough.

The Void Drake, flying through the air clumsily, reached the blade with its snout, but the damage it had sustained from its battle with the water Charmer had hurt it, and it once again tumbled to the ground. Arthur watched while its other two void creatures fought with the Bergzak, but Arthur called to them. "Go help her. I'll take care of this guy." The void creatures nodded and ran to help their friend, and the Bergzak turned to face Arthur, knowing who his new opponent would be.

The Bergzak dragged both of its blades against the ground, creating sparks as it approached, but Arthur simply sighed and shot at the Bergzak's forehead, knocking it back as it dropped its blades. The Bergzak struggled to reach for the bolt as Arthur approached. "Don't even bother," the young man said. "I fired it right into the center of your brain, so the control over your muscles should have been hindered. Still, the fact that you can move your arms at all is quite impressive." Arthur put his crossbow in its holster and took off his gloves, throwing them to the wind. He looked at the insignia on the Bergzak's chest. "So, is that some kind of brand? Wonder what it means." Arthur punched the Bergzak square in the chest, but the Bergzak barely flinched at that. Arthur shook his hand and winced. "Damn it, I'm still no good in hand-to-hand combat." Arthur grabbed the Bergzak's head with both hands and headbutted the bolt, driving it further into the warrior's skull. Arthur rubbed his head, and saw blood dripping out. "So this really is all the strength a demigod has, isn't it?" Arthur sighed and brought his crossbow back out, pointing it at the Bergzak's insignia - right where it's heart was. "Well, this was fun." Firing one last bolt into the Bergzak's heart, and the warrior dropped to the ground, dead. The monk seemed to be content with his own business, so he looked at his other void creatures, who were carrying the Void Drake back up.

"She's the one who's going to take the most of it, isn't she?" Arthur asked. The other two Void Creatures simply moved forward, standing beside their master. Arthur looked at the entrance, listening once again to the sound of battle. The Digivice glowed in Arthur's hand, and holding it up, Arthur saw a holographic map show up, and an arrow directed him to the right. Arthur slowly made his way in that direction, with his three void creatures in tow.

MachGaogamon - F1E5

A strange voice came from the man MachGaogamon was facing, saying that his betrayal was apparently expected by some of the Divine. However, a swarm of hornets began flying all across the level of the castle, glowing like a bomb. A deadly hornet weapon. "Hornets. My God." MachGaogamon charged forward, crying "Winning Knuckle!" He pushed through the creatures, feeling a surge of power, knowing that Arthur must be close by. The spider-like entity rivaled MachGaogamon in height, but he wasn't going to let that stop him. He pushed the spider back, going further along the hallway, seeing more people in the distance.

Sora - F1 E1

Kenpachi introduced his fellow Shinigami as Byakuya, and Sora tapped into some of Roxas' memories, and remembered this other captain. When Byakuya asked if Sora could catch in a race, and Kenpachi offered to give Sora a lift, the Keyblade master laughed. "No, it's okay. I can handle it on my own." Then, the hornets began to arrive, and Sora warned the Shinigami "Look out!" Sora shot a Blizzard spell at the hornets, hopefully weakening the swarm, but they just kept coming. Sora ran forward, swinging his Keyblade through the air, riding it like a skateboard. He bounced off of a cluster and spun his Keyblade with his hand, creating a whirlwind in front of him as he cleared a path.

Eria - F4 A1

Eria marveled as Jin tore through the suits of armor, but soon Jin was fighting the scientist, who loudly introduced himself as Frankram Stein. Jin once again took the opportunity to compliment Eria's looks, but the Water Charmer simply rolled her eyes. More importantly, she sensed Gagagigo was nearby, and on this floor. As Jin and Frankram fought, Eria sat down, putting herself in a meditative state. She had to get a clear picture of where Gagagigo was, and how to get there. She mind her mind more forward, then turned a corner, moving in about an "L" formation. However, just before she could find Gagagigo, the connection was severed, like something was blocking her out. If Gagagigo was with the Divine, it certainly wasn't of his own free will.

Eria stood up, and Jin had encouraged her to find her old friend, as if Jin somehow knew about that. With her staff in hand, Eria moved down. "Don't die on me~pyon," Eria said to Jin. Her high heels clicked against the ground as she let Jin and Frankram battle. Changing from her original course of action, she moved forward, and if her eyes were any better, even with the glasses, she could find Gagagigo.

SHINIGAMI PARTY w/Sora - 1F Sector E1

Sora announced his speed declaring he could keep up just fine.  But before Kenpachi and the others could take off, they were surrounded by a large swarm of Hornets.  They came in droves as Sora warned, "Look out!"  But this time Yachiru stepped up to the plate with an open palm, mimicking Byakuya's stance from before.  "Shakouhou!" she cried as a red ball of fire-esque energy shot from her hands.  Byakuya followed suit firing the same spell multiple times in the direction of the Hornets, attempting to burn them away entirely.  Surely this had to be coming from somewhere.  It was time to investigate.  Byakuya sneakily Shunpo'd away from the fight, and followed what he felt to be a large spike of power coming from higher in the castle.

He quietly made his way up to the second floor, Zanpaktou in hand.

Meanwhile, Kenpachi and Yachiru continued to  fight off the Hornets beside Sora, swatting at them like flies.  Eventually, Yachiru began keeping score.  "Two points!" she said excitedly with Kenpachi joining in.  "Alright.  Loser has to carry the winner up to the next floor.  No Shunpo." he said with a malicious grin.

Yachiru happily accepted as their battle of Hornets began.

Credit is where credit's due, though the boy was pretty hardy to stand to a fireball attack, but, it didn't matter all that much, he got complimented anyways. And, as the boy swung his attack, Frankram merely walked about six steps to the left as the attack flew by him, his cot billowing slightly from the breeze. "Young man, allow me some advice, from me to you. A projectile based attack can be very flashy, but useless when someone is capable of movement. As such, I advise against using it in large hallways or open air spaces unless you plan to get a cheap shot in. Speaking of which..." he stated, before revealing the Mimigar Mini ZZ.

"Let's see what speaks true to your heart!"

He fired a quick electrical burst at Jin. (Mimigar Dice Roll: 20. Species: Hyena. Acquired: Ears, shaggy dorsal hair, spots. Must end every sentence with laughter (this is mandatory).)

Orange Plants, F2 A6, with Jeanne

They had been freed. What a curious incident, but indeed, they had been freed of some kind of dark fairy, who quickly escaped afterwards. Even though it had technically been what they'd been planning, they didn't actually believe that it was going to come true. Nevertheless, they had indeed been freed, and they had to take advantage of this as much as possible. It might never come again, and they could be killed any second by a being with sufficient power.

That was why, as soon as the bars were gone, the two still-awake plants split apart and turned into large, orange tentacles that lashed out at Jeanne without restraint. This was, however, all the power they could muster. Until they were exposed to true darkness once again, there wasn't much they could do apart from absorb the energy of all lifeforms in the vacancy.

Isamy Maximus, the Vault, with Bayobayo and all other stolen stuff

For a moment, Isamy looked incredulous at Bayonetta's rather strange last request, but then she just shrugged and let it be. It wasn't her place to judge other people, and whatever weird fetish they might've had. Clicking her fingers, a tiny vortex materialized in Gabriel's containment field, one that was just enough for him to enter. Then a second, identical vortex formed within the other containment field, and after the stuffed lion had gone in through one end and exited through the other, both vortexes closed.

"Well, that's one. Now, what were the others? A, er, pie of white pizza -with just cheese-, and a box of lollipops with both strawberry and cheery... Alright. I'll be back soon."

After a sigh, she waved her hand over an empty space, and another, much larger and more refined portal appeared. As she disappeared off into it, she mentally contemplated about why exactly she, the Big Bad of the story and most powerful character ever right now, was doing this. The answer came pretty quickly; she was just bored, and had nothing better to do with her time.

Jin Akatsuki, F1-A1

As Jin was expecting, Frankram dodged his first attack. Unlike Jin was expecting though, he began to rant about how easy projectiles where to dodge, so Jin rolled his eyes before switching to Form 4. He was about to snatch the man with the whip and pull him in for a closer attack, but... well it didn't work out the way Jin planned. He saw Frankram fiddling with some weird device that he'd had since the roof, but was not sure what exactly it did. Until it was too late, and Jin had been hit by... something.

Looking down at his hand, he noticed that he now had spots all over his body. Fearing the worst, Jin reached up to his head, and as he'd feared, found ears. Yes, Jin Akatsuki, the legendary boy chosen to slay Lucifer, was now half freaking hyena. A small vein popped out on the top of his head, and his right eye twitched in irritation. I suppose in a way I deserve this for making fun of Eria... Even if he thought that, he wasn't happy about it. Not at all. In another small moment of horror, he glanced behind him, but was relieved when he saw his normal leathery demon tail still sticking out from it's spot on his back. "When I said I liked what you did to Eria... I was frigin' joking you perverted moe obsessed freak, hahaha!"

Jin wasted no time in fully Enhancing now, as the black feathered wings shot out of his back, launching loose feathers about as they extended. But he wasn't done yet. I was hoping to safe this till the end, but he's pissed me off too much now. Ready Shukuro? As if in response, Shukuro shifted to Form 1, and Jin crossed the two blades before him. The corridor began to shake as Jin and Shukuro's aura melded together and filled the air. "I was gonna let you live before, haha. But that was before I you made me into this sickening abomination, haha." Jin's eyes began to glow slightly as the dark aura filled every part of his body. Once his aura reached it's peak, Jin smirked.

"Reitsufune... haha." Jin's aura burst forth, filling every inch of the hall with a fiery black gleam, and blasting back several of the knights. The pressure being emitted was nothing short of amazing, and would have slowed down weaker enemies. However, whether it would affect Frankram in this same fashion remained to be seen. Once the light around Jin had settled, it had revealed that he was now wearing his black coat, with the Yin and Yang on his back and wrists. His jeans had been replaced by long hakama, and his combat boots were now replaced by Chinese kung fu shoes. "Tenryu Shukuro, haha. Dammit, haha!"

A part of Jin had been hoping that if he released his Reitsufune, then the process that Frankram had used to change him would be reversed, but he'd had no such luck. All that was left to try was to smash that Mimi-whatever Frankram called it. Using the new speed Jin had acquired, he dashed towards Frankram, equipped Form 3, and launched an easily avoidable punch towards his face, only to reach down and grasp at his hand holding the Mimigar. As long as he could get that, then he may be able to revert himself and Eria back.

Cody Renner, F3-A1

The entire time that Cody had been moving through the castle, he'd been subjected to living suits of armor, violent quakes, and of course more Void Creatures. To make matters worse, he was now out of shotgun ammo, and was forced to use the katana that Emiya had given him in his right hand and his Desert Eagle in his left hand. The lich thing's soul has to be on the 4th floor. I doubt I'm gonna get lucky and find another secret tunnel that leads directly to it though, so I'll have to search every corner of the floor.

Yes, Cody's luck had just run out as far as staying out of the open would go. Hell, it was lucky that he found another secret tunnel leading to the 3rd floor. However, Cody didn't trust in luck anymore than he should, and so he knew he'd have to fight his way through to the final battle. Alicia, Jensen, Alyssa, Jaden, Alexandria... I promise I'll fix things. As he turned the corner, he saw another Knight step out from the shadows. It must have heard him coming and waited. Still, Cody was not going accept losing. Not here. "Get out of my way!"

The Knight moved to crush Cody with it's massive two handed mace, but Cody was faster than the Knight, and managed to dodge, as well as bring his sword down onto the Knights gauntlet, cutting whatever had been holding it in place. Once the Knight's hands had been removed, Cody put the pistol to it's head, and fired two bullets through the helm of the Knight, dropping it where it stood.  With the enemy out of the way, Cody proceeded up the stairs and onto the fourth floor. As he did, he felt another massive quake, as well as a strange warmth envelope his body.

Obviously curious to see what had happened, Cody rushed through the castle turned a few corners, and saw the boy from earlier. At least he thought that was who it was, but he didn't recall him having hyena ears, a demon tail, or wings for that matter. Still, aside from a spot on his eye, this was the same boy. He almost couldn't believe that he'd survived this long. The boy wasn't wearing the ring either. Somehow, Cody had to marvel at the power that he must have had to make it this far without Emiya's protection. Seeing the scientist that the boy had been fighting ready an attack, Cody took aim, and fired a bullet at the scientists shoulder, hoping to distract him long enough for Jin's attack to succeed.

Kozaky the Mad, F4-C3

Kozaky had been closing in on the area that Eria and Jin had been, albeit slowly, as he didn't want anymore disturbances with his servant like he'd been having before. His tablets radar had been showing several small blips across the screen, but one in particular he recognized. Not by look of course, but by the way it resonated. That blip was someone from his universe. Someone he could use to replace his lost robot. "Yes. Yes. Yes! So much functionality! They'll need a self destruct button of course. Oh, what to try this time? Sparks? Acid? Maybe a force destroy own head sequence."

Once again, the Mad scientist began cackling wildly as the many horrific experiments he could try on this new toy rushed through his head. Once his cackling subsided, he tapped a few more times on the tablet, and Gogiga Gagagigo moved slightly faster, carrying his master to what would soon be Kozacky's new cyborg.

Frankram was somewhat unimpressed with the boy's transformation attempt, mostly because anyone who has seen Hapshiel in a loincloth is pretty much immune to random transformations. I don't quite know how those two things relate, but in this case it probably doesn't matter that much. He was forced to brcae himself against the shockwaves, and his glasses shattered from the impacts. His hair stayed perfect however.

Once it was over, one thing intruiged the good professor: The boy appeared to be half Divine, which was a trait unheard of in his world. Though, it was a touch degrading to be called a freak. Trying to bring perfection to a corrupted world was a difficult job at best, and to pile it on with an insult was just, well, insulting. As the boy bit back electricity formed in Frankram's hand, forming his golden mallet. Energy sparkled off it as his own magical aura increased.

The boy made his dash, but naturally that would be silly to do a full on attack, especially after such a grandiose transformation. Abomination. Of course, the Mimigar ZZ Mini. The Professor glared as a glyphic portal formed over him as he stowed away the Mimigar ZZ Mini, and he was gone; leaving the boy to merely punch air.

He ported out onto a glass floor... glass floor? That's a bit.... why was there a carpet on the wall? It took a mere few seconds to realize for Frank to realize that he had ported into the exact same room, except that his gravity was altered slightly. He was standing on the wall and, from the looks of it, had only moved about thirty feet from his original position. "This is strange, but, the delay will be enough. Thank the heavens I prepared a spell should we need to seal Hapshiel away again."

He pointed the staff towards his foe, and somewhat wished he had the others to help magnify the spell, but, he should be sufficient. "I summon, with my name and skill! I am Frankram Stein; user of supreme rule and law! The words that bind the holy and the wicked! Blessed seal which casts away the Divine! Mystic Seal Number 12! The Ties that bind the Hearts of Gods!"

Bursting forth from the mallet was wild purple energy that took the form of chains. The bindings headed straight for Jin.
