Sphere Forest of the Periphery, Night Side, Sector C4:

Otto grinned, the emergency lighting in the bunker suddenly failing, the red fluorescent beams along the tops and bottoms of the bunker suddenly being covered in shadows, plunging the interior of the bunker into darkness, which was compounded by the additional darkness outside of the hold. "You do not fear, eh? Fear is a primal and basic emotion, derived from the fight-or-flight instinct that most life developed with." Spiders made out of shadow spawned from the darkest of the shadows and began skittering towards the Dalek en masse. "And since you know of me, you know how I am quite adept at psychological warfare, and my ability to destroy an enemy's morale is as devastating as my power to end that foe's life." The Dalek could hear more and more tiny legs crawling across its metal hull, covering it in even more darkness, weaving restraints made out of pure shadow. "As for my weapon, it resembles my old Walther PPK, but my true power is that over shadows. Darkness, mein fruende, is my greatest ally. And you now belong to me." The Dalek could feel the spiders attempting to seep inside of itself, looking for any flaw in its design to enter the shell and torment the mutant within. "Now, I ask you again. Do you feel fear?"

Foster, on the other hand, led the Gears and Umbris out of the hold, giving them some night-vision goggles in the process, when he encountered a middle-aged man of fellow African descent with a suit and hairstyle dating back to the 1970's arriving at the door. He held up his hand as to tell those behind him that this man was not a threat, and to stand down, before introducing himself. "Commander Foster, Neighborhood Watch. I'm here to assess the current situation and minimize casualties in this zone of operations."

Nero<D1 Night>

Nero had given a nod of acceptance to Lydia, understanding her situation and why initiating a drive mode would not be such a good idea. However, Nero relished in the determination that he found in Eria's reply, he gave her a smirk. "Shall we, then!?" He shouted and then there was a beam of black and blue energy brilliantly fluorescent within its glow; after a few moments the energy subsided and the dust settled there was Nero standing with a keyblade colored in both light blue and black. It had a similar shape to his usual The Darkness Within but now a stream of cold air followed its swinging bath. Nero also seemed to be wearing light blue pauldrons and his hair was now white. "We'll end it here." Nero said in a deeper voice than normal, his feet were hovering on a cloud of frost and he could now fly; his new abilities were heading full force for Apocrypha. He did not swing when he reached him however, he simply flew to the left and encircled him, but as he went around six sculptures of black ice were formed around Apocrypha. "Now die!" The ice clones had exploded into hundreds of shards that whizzed at Apocrypha when Nero was only mere feet away from the impact. Admittedly, Nero didn't expect his own attack to do much damage, but to provide a trapping for the attacks that were coming.

The Mind of the Master:

Dark, cold, and not very pleasant at all. Why was this so, however? Why dark, cold and unpleasant inside the mind of a hero? So dark so that one could not see their hand in front of their own face?  So cold so that even one with a fine mastery over the ice element would shiver within this chilled environment? So unpleasant so that even one such as LERNA herself might feel uneasy? Footsteps, from where? Or perhaps, from when? "Eria?"  The voice echoed through the darkened perception, Matthew? Perhaps...perhaps not.

Sector C-4, Night

Dynamite came to a halt, frozen as the ship before him landed.  It's doors opened, and he readied his pistols.  "Alright muthafuckas, come get so--" but to his surprise he was greeted by another brotha.  The man stepped down from the ship, urging his allies to be calm, as he introduced himself.

"Commander Foster, Neighborhood Watch. I'm here to assess the current situation and minimize casualties in this zone of operations."

Dynamite shook Foster's hands with great excitement.  "So good to see another brotha out here on the battlefield," acting as if he had done all the work.  "Black Dynamite.  Pleasure to meet you my man.  Care to fill me in?"

Hades stomped, shaking off the dust of death.  "Hmm?  I could've sworn I heard the name Radamanthys, but you are not my judge.  He has been enslaved for eons, so I can't understand what he would be doing here.  Unless this dolt were to break his seals.  Not to mention the gates of Olympus, the face of the mountain's surface, slain the innocent, killed my WIFE--" Kratos tugged at Hades' soul chain, and Hades grunted in response.  "Yeah, yeah!  Well.  Since you're not my Radamanthys, I suppose I can do away with you.  Isn't that what you called me for, Kratos?"  Kratos said nothing, staring through Hades and into the face of Radamanthys.  Hades stood up straight again, rolling his shoulders and soul shackles.  Now drawing back his claws, Hades reiterated one of his classic lines.  "Your  soul is mine."  He swung down hard, clinging onto Radamanthys' soul and began to tug hard.  A soul drawing out a soul to give to soul chains that were bonded by soul chains.

Sephiroth<D5Night>

The fool obviously had no concept of length and radius, for Sephiroth merely had to use these aspects of his weapon to counter Aesir's attack. He merely swung his blade while the eggs were at the very edge of its effective range; the residual explosions would inflict minor damage that is considered something a child could deal. Through the smoke came a wide energy beam produced from the edge of Masamune. If Aesir had time to peer through the smoke he would notice that Sephiroth was not standing in the same position, no, for he was now above Aesir's original line of sight. Masamune's sharpness was only slight inches away from the tender flesh that composed Aesir's cheek; the energy beam had been a diversion.

Under the Forest of the Periphery<Under the forest of the Periphery>

The monsters had been defeated quite quickly indeed, and just as they appeared suddenly, they also disappeared suddenly. If Ayame and Ed had been listening very carefully, they could have noticed a peculiar rattling originating from the back wall of the coliseum. A group composed of nine skeletons wearing iron armor had now surrounded Ed. Another almost inaudible rattling. Ayame had been summoned a dragon, not just any dragon, but the guardian of the desert; a very pale tan dragon that possessed great power...

Sykes Huegares<A1Night, The Forest of the Periphery>

He hadn't given chase to the keyblade master, he knew that he could have beaten him quite easily, but there was something he had to do first. He had approached a particular section of The Forest of the Periphery. "Your one task is to weave through the trees and eliminate, I tolerate nothing less from you." Sykes spoke, as the section of the Forest of the Periphery opened up similar to the manner of a trap door he had used to capture Ed and Ayame before, but not leading into the Coliseum. Forty of the mighty creatures had 'swam' out from the trap door, ready to hunt and devour their prey; they were not specific to anyone, no, but the might of The White Sturgeon wasn't something to underestimate. Sykes had wasted no time with gathering these beasts first, all that their world had to offer, for no matter who was fighting them, a powerful beast was a powerful beast. The beasts would approach whomever they wanted whenever they wanted, and none would oppose their will.

Gates of the Underworld

Radamanthys could only look in confusion as he was now face to face with the other Lord of the dead. This one looked a lot different from the proud noble master in which he reigned. It was hilarious to say the least. Nevertheless Radamanthys could only be conflicted while he was actually in the presence of something that was his better. He actually managed a moment of reflection to think about all that led to a face to face moment with a this deity. Upon reflection he actually remembered that there was a green lizard creature actually offering to help right before this blasphemer got his undivided attention. Pity, Radamanthys did not want to be rude, but his anxiety may have taken the better of him. Apologies will be made later.

Radamanthys only snickered at the mention of his others elf being sealed in some kind of something. Couple that with the fact that this Hades was bound and forced to be the weapon of another was simply shameful. "I don't know what you are but don't insult my Lord with you sloppy visage!" Radamanthys flared his cosmos and tried to fight off the chains but that was proving difficult. A God may mean different things in different universes, but that does come with a certain level of power. Radamanthys was struggling to maintain his shape as a specter his soul was being snatched out of his chest and it looked like this was the end. His eyes we t black and soon he went deaf.

Then all he heard was the beat of his own heart as it got louder and louder then he heard a voice from deep inside his conscious. "Well looks like I let myself go didn't I?" Life suddenly shot back in Radamanthys' eyes as he swatted away the Kratos' chains that tried to suck out his soul. The mighty wings of his surplice covered him like a bat. Radamanthys was then covered in a spiral of purple cosmos that turned into a aurora then turned pitch black. The wandering souls that were walking to oblivion all stopped and dropped to there knees. Above Radamanthys in a Shaman King like fashion an oddly handsome figure guarded in a simple black robe and long flowy black hair revealed himself.

Radamanthys regained consciousness and looked up. "LORD HADES!" He immediately dropped to his knee in honor of the true deity that stood before him. "Master I beg of you. Your soul is not ready! It is too risky for you to do battle without your cloth." Hades continued to examine this other Hades and Kratos.

"Radamanthys who are they?" Hades said nonchalantly. Master one claims to be you...and the other is a blasphemer who soaks the imposter." Radamanthys said not even looking up. "Hmmm well that is me in another life...I would guess. Sad. Death is not even simple anymore. Anywho, kill them both."

GoW Hades and Kratos would both smirk but by the time the upper corners of the lip were fully raise Radamanthys' hand was fully gripped on Kratos'. Then specter gripped down and flew Kratos into a mountain like a bullet. Kratos quickly regrouped and dug into Radamanthys again but it seemed the chains had lost their luster like someone turned them off. This gave Radamanthys the chance to deliver an uppercut straight to the War Gods chin and one would hear the bones shatter and crack.

SS Hades only looked at the violence and snickered. "Cosmos is such a fun thing. Without knowing the intricacies of cosmos one cannot survive in this Hell. If he was not a genuine God he would be dead by now. To bad using a weapon blessed by Hades is such a double edged sword. It seems I'm fully capable of sealing that weapon."

Radamanthys kicked Kratos in the ribs in attempts to shatter bone but there was something to how they made these Gods in other universes. Radamanthys simply launched his opponent into another mountain and a swirling ball of purple energy. Radamanthys tossed this swirling ball into the mountain and in a tower of purple light the mountain was destroyed. Radamanthys smiled as he did good for his master.

Unfortunately the beast wasn't done yet. Radamanthys touched his cheek as he felt an odd droplet of blood. He looked up to see Kratos this time armed with two blades that seemed to be glowing gold. SS Hades raised an eyebrow as he recognized that glow no matter what universe. "Athena?" The pompous God said as Radamanthys was literally cut down the center and his galaxy buster tanking armor was cut through like paper. The specter fell like a rock from the skies and his body simply landed lifeless in front of SS Hades.

"I told your minion that Hades wasn't the only God I slayed." Kratos said confidently as his victory looked certain. SS Hades only looked down at the carcass of Radamanthys and shrugged. "Why don't you give him a second pseudo-Pegasus?" Like clock work Kratos would bare witness to Radamanthys' corpse literally glow purple and come back to life. The damage to his surplice was still there, but the beast was healed and breathing heavily.

Radamanthys simply glared at Kratos. "I will not be embarrassed like that again."

C4 Night

Butlerok was simply furious! Something came out of nowhere with the sole intention of stopping him from assimilating the shinigami. The eye thing was oddly familiar though and as Ragnarok scraped through Butler's mental rolodex then the weapon with shinigami particular appetite found the target. It was that random Sayer character that yelled at him when he first converted Butler into a Kishin. With target in mind vengeance was now in hand. But seeing as that Sayer character would probably live through all of these events this was a conversation that could have happened.

Problem was...what to do now. It seems as if there were a lot of fights going around but nothing particularly appetizing. Butlerok grew wings and took to the skies. He felt the odd tinge of heat distort his Mad Blood meaning that Dorian was taking the role of scouter. That was initially supposed to be his role, but Madara never showed up. It seemed as if the best course of action would be to try and regroup. (Flying towards A4 day)

[D1 Night] - Nero vs. Apocrypha

When the dust settled from the explosion caused by Maxwell's attacks, the Saiyan could see Apocrypha adjusting his neck, placing one claw against his head to keep it in place. "You think that it matters that you and I have different perceptions. Indeed, you were correct. With Mother's destruction, ADR-11 and ADR-12 were rendered obsolete, unable to fulfill their purpose. However, just as there was a trace of the Demon Lords within Arthur and MirageGaogamon, there is also a trace of Mother within Lydia. To put it in words that your primitive mind seems incapable of understanding, I will recreate the process that allowed Arthur and MirageGaogamon to become Agents of the D-Reaper. Mother's will is still present in Lydia, so all I need do is 'activate' it. Lydia will become a slave to Mother. Do you expect me to care about my 'good nature'? You said it yourself, I am malice. Do not give me the same, tired speech that Lydia gave the Witch."

It was Nero's turn to attack, and he had surrounded Apocrypha with hundreds of ice shards, but the attack was in vain as Apocrypha summoned small bubbles of Chaos against each individual shard. Nero stood in shock at the futility of his attack, while Apocrypha prepared another Lunar Rot Cannon. However, before he could fire, a blue sword was launched out of nowhere, stabbing the top of the makeshift head. Wisps of purple flames circle around the hand of the sword before merging together, revealing mysterious creature. It was a demonic creature with pitch-black skin. Small wings sprouted from his back, and from its elbow, golden angelic wings. The end of its tail was wrapped in a wing, and adorned by a crescent blade. Purple horns sprouted from its head, curls connecting each of them to resemble two hearts stacked on top of each other, while the sides of the creature's head spread out like spikes. Most strikingly, at the center of the creature's chest, there was a gap in the creature's body in the shape of a heart.

The creature took its sword, Chaos gushing out from where it was embedded, and it swung the sword at Apocrypha's head. Unfortunately, the blade was blocked by a wall of Chaos, which spread out to trap the creature in a sphere of Chaos. Commanding the sphere to pull the creature aside, Apocrypha once again reached out to grab Lydia, but Nero cast a Blizzagun spell to push Apocrypha back. Keeping his eye on the Agent, Nero spoke to Lydia. "You're the one he wants, Lydia! Just run away, now! Me and the other guys can it."

[The Mind of the Master] - Eria

Eria was surprised by how cold she was. The place had found herself in was dark, maybe even darker than LERNA's Barrier. "Nero," Eria said. "Is there something in here you're trying to hide?" Before she could say more, Eria could hear the sound of footsteps, and a voice calling her name. "Matthew?! Is that you?"

[C4 Night] - ???

Small pieces of crystal were softly descending upon the Inch of Will. Darkness and light were both emanating from them. The light seemed to draw the other pieces together, but the darkness was crying out for help. It was only deep within the heart of Otto Skorzeny that this plea was heard. A voice was calling to Uru. Though it may have been from another universe entirely, this feeling was unmistakable. Uru was hearing the voice of a fellow Earthbound Immortal.

[b4 Day] - Xansvita

As the R.O.D.s detonated suddenly, Xansvita laughed at Sayer's refusal. "Still bitter about the battle with LERNA, aren't you? Remind us, what was your role in the battle? We could easily strike you down as vengeance for her, but we are on your side, at least for the moment. If it's an offer you want, then how about this? You allow us to help me kill these two pests, because you know as well as we do that they probably aren't dead, and then you help us reach the Door of Origin. After that, we won't kill you! Deal?"

Xansvita turned just as Verac swung his flail forward, grabbing the spike ball with his hand, and stabbing the wight with his flame sword. "Such a shame that we cannot turn into one of our Unversed, as with the rest of your kind. Oh well, we will still remember you. Your armor will be an excellent boost of strength for one of us." Verac's spirit began to fade away, his armor quickly aging and rusting into it fell down the ground, breaking as it hit the floor. Xansvita drew out Verac's soul, sucking it into his hand. As he did, the blood that was still dripping from the where the eye once was began to wrap around Xansvita's hand, covering it completely in a black liquid, while the tip of his fingers turned pure gold. The machinery on his hand mixed with the liquid, granting Xansvita a scaled gauntlet. The cloth around Xansvita's waist seemed to change, changing into angelic, sky blue wings. The stitching on Xanvita's mouth began to pull on it even greater, until the mouth itself disappeared. Xansvita looked at these changes, clenching his fist in satisfaction. "Perfect."

With his wings, Xansvita slowly took into the air, hovering so that his feet were at level with Sayer's head. Holding up is sword and the staff, he crossed the two weapons together, the flames igniting the staff as the sword dissipated, the staff now burning with the same black flames as the sword. "Come on out, you two!"

[C3 Day] - Ra

The sphere form of Ra, now completely purple, slowly flew above Alister and Red. When the two were caught beneath its shadow, the sphere stopped in place, waiting to see what they would do.

A figure was hiding in the trees, looking on at the scene. She held a Keyblade in her hand, with the imagery of flowers making up the edge. She was dressed in red Keyblade armor, with a crimson cloak touching the branches. Though she was curious about the floating orb, she had no idea who the dragon or the furry creature were, so she darted through the trees, looking for something else.

[b2 Day] - Gogiga vs. Dirk

Gogiga was disappointed by Radamanthys' rejection of his offer to help, instead charging into battle with the albino. Their clash was destructive, forming craters left and right. Gogiga maintained his distance, flying away from Kratos and Radamanthys, while Dirk was running around as fast as he could to avoid getting killed by rubble. When things seemed to have settled down somewhat, Gogiga and Dirk slowly took their time to approach the others, but stopped once the albino summoned Hades himself, only for another Hades to appear at Radamanthys' side. The albino's Hades quickly struck Radamanyths, but this other Hades seemed capable of reviving him. The other Hades was Radamanthys' master, so perhaps he could be an ally. He stepped forward, looking at Radamanthys. "Perhaps… now you will accept my aid?"

Dirk, however, seemed to have other ideas, as he charged directly at Hades that Gogiga and Radamanthys were standing with, holding his hands out to the Lord of the Dead. "Sorry, but I got to take your soul, OK?" An image of Hades was slowly being drawn out of him, as Dirk slowly began to draw out his soul.

[under the Sphere Forest of the Periphery] - Sliske

Before the skeletons could attack Ed, each and every one of them as hit by a purple blast of energy. Purple lights shined from their eye sockets, and the skeletons stopped in their tracks. "I was curious what lied beneath this world," a voice said. The skeletons stepped aside, allowing Sliske to step forward, with another wight at his side, this one wearing a priest's robes, with a four-pointed star on his chest. The wight's hood obscured his face, save for two glowing, purple eyes. A purple aura surrounded the wight, who seemed hunched over, using its mace to keep itself standing. "Tell me, my boy," Sliske said to Ed. "Does the name 'Xansvita' mean anything to you?"

The moment Nero was spotted, Maxwell knew he needed to change his plan around...

But what surprised him the most was what Apocrypha said. He-he can read my mind? Great... Maxwell was forced to retreat at the moment, returning to base form as he watched Nero attempt at taking down Apocrypha. Kurai had a suggestion of what to do, preferably showing him with his index and middle fingers extended. Maxwell was surprised at what he planned to do. "Are you sure? Cause we only have one chance." Kurai nodded. "Keep his attention on you until I gather enough energy. Then restrain him so he won't escape." Maxwell nodded ran towards Nero while still in hiding.

Before Nero could continue the fight, Maxwell appeared before him. "Nero, you don't know me, but I'm here to help you in anyway I can. My friend has a plan. Keep him distracted long enough until my friend is ready. I'll restrain him and you have to get out of the way to prevent being caught in the crossfire." Maxwell then turned his attention to Lydia. "Lydia, you don't know me, because I wasn't fighting this fight before coming here. But as an agent of the multiverse, it's my job to know others from other worlds in times like these to either make allies or new enemies. Regardless, do what Nero says. You're far too at risk to be out here. Go!"

Maxwell immediately went even higher in power, but remained in base form. "You ready Nero?" Maxwell then offered a handshake from Nero.

The Gates of the Underworld

Kratos expression went dark now, and he frowned.  "Embarrassed?  What reason could you have to be embarrassed, Radamanthys?" he said coldly.  "You've no reason to be embarrassed, but many reasons to feel ashamed.  So give me a reason why you would be embarrassed!" Kratos demanded.  He didn't believe Radamanthys knew what embarrassment was.

Radamanthys gave Kratos a dirty look.  "What would you know!?  You have no sense of honor!  I have served Lord Hades faithfully for eons!  And. . . " Radamanthys stopped in his tracks, lowering his head.  "I failed him.  But I will not--!"  Kratos held up a hand.  His own Hades shot Kratos a dirty look as well, and interrupted immediately.  "You should be embarrassed.  As embarrassed as I am to be serving this imbecile.  I once ruled the underworld!  But minion after minion was slaughtered by a mindless brute who got away with destroying my home!"  Hades began to grow, sapping power from around the Underworld.  Twelve feet.  Sixteen feet, and now he was twenty feet tall.  Hades roared again, and began to pick at Kratos and Radamanthys.  "Show me where it hurts.  I will make it worse.  You can't hold on Radamanthys!  So join me.  We are one and the same!"

Radamanthys stepped up to the foe Hades.  "You're not like me!  Your faceless lies."

Hades begged to differ.  "Your weak, dead heart.  Your black, dead eyes.  I'll break you in!  And let this die.  Your hope is gone.  And so is mine."  Kratos stepped up at last to intercept Hades.  A wave of rage rushed over Kratos as he passed through Hades.  He began to be consumed by it, and stopped in his tracks, falling to his knees.  He gripped at his head as painful memories came running back to him.  Hades stopped his assault on Radamanthys to enjoy Kratos' suffering.  "Yes boy.  Let the hate consume you!"

Kratos could feel it.  That anger and fear that destroyed his father.  "I'm becoming a monster. . . just like you."

Athena's death.

"After it all, you'll try to break me too."

The beating of Pandora, and her inevitable death.

"Yes Kratos.  Fall!  Keep falling forever!  Chasing dreams!  Zeus brought you to life, so I could hear you SCREAM!" Hades taunted.  But Kratos fought.  He ripped out of the hatred and bursted through Hades, taking chunks of his power from his soul, causing him to begin to shrink.

"Enough!" Kratos roared, whipping Hades' soul chains.  He raised a heavy foot, imbued it with magic, and cracked the ground beneath them to form a magical ravine.  Souls of the dead called from the ravine, grasping at the air.  "Get back in the hole you came from!"  Hades let out a painful screech, roaring as he began to be sucked back into his own Claws.  After sealing away Hades, Kratos took a few steps forward and stared Radamanthys in the face.  "The decision is yours.  You feel embarrassed because you serve a self righteous god who has you doing his dirty work.  You're embarrassed because your goals are not your own.  You are slaving for nothing.  I was under the same curse.  And then I fought back.  And I assume with this plague, the rest of your faction will soon break.  Now whether you put your god aside and fight me with your own strength, or continue to be whipped as a weakling, is up to you.  But know this, Radamanthys."  Kratos' slowly became engulfed in the flames of his Blades of Chaos, starting at his feet.  "Until you find your own resolve, you will never defeat someone like me.  You're not embarrassed.  You're trapped."

Taking several steps backwards, Kratos looked to the corrupted skies above him, where two other combatants were dueling.  One of them came to Radamanthys' side, offering aid.  The one Kratos assumed to be of Counter Corps, remained in watch, if only for a moment.  He vanished, and when he reappeared he was drawing away the soul of the enemy Hades.  Kratos waited patiently for Radamantys to respond to both himself and this lizard being that accompanied him.

Isamy, Between Sectors C7-Day and C7-Night - South Pole

Over the past ten minutes, the sorceress had destroyed a strangely large amount of opponents, each of which differed from the other. There were these odd angel-shaped statues that attacked when she wasn't looking, some dark creature with a clockwork body, a few monsters she recognized from the Yu-Gi-Oh card game that tried to banish her somehow, a man with a ridiculously large gun, and various other things. After having realized that she wasn't getting anywhere, she decided to sit down and meditate calmly at the very end of the Sphere Forest, shielding herself with a forcefield - at the moment, they were being assaulted by sparkling vampires to no avail.

That was when a certain person went through the forcefield somehow and talked to her. She was initially alarmed, but upon realizing that it was that harmless projection of some kind of cardmaking pixie from before, she relaxed.

"You. What was your name again, Shadyvox or something? Hello." The Herald greeted, not bothering to either open her eyes or get up from her meditation, but she couldn't help but smile in amusement a bit at his words. "Since I'm taking it easy with finding the Key and everything, you can hardly call me 'busy'. If I was busy, then I'd just smash into this planetoid and search its rubble for the Key. I mean, it's not like you're going to step out from your little room and stop me." As one of the vampires managed to form a single, tiny crack into the energy shield she'd projected, she clicked her fingers and it repaired herself.

"You know, considering the fact that the Door of Origin can rewrite all reality, I'm surprised that you - or any other Outer God for that matter - haven't taken action. Even you and that domain of yours aren't going to safe from it. Or is it because you support me in my goals? I'd like to know the answer to that."

Shadronus C7 Day/Night South Pole

Shadronus had both calmly and literally walked through the hordes of monsters trying to break through Isamy's shield and claim her. Well, as literally as an image projection of himself is capable of, at any rate. He listened to Isamy as she spoke, calm, polite, passive, and bored. But then again, he was always bored. If such were not the case, he might have actually allowed himself a chuckle at Isamy's remark about how she seemed to be completely undisturbed by any of the outer gods. Shadronus, having stopped for a moment to observe the number of creatures that were trying to make their way into the shield, turns to respond to Isamy, "Isamy Maximus, successor of Protheus Maximus, for any other kind of creature, your surprise would be warranted. However, Outer Gods are far grander, magnificent and more complex than the insignificant ants that scurry around to remove other ant hills just so they theirs be the way they want." Shadronus's manner of speech, while it could be mistaken as scathing, is anything but that. To him, he is calmly speaking a truth he feels should be apparent and self-evident.

Sayer/Periphery/B4-Day

Alright, now Sayer was beginning to lose his patience with Xansvita. "Did you not understand what I just got done telling you?" he hissed at the Minion. "Or is Sora's idiocy starting to override your better judgment? Let me make it clear enough for all of your personalities to correctly comprehend: Your services are not required!"

"The Minion's got a point, Sayer," Hazama's voice called out as the dust settled, revealing that he and Relius were still relatively fine, even if their attires had become disheveled. "Is that really the best you've got, buddy?"

Sayer merely smirked. "Well, I wasn't trying to get rid of you so soon. That would just be boring."

"A man after my own heart," Hazama laughed. "... well, if I had a heart, that is." Hazama once more rushed at Sayer, brandishing his butterfly knives, hoping to slice the Sinister Prophet into ribbons with a flurry of rapid slashes. At this, however, Sayer merely smirked as he uttered a single name.

"... Gabriel."

A resounding clash signaled that Hazama's assault had been abruptly halted as a male figure, dressed primarily in red and sporting a luchador-styled lion mask, parried his knives with a single marionette-like swing of his rapier. Hazama glared at this sudden interference, only to take note of the man's lifeless, clouded irises, as well as the bloody hole on the left side of the man's jacket, through which Hazama could see the punctured flesh. "So," Hazama hissed, "I take it this is one of your little playthings, huh? Hmph, you and Relius... playing with dolls and $#!+...."

"And a not-so-recently acquired puppet, at that," Relius remarked, observing the lion-masked corpse before him. "I sense a slight hint of decomposition in the wound on his chest... Sayer, you really should take better care to preserve your "creations"."

"This mother-lover...!" Sayer thought to himself, growing incensed at Relius' near-egotistical undertone.

"Well, since you've brought out your toys, I suppose now is the time to display to you what my own are capable of," Relius added as his puppet, Ignis stood ready to heed her master's command.

"Isn't it a bit misogynistic to refer to your wife in such a way, Relius?" Sayer blurted out with a slight chuckle. "And you wonder why your son hates your guts...."

"Mere words, Sayer. Ignis, Duo Bios--!"

"Carla, Rosewhip Ensnare!" Sayer called out as he threw a card toward Relius and Ignis, out of which appeared a Harpie Lady-esque woman with shoulder-length, wavy red hair, wielding a thorny vine-like whip. This woman proceeded to wrap the whip around Ignis' arms, ensnaring the puppet and preventing her from unleashing her intended attack. As Relius was distracted, Sayer issued yet another command to one of his "reserves": "Your turn, Bane."

Out of the nearby thicket of trees, a humanoid, crystalline monstrosity charged at Relius, its seemingly-headless form swinging around a spiked flail attached to its right arm. With a roar coming from the mouth centered in its chest, the beast leveled the flail against the puppeteer, sending him crashing through at least three trees.

As Relius tried to right himself, coughing up blood as he did, Sayer gave yet another chuckle. "I knew keeping Bane's body around would pay off. A bit of augmentation with some Orichalcum crystallization, and the headless sack of meat finally becomes more useful than he was in life."

"Yoo-hoo~~"

Upon hearing the incoming Hazama, Sayer heaved an irritated sigh as he materialized a pair of crystal daggers and immediately used them to block another one of Hazama's onslaught of slashed, only being caught off-guard by a swift kick to his jaw, disorienting him long enough for Hazama to latch his Ouroboros chain onto Sayer and fling him toward another tree. This time, however, Sayer prevented the intended crash by entering through the pupil of one of his R.O.D.s, before reappearing out of another R.O.D., using the momentum from Hazama's throw to strike him from behind.

"Damn, I forgot how full of surprises you are," Hazama laughed in spite of having been launched against a tree. "You keep this up, and I might just have to stop playing around!"

"And I would be more than overjoyed to see that," Sayer replied with a crude smirk.

Hazama actually seemed genuinely surprised, even put-off, by Sayer's comment. "Really, now?!"

Without much warning, Sayer was once more caught off-guard as his "Harpie Lady Carla" was thrown into him from behind; Relius had thrown Carla aside, then managed to cut Ignis loose of her bindings. "Ignis! Vol Tedo!" The female puppet lunged out, a sphere of energy grasped in her claws which she thrust toward Sayer.

"Trap Card, Open! Shift!" Although it appeared that Sayer was absorbed into Ignis' sphere at that moment, he appeared a split second later, standing where "Orichalcos Bane" once stood. A few seconds later, Ignis' sphere exploded, with "Orichalcos Bane" expelled from the blast, virtually unharmed despite the force of the explosion.

"I'm growing tired of this," Sayer muttered under his breath. "I was planning on getting rid of both of you at once--you know what, actually, that's a lie. I'm just gonna go through with it." Summoning a R.O.D. into his hand, Sayer held it up, aimed toward Relius and Ignis. "διασποράς." The R.O.D.'s iris flashed a brilliant green as it began to dissolve upon Sayer's incantation, the particles forming into sea-green, crystalline petals. Four more R.O.D.s immediately followed suit, until the space surrounding Sayer was filled with the green glow of the crystal petals. "Orichalcos Senbonzakura...."

"Not if I have a say in this!" Relius shouted defiantly. "Ignis, Altar of the--!!"

Unfortunately for Relius, Sayer make his next move known: "Orichalcos Night Terror Squadron!!"

Before Ignis could engage in combat once more, "Orichalcos Bane" snatched Ignis' arm in his left hand and swung the puppet around like a ragdoll, swatting Relius away in the process before throwing her into the air, where she was then assaulted and volleyed amongst more of Sayer's monsters: "Harpie Lady Carla" struck with her Rose Whip, then flung Ignis into the flat side of "Evil HERO Wildheart's" sword, then blasted away by Chaos Sorcerer's spell and launched into the awaiting sword swipes of Xeta, which then sent Ignis down toward a lifeless "Wulf, Lightsworn Beast", who sent the puppet skyward with a swipe of his clawed gauntlet, where she was met with a backhand from Garlandolf, King of Destruction that sent her plummeting toward the ground, only to be bounced back up by a seemingly plush doll-like entity. Once back in the air, Ignis was once more struck down, this time by a Flygon's tail slap, before Sayer unleashed the Orichalcos Senbonzakura at the puppet, the flurry of crystal petals slicing the puppet's surface from every angle, all while lifting her up into the air for the final time. At the height of her forced ascent, Ignis was helpless as the deceased Gabriel Guerra, sword in hand, flew at her at high speeds and, in a flash, slashed right through the puppet. Relius looked on in horror as his puppet, the one that had once been his own wife, fell to the ground in pieces.

".. huh. Flashy, needlessly time-consuming, and just plain sadistic," Hazama finally spoke up as he watched Relius grovel on the ground by his destroyed puppet. "... welp, it certainly gets my Seal of Approval!"

"Why am I not surprised to hear you say that, Hazama...?" Sayer muttered as he soon turned his attention toward the puppeteer before him. "As for you, your role in this game has come to a close."

"What?!" Relius shrieked, cradling the top half of Ignis in arms. "Sayer, I beg of you--!!"

"Nope." With a snap of Sayer's fingers, the crystalline petals darted toward Relius, piercing him from all sides as he was once more thrown against a tree. With a malicious grin, Sayer said to the barely living Relius, "now, now, Relius... now is too late to plea for mercy. Just stay calm... and live these last few seconds with your dignity intact. And for all those in attendance," Sayer added aloud, addressing Xansvita, Hazama, and just about anyone else who was either watching, within earshot, or reading this from their browser, "observe and be amazed... as I turn the puppeteer... into the puppet."

"Orichalcos Senbonzakura... Kageyoshi."

In an instant, numerous crystal blades erupted from Relius' flesh, embedding themselves into the ground as well as the tree behind the puppeteer. Relius died instantaneously, the blades having ruptured his heart, severed his spinal column... yeah, pretty much turned into a pincushion, I am so done typing this.

"... what are you doing...?" Sayer asked his Player.

Ayame, Under the Forest of the Periphery

After the Lich died, as well as Ed's opponent, a new creature emerged from the side of the colosseum to attack her. At the same time, skeleton archers moved to surround Ed, and someone else emerged from the darkness along with what looked like a sinister looking priest. Focusing back on the new creature, what appeared to be some sort of dragon, she raised the sword and focussed on it, channelling her power through it to create the black flames around the blade. With a vertical swing, flames flew from the blade in a crescent shape towards the dragon, while Ayame meanwhile lifted her left hand, the one not holding the blade, to throw out a torrent of lightning bolts at the dragon.

Darcy, C4 Night, Canopy Level

Once the bunker fell, Darcy had needed to move to the side to avoid getting altogether crushed. Below her, it seemed a few people were gathering together below her, as well as some sort of crystals gathering on the roof of the bunker. Coming to a decision, Darcy brought up her magic to cast one of her more complex spells, using the cover of the darkness around her to give her the time needed to finish it. In front of her, she started to trace a set of runes, purple in colour and slightly glowing. If one of the people underneath were to look above, they could probably notice the slight glow in the sky, but the rune set would be too far away to see without magnification. Finishing off the rune set with a circle, Darcy then placed her index and middle finger touching the centre of the circle, causing the runes to glow and then collapse inwards, turning into a small, purple sphere that was then shot down towards the group, aimed at the still open doorway to the bunker. Should the spell hit without disruption, it would send out a pulse of dark magic in about a 100 metre radius, with the magic itself working as a form of Electromagnetic Pulse, working to knock out the electrical systems inside the radius.

Gates of the Underworld

Conflict with pressing decision Radamanthys looked around as he wondered what to do. Though to make things extra interesting the same lizard creature from before had offered his aid once again. This was a mere distraction though. The words of this imposter Hades didn't really have any effect at all. Especially in the face of the true Hades. What was disturbing was this opponent of his. This man had quelled his own inner God and was speaking about fighting by himself. What was Radamanthys to do though. If he rebuked the aid of Lord Hades that would be an even greater dishonor to his Lord and Master. Now what was he to do?

As an on time distraction though it seemed that the lizard man was accompanied by some other stranger going on the attack. This foreign enemy kept mentioning something about taking away souls or something of that level. However it seemed that the answer to Radamanthys' question was about to be answered for him. As Dirk launched himself at Gagagigo he would quickly find himself looking at his own torso...from below. A wave of black death washed over Dirk as he quickly faded into nothingness. In his place was the end of a blade of ebony and onyx engraved with runes and darkness. The remaining Lord of Death looked at his blade and snickered at its weight and how easy it was to kill a thing. "Well that was easy. Heh. Haven't done that in a while. Though I have to correct you pseudo-Pegasus our Radamanthys is a lot different from whatever your world is. To think the Gods in your realm can only do soooo much that you would be able to kill so many. On the other hand a world without Athena does sound very appealing. Radamanthys you have my blessing to treat this stranger as you see fit. I shan't interfere at all. But I do want to watch. Hades stroked his chin and looked around. Then he realized the answer just presented itself already. Hades smiled at the random lizard that approached trying to be of assistance. Surely it was the best fit for him...but it'll do. Hades grabbed Gagagigo by the head and the lizard turned into darkness for a couple of seconds. After those seconds later he Gagagigo looked left to bare witness Hades in the flesh so to speak marveling his new body. "Hmm a lot of magic going on in you lizard man, I didn't even need to kill you like I normally would. But thanks to this you can bare witness to the fight without dying like you were." Hades snickered and nodded to Radamanthys signaling for him to continue.

Radamanthys was then swept up by what looked like dark purple winds and then the malicious aura of the Wyvern took shape. Radamanthys roared causing the ground around him to shake and cause mountains to turn asunder. Hades looked at Kratos and smiled. The fun was just beginning. Radamanthys flew directly at the Kratos. GLIDING ROAR!! Like two samurai Kratos swung with his blades of Athena and ended behind each other. Both of Kratos' arms exploded with the slashes that came from Radamanthys' attacks. Kratos could only looked shocked as he did not understand the change from before. Radamanthys was equally confused. Radamanthys then looked at his own surplice and realized that Hades' named was written all over it. Hades tilted his head sideways as he was surprised at how effective his little modification to Radamanthys' armor was. "See now both of you can use weapons blessed by Gods.

The Gates of the Underworld

His arms bleeding, Kratos smiled at last.  There were no more distractions.  He felt the power behind those swings that Radamanthys had, and prepared for a long fight.  Saving greater measures for last, he embodied himself with the entire rage of his Spartan brothers, his body emitting a frightening red aura.  The ground beneath himself and Radamanthys cracked at their footsteps, and Kratos made his move.  He launched full speed at Radamanthys, taking most of the ground beneath his feet and behind him, with him.  And above his head, higher in the air those same mountains Radamanthys had divided began to crumble behind Kratos, and their rubble barreled towards he and Radamanthys.  Still he pressed on, catching the Judge by surprise.  Kratos let loose a vicious flaming, ranged uppercut with his blades, and wrapping one single chain onto the Judge's right leg.  His blades had been ignited with Spartan flames now, and burned more harshly than before, searing Radamanthys' leg badly.  He whipped at Radamanthys' torso, but when his strikes could not break through the enemy's armor, he pulled himself in to the Judge.  As he closed in, Kratos gained speed, and with the momentum from his boots and his blades, he drew the Spear of Destiny.  It's tip gleamed, and Kratos attempted to run Radamanthys through in one swift strike.  And if he failed?  No time to think about that.

Kratos closed in, only two tricks left up his sleeve.  But Radamanthys saw it coming, narrowly avoiding the swift strike.  He whipped around and sent Kratos flying back to the ground.  The rubble collapsed on top of the ash warrior, and it certainly seemed to be over.  Seconds went by, and it felt like eons.  But even with all of his Spartan warriors protecting him, he had to muster more strength to move the tens of thousands of tons of rocks on top of him now.  Several beams of light pierced through the rubble, and the ceilings of the Underworld began to cry out in horror.  The outside world was once again visible, and numerous strikes of lightning cracked at the Underworld's surface.  When the ceilings finally opened enough, the heavens too opened up and the skies called all attention to Kratos' and Ramanthys' fight, with powerful rays of light that reached to the pits of the Underworld.

CANNONS SOUNDED AND KRATOS PICTURE FLASHED AGAINST A MAGIC FORCEFIELD.  THE ODDS WERE NOT IN HIS FAVOR.

Kratos burst from the rubble, and stepped forward directly into a bolt of lightning.  It struck his left hand first, and began to take shape.  A sword, not unfamiliar, seethed with magic, and it's power leaked into the Underworld.  Kratos pointed it at Radamanthys who was still hovering above the ground.  "Let's end this." he said flatly.

Nero{Drive Mode with Eria}<D1 Night>

Nero was about to rejoin the fight after his attack proved ineffective to his surprise and after he told Lydia to run so that she wouldn't become a tool, however, the arrival of a new fighter caught him off-guard again. Nero listened as he explained himself, he then pointed his keyblade at Apocrypha and smirked. "Right, let's do this." In truth, if the situation wasn't so dire, Nero would have mulled over whether or not he could trust this man first, but there wasn't time for those thoughts now. Nero utilized the cloud of frost he was using to fly upon to enshroud Apocrypha in an ice cold mist. He then started gaining speed, the cloud somehow making his movement in the air faster and faster; when it finally seemed as though Apocrypha was surrounded by Neros, he made his move. Nero had sliced once vertically downward onto Apocrypha's shoulder with the increased speed and velocity that his frost cloud had gifted to him. If the strike hit, it would feel as if Nero hit the same spot with six times the force of a normal swing. Nero also hoped this form of attack would allow Maxwell an attack of his own...

[The Mind of the Master]

Flickering lights made it possible to see, they weren't remotely bright; just dim flickering bulbs that made it just possible to make out the outline of a figure. Footsteps echoing louder and louder until it could be seen, there in his white suit and hat was Matthew Supplex; at least, what appeared to be him. "Heh, Matthew? Note even close." Suddenly, "Matthew's" clothes were inverted: where as the original Matthew would wear a white suit and red tie, this figure wore a red suit and white tie. His hat had changed to red as well but kept the black band. "Shame, this is all I can do to differentiate myself from that fool of a man. He was a mere shell filled with nothing but idiocy and naivety." "Matthew" said to Eria, lifting his head so she could see his all black skin, blacker than the darkness that once completely surrounded Eria's vision. "I'll be honest, I hadn't expected you when this idiot we're inside of initiated his next Drive Mode or whatever the hell he calls his power. Matthew already knows who I am, and I refuse to play catch up." "Matthew" said, and then started walking towards Eria. "Do you like what I've done here? All this darkness? All of this despair? Soon, very soon, things will be set in motion." "Matthew" stopped a good distance away from Eria, if she were to look, she could finally see the red glow of this man's eyes. "But I'm not going to ruffle one hair on your head, dear, not at all. Would you like to know why?"

"Matthew" grinned, the question was purely rhetorical of course, so he kept right on talking. "It's because I want you to come out of this merge and tell him, tell him of the darkness that he doesn't even know is growing inside of him." "Matthew" looked over into the darkness, for through it he could see the outside world, Eria could as well if she focused. He turned back to her with the same grin he sported just a moment ago. "Most importantly, I want you to tell him to be scared."

Realizing what Nero did, Maxwell saw the opportune moment to try a new tactic...

I know this might not be enough, but it's worth a shot...

Maxwell proceeded to stretch his arms out in opposite directions. "Ka..." He then put his arms together, both of his wrists flush with one another. "...Me..." Cuffing his hands together while also positioning them towards his right hip, a small ball of Ki began to form within the center of his cuffed hands. "...Ha..." The ball of Ki was slowly starting to expand, till it nearly filled the space within his hands. "...Me..." The ball of Ki was now bigger than his cuffed hands, but it kept expanding. Maxwell's face showed pure focus and determination towards his goal. But something else was happening. His eyes had turned green just before he finished things off.

Next thing he knew, Maxwell used Instant Transmission to appear immediately in front of Apocrypha after Nero moved away...

"...HHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!"

A giant wave of blue and white energy appeared, blasting Apocrypha at point-blank range. The power emanating from the blast traversed past many trees, scorching them on point of contact. When the blast subsided, Maxwell saw nothing in front of him, but was also focused on his breathing as he became nearly exhausted by putting most of his power to that blast alone. He was sure of one thing, though: either Apocrypha was knocked back by the blast a fair distance, or he was fast enough to avoid the attack, which isn't impossible.

But, Maxwell appeared changed. His hair was standing up to a peak, but it has changed to gold, as did his eyebrows. His eyes are green and now bears a golden aura that imitates a gentle flame. He had transformed into a Full-Power Super Saiyan. Turning around to face Nero, Maxwell's face hadn't changed from when he was in base form. "Apocrypha believed that this power you see right now was full with malice, but truly, it exceeds that in every sense of the word. He truly believed he could restrict my power to a level in which I couldn't rival his. But here I am, full power and everything, and his assumption of pride has become invalid." Maxwell took a deep breath, knowing that buying time was crucial for Kurai. But how much longer does he need?

"Nero, keep your guard up. If he dodged that attack, don't hesitate to retaliate when you see him..."

Kurai's veins within his head were pulsing as a huge concentration of Ki was being forced into a small orb in between his head and his fingers, the energy so strong, small circuits of lightning emitted from it. I'm about halfway done, so get ready...

|_)Magical Girl Lydia(_|

Lydia's barrier lowered as both Nero told her to run, yet again; and at the rather vague explanation given by the Goku wannabe, who funnily enough also told her to run. She sighed in moderate frustration as she moved a bit away through the destroyed trees to find a nice hunk of wood to sit on just a hundred metres away from the fight. Planting Cuestick into the ground she idly looked at her nails, and picked away bits of dirt and wood from them as Maxwell unleashed his manhood wave and Nero carrier on with his attacks. Even as the smoke was still billowing around she muttered "For people who are guardians of the multiverse, he certainly doesn't understand what exactly it is that he's fighting. Agents are stupidly resilient; and these ones were made to be even better than the Jeri Type that housed the Reaper. Plus with the might of Ogudomon he's even stronger to defeat. *sighs* Men, always thinking with their energy blasts rather than with their spellbooks."

[D1 Night] - Apocrypha

Apocrypha screamed, seemingly feeling actual pain from Nero's attacks, each strike cutting at the Agent's shoulder, until finally, the arm was slice clean off. Chaos burst from the wound, but Apocrypha managed to chuckle. He hit Nero in the chest with his right knee, stamping the Keyblade Master's heart with the dark green crest. The bleeding Chaos reformed itself, regenerating Apocrypha's arm, while Apocrypha spoke to Nero. "Originally, the supply of Chaos was limited. But with the power of the Demon Lords, I can create an endless flow of it. Now then, as for the crest I have marked you with, that is the Crest of Lust. Unfortunately, Eria's feelings for Arthur are pure. It will take some time to subjugate her heart, but once that happens, you will not be able to move. The only way you can be free of the crest is to undo the Drive, but Eria will still bear the crest."

Behind him, Apocrypha could hear Maxwell preparing some kind of attack. The Agent simply turned his head, sighing. "You will not relent, will you?" However, Maxwell suddenly teleported right in front of Apocrypha, before launching an energy blast that obscured Apocrypha entirely. Trees were leveled, the earth was turned over, and it seemed that Apocrypha was utterly destroyed. Of course, it would never be that easy. Just as Maxwell told Nero to stay on guard, they could all hear Apocrypha's laugh. "So that is your true sin. I see. You were right, it is not pride." He raised his right hand, firing the violet crest at Maxwell, overlapping it with the Crest of Pride. "It is greed. You crave the power to destroy me. Indeed, you might have the power, but with two crests keeping you in check, you cannot hope to stop me."

The black creature charged at Apocrypha from behind, but Apocrypha grabbed it by the throat, lifting it up into the air. "Now then, might you perhaps explain to me who you are?" The creature struggled, using one hand to hold back Apocrypha's, and using the other to strike against Apocrypha's arm, but it was in vain. With the creature's attacks having no effect, Apocrypha smiled. "I see. You will never give up, will you, Arthur?"

[The Mind of the Master] - Eria

Eria fired icicles at "Matthew", trying to focus on the vague outline of him as she slowly moved through the darkness. "So there was a dark part of his heart all along. That explains why he was so willing to join the Counter Corps. You're the one I should hate, not him." Before she could attack more, however, the Crest of Lust appeared on her chest, and Eria dropped to her knees. "Wha… what is this?" She suddenly began to think of Arthur, holding her hand in his. "No! I can't… I can't think of that right now!"

"Snap out of it, Eria!" Slifer's voice called out. "It is similar to the curse that Apocrypha placed on Obelisk. You must fight it."

Eria struggled to resist, but as she reached her hand out, she say Arthur standing before her, smiling, holding his hand out. "Come on, Eria. I'll help you up."

It was only Eria who could see Arthur. To "Matthew", it would look as though Eria was reaching out for air. Eria looked past Arthur, though, and raised dozens of ice spikes below him, before Eria to the ground, crying. "Arthur… help me."

[C4 Night: Roof of The Inch of Will] - ???

The crystals were slowly coming together, melting into a pool of liquid crystal. A left hand began to form from it reaching out until its forearm had emerged from the pool. On the hand, purple lines in the image of a dog began to shine. Purple flames began to tear through all surrounding corners of C4 Night, burning through B3, B4, B5, C3, C5, D3, D4, and D5. The image of the dog Nazca Lines burned throughout the Sphere Forest, trapping everyone who was at each sector inside.

Team Abernathy/Periphery/C3-Night

"WHAT'S THE MATTER, LOMBAX?!" laughed Gorlag the Heartless as he sneered down at the trembling Alexander. "YOU LOOK LIKE YOU'VE SEEN A GHOST!!"

He wanted to run away, he so desperately wished that his legs could actually move, and yet all Alexander could do was stay rooted to the spot, close to hyperventilating as he stammered under his breath, "You're not... y... you... you're not r....!"

"OH, BUT I'M VERY MUCH REAL, LOMBAX!" Gorlag growled out. As if to prove his point, the Agorian flicked Alexander on the forehead with his index finger, knocking Alex off of his feet and sent skidding about a yard or so along the ground. Gorlag gave a savage, guttural laugh as Alexander struggled to get back to his feet, the center of the lombax's forehead now bleeding slightly. "HEY, NOW, WHERE IS THAT SPUNK THAT I SAW THAT DAY? AIN'T YA GONNA FIGHT BACK?! OR DO I HAFTA--GHAOF!!" Gorlag was interrupted when a wrench flew by and conked him on the head. Reeling from the sudden jolt of pain, Gorlag shook off the momentary vertigo and turned around to see Ratchet, his wrench having returned to his hand and taking on his fighting position. "AND WHAT'S THIS, NOW?!"

"Leave him alone, you creep!" Ratchet shouted out defiantly.

"HEH! SURE, I'LL LEAVE HIM BE!" Gorlag sneered as he began to approach Ratchet and Clank. "SEEING AS YOUR BUDDY AIN'T GOT THE BOLTS TO STAND UP TO ME, I'LL JUST HAVE TO MAKE DO WITH YOU--!!"

"GET AWAY FROM THEM, YOU BASTARD!!!"

Fate Boss Theme/Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn

Once more, Gorlag was interrupted, this time by an energy blast from behind. The Agorian turned around to see Alexander, armed with a staff-like wrench, with numerous other weapons hovering around him and a vicious, bone-chilling glare in his eyes. In spite of Alexander's furious expression and sudden change in demeanor, Gorlag couldn't help but to roar out in laughter. "WELL, NOW, AIN'T THIS A LOVELY SURPRISE! THE WEE LOMBAX FINALLY GREW A PAIR! SAY, AIN'T THAT THE WRENCH YOUR BUDDY USED? YOU KNOW, THE ONE THAT I--?!"

"You should know better than to upset me...!" Frost began to cover the surrounding flora as the temperature in and around C3-Night began to rapidly drop.

"Again...?" Ratchet uttered, his breath appearing as a puff of moisture as he witnessed Alexander's sudden change in personality, the same one he undertook back in LERNA's barrier, except this time... ... this time, the cold was not void of emotion, but instead fueled by rage.

"Ratchet, look out!!" Clank cried out, calling Ratchet's attention to a rapidly approaching trail of violet flames. Instinctively, Ratchet jumped out of harm's way, but in doing so allowed the flame line to separate him from Alexander and Gorlag.

Ratchet cursed under his breath, coughing slightly before calling out to the other side of the line, "Alex!"

"Ratchet, get out of here," Alexander growled out, ignoring the pain coming from his Signer Mark as he glared down at Gorlag, his eyes shining a cold blue glow. "We'll take care of this. Now hurry!"

"But, Alex--!"

"STAY OUT OF THIS!!" Ratchet was taken aback by Alexander's sudden outburst, the older lombax having turned his rage-filled face toward him.

"Ratchet, we must hurry," Clank attempted to reassure his friend. "Alexander and the others will be fine."

Ratchet didn't respond as he looked back at Alexander's face, whose expression was almost frozen in anger and yet pleaded with his eyes for Ratchet to get out of danger. With a sad sigh, Ratchet ran off through C4-Night as Alexander and the Fudo Sisters engaged Gorlag.

"Oh, Ratchet~~~--!"

"Not now, Nefarious," Ratchet replied nonchalantly as he passed the villainous cyborg without giving him even a slight glance.

Alister Azimuth/Periphery/C3-Day (starting from before Ra (Sphere Mode) makes his appearance

"So, do tell here: What mistake, or mistakes are you so desperate to erase?" asked Red to Alister.

Upon hearing the inquiry, Alister slowed his pace to a crawl before coming to a stop.  "... my mistake...," he began to say slowly, solemnly, "... my mistake... was trusting a Cragmite known as Percival Tachyon.  He came to us one day, posing as an inventor, and presented us with schematics for potential advanced defense systems to be used for the good of our galaxy.  I was... intrigued by the proposition he presented to us; by granting him access to Lombaxian technology, I believed that Tachyon would make these dreams a reality.  Kaden, my own friend, warned me not to trust Tachyon, and yet I didn't listen.  I... I should have listened to him.  Because of me, I had granted Tachyon the means to exact his revenge on the lombaxes... for banishing his race from our universe.

"I was responsible for not one, but two mistakes.  Of all people that I should have trusted... it should have been Kaden...."

"Not for nothing, but wasn't that blind trust of yours the reason for your mistake in the first place?"

"... I wanted to undo my mistakes," Alister continued, "even going so far as to seek the Great Clock, a marvel of technology and magic, located in the exact center of our universe... ... give or take fifty feet.  Indeed, this is not the first time that I have sought out a way to correct my mistake. I thought by utilizing the Clock, I could undo the damage I had caused... and yet, I almost ended up destroying our universe as a result of my ambition.  If not for Ratchet... I would not have realized my error... and so, I gave my life to prevent the Great Clock from falling....

"... or, so I would believe.  It was after this that Isamy had approached me, promising me another way to correct my mistake and to save my universe... and, as they say, the rest is history."  He turned to face Red, a look of uncertainty in his eyes.  "The thing is... as of late, I've begun to question joining the Divine, especially with all of these new additions to our group, namely that Witch's Familiar, Xansvita... not to mention that Sayer seems to be growing increasingly unhinged as well, and I've been questioning his motives from the start.  In fact, I'm beginning to fear... what may happen to our universe if individuals such as they are granted their wish...."

Gates of the Underworld

Radamanthys looked at Kratos with a look of pure elation. It was entertaining in the sense that there was someone who could truly have the honor of releasing all of his power on. It was intense. Only Gold Saints from Athena's army have been able to fully feel the power of one of the Judges and live to tell the tale. To think that he actually found another to be his equal. The lightning re-shaped the world this land of in between. Slowly but surely the make-up of the Underworld was being destroyed. That did not matter anymore though. The only thing he could do was destroy the opponent in front of him. The repercussions would only be thought about later. Radamanthys roared releasing more power as his energy rippled throughout the Underworld. This character across from him had put up much more of a fight than he could have ever imagined. Like clock work though the massive destruction did not go unnoticed. From the distance an army of Specters came dressed in armors/surplices similar to Radamathys came to watch the fight. But this was not just any regular army it was Radamanthys' personal army. The one he leads into battle every life time and the same ones who look up to their leader. So now the eyes of the Underworld were on him. This was his time to unleash. This was the climatic end. He laughed at the thought of this being his first real fight and his first real challenge.

Hades could only look on as he thought about how this being was literally destroying a realm. That only happened with the Legendary Dragon Saint who was against a Gold Saint, though it is interesting what one can do with the power of a God. Hades still decided to simply spectate and watch what would happen next.

Radamanthys lauched himself straight at Kratos. The God of War swung his mighty sword lightly and lighting came down to strike Radamanthys from all sides. The Judge of Hell stuck out his arm and grimaced while the area surrounding his surplice shattered and his arm was covered in burns but that didn't stop him. Radamanthys kept going straight for Kratos and delivered a punch directly to the face. The rippling energies that came from the impact of this attack destroyed the surrounding areas. It was intense and amazing at the same time. Kratos used his sword to slash Radamanthys across his stomach. As blood shot from the specter's torso Radamanthys replied with a skull bash to his opponents face. Their clash was legendary as the crowds roared in excitement. Hades looked on and laughed. It was a long time that he got to watch a real fight like this. What was interesting enough Radamanthys was holding his own against someone who had all of the appropriate tools to actually take him down. It was akin to scissors beating rock.

As the two kept trading blows Radamanthys did nothing but simply sacrifice his surplice to land successful hits. He used what he had left to push Kratos back with a wave of purple Cosmos, but that was just the last push as they prepared for the final strike. Kratos jumped up in elation and swung down upon Radamanthys with both hands on the Blade of Olympus. Radamanthys stretched his arms out wide GREEEAAAATTTTEEEESSSSTTTT CAAAAAAUUUUTTTTIIIIIOOOOONNN!!!! A massive dome of purple destructive cosmos came from the Radamanthys as it tried to push back Spartan. The clashing energies were destroying the fabric of underworld. Soon the energies were spilling out into the Sphere Forest of Periphery. Everyone could only be stunned as these two Titans clashed.

MY SONGS KNNNOOOOWWWW WHAT YOU DID IN THE DAAAARRRRKKKK!!!!!!!! Hades sang out loud.

|_)Red, the Arisen(_|

Oh, they're called Lombaxes, that is certainly a much more reasonable name than rabbit-cat thing. Red digested Alister's words with a casual grace, slowly drumming his claws along his staff as he thought each and every bit over. Sounds like this Lombax has also had to play the villain's role from time to time, obviously for a much different reason than being controlled by darkness. Red could feel a casual bit of respect for his new friend: Going through so much, yet still so hellbent on achieving his goal. But, something like his wish though... "If you truly feel that way, then you should join the Counter Corps, where I assume your true allies are" he stated.

His claws began their rhythmic drumming again as he thought back on his own conquests. The only real losers in his attempts were Ineptune and Gnasty Gnorc, and one can conclude losing them was not a great travesty. But the damages done would take some time to heal, especially from what the Sorceror did. "It's not an ignorance of logic, but simply put that some things, are better left undisturbed. Changing something like that would have a ripple effect that would reverbrate through the reality of your universe, and Reality won't like that. It could react in different ways, and more likely than not it would just find another way to reverse your wish to let history continue as is. But, there are other issues regarding the future. I'm not judging your character, but who is to say your race wouldn't have become the next great conquerors of your galaxy? One bad apple can spoil the batch as it were; and I doubt even the Lombaxes were strangers to evil. I understand your regret, and your innate desire to reverse what it is you did. I alienated myself from my own friends and family in order to continue with my own selfish desires, and it brought more pain and heartache than I ever didn't think about. I wish I could take it all back, and even though the root cause was removed and thus made everyone forget my deeds, I still know what I did. But you, you still have a life left. There is always a chance for these sorts of things, and trying to change the past never really helps anyone. So I will repeat to you, Alister Azimuth: Go to the Counter Corps. Your place is not with the Divine."

[b4 Day] - Xansvita

Xansvita watched Sayer happily kill Relius. However, Sayer had rather interesting powers and creatures at his disposal. The thin blades, named "Senbonzakura", seemed familiar, somehow. More importantly, Xansvita recognized two of Sayer's summons from back at LERNA's Barrier. He laughed, muttering, "At least that demon can hit its target for once," when Garlandolf attacked, but he simply stared at Flygon. Xansvita had dismissed that pathetic dragon with ice magic earlier, and now Sayer had it under his control. Recalling that Flygon was on the same team as Feraligatr, Xansvita recreated the Feral Bahamut.

"Even though you're so determined to handle this all on your own," Xansvita said to Sayer, "You seem more accepting us as your audience. Don't worry, we won't get in the way of you killing the other. Take care of him however you like."

[b3 Day] - "Sora" / ???

The Unversed that took on the form of Sora was fighting relentlessly against the four remaining Barrows brothers, wielding a duplicate of the original Sora's Ultima Weapon. A single Thundaga spell fell the axe-wielder and the spearmen, but Ahrim and the archer were quick, keeping themselves at a distance while sending fire magic and crossbow bolts at the Unversed, but this was met in response with a Reflega spell, causing the flames to incinerate the bolts and then Ahrim.

"Sora" ran right towards Ahrim, but a sudden Aerogun spell pushed him back. "Sora" looked at who cast it, and he saw a women, fully covered in bright blue Keyblade Armor, with a Keyblade that had a floral pattern at its edge. She seemed to be looking at "Sora's" fake Keyblade, before preparing her own.

"That Keyblade," the woman said. She took off her helmet, revealing a young woman in her early twenties, with scarlet hair that flowed past her shoulders. "…Sora? Please tell me you're not Sora."

[Gates of the Underworld] - Gogiga vs. Dirk

Gogiga frowned as the boy, Dirk, was vaporized by the darkness. True, Gogiga had every intention of killing the boy himself, but seeing someone die like that stirred a memory in Gogiga's mind. The memory of a golden man in a black cloak raising a wave of darkness across a town. That darkness was soon replaced, however, by that of Hades, who took hold of Gogiga, turning the lizard's armor completely black.

Gogiga's hands twitched as Hades' enchantment began to flow through him. He held his hand, thinking back on the vision he saw. "Who was that man?" Before Gogiga could think about it any further, he saw Radamanthys use his power to push Kratos back. Taking into the air, Gogiga charged at Kratos from the opposite side that Radamanthys was attacking from, Gogiga baring his claws as he aimed to tear through Kratos' flesh.

Gates of the Underworld

SO LIGHT'EM UP UP UP UP! WE ON FIIIIIIIRRRREEEEEEE! Hades continued to sing. This exchange was getting fun. Sadly enough that random lizard from before thought he was powerful enough to intervene. So many things wrong with that thought. The clash of those powers were actually destroying the fabric of space. If that creature were to truly engage it would die so quickly. Then how would Hades be able to see the only people who managed to entertain him so much. It didn't matter, there was no way the lizard was going to get close enough to actually interfere. Radamanthys' entire army was here to watch this fight. When the green creature jumped to interfere he would find himself quickly smacked back down to ground by two strong creatures. Hades looked at the fallen Lizard and smiled.

Do not get yourself killed by attempting to ruin the fun. Sit back, relax, and marvel as two forces threaten to destroy the entire fabric of the Underworld. I have longed wished to spectate an event like this.

Kratos relished in this fight, enjoying it as only he and one other could.  But he refused to be bested.  Mustering all of his strength, he tightened his grip on the Blade, and gave a single, mighty shove as he went toe-toe with Radamanthys.  The energy created from the clash between these two caused vicious spikes of dark and light beams to pierce through the skies, burning whatever they touched.  The lights blinded every creature in the immediate vicinity, and began to expand and absorb everything it touched.  Moments before reaching the surface, this massive growing ball of energy ceased it's growing, and imploded, only to explode immediately after.  The explosion was so loud, so powerful, that it temporarily deafened and blinded every living thing for miles.  Sectors B-2, B-3, B-4, C-4, C-3, C-2, D-2, D-3, and D-4 were the first to feel the initial explosion, followed by a vast shockwave that ripped trees from the planet's surface, and toppled them over without a second look.  The explosion rattled through the planet's core and gripped at everything the shockwaves touched.  All that was left was for the ash to dissipate and the rubble to settle.

Sector C-4, Night

Black Dynamite fell to his knees, gripping his ears as his conversation wit' anutha brotha was interrupted by what he assumed may have been a government testing accident or a nuclear explosion.  He tried to call out to Foster, but couldn't hear himself speak.  He only narrowly avoided a falling oak, diving out of the way waiting for the noise to die and the smoke to clear.

Under the Forest of the Periphery

Several more waves of monsters appeared and disappeared just as fast. Ayame and Ed's supposed death match was going now. The next wave came in the form of nine iron clad skeletons for Ed and a dragon for Ayame. Ed raised his sword for another round, but the skeletons began to glow purple. A strange man in equally strange purple robes appear seemingly out of nowhere along with another robed figure. Meanwhile, Ayame quickly finished her fight. This man asked a question that hit Ed hard. "Yeah, that name means something to me. Quite a lot actually. His name was Sora before he became a Familiar of LERNA, and he was a friend. I didn't know him for long, but a friend nonetheless." The coliseum shook violently, but the walls or ceiling didn't crack thanks to their apparent high defense stat. Ed quickly stabbed his sword into the ground to keep his balance. "Why do I have feeling that's Kratos?" Ed turned toward the purple robed man. "Mind giving me and my friend a way out of here?"

Under the forest of the Periphery

The skeletons had been defeated, but Ed was quite wrong in his assumption that the dragon would be defeated just as easily. This wasn't an ordinary dragon, this was the guardian of the deserts, and many rules had been broken to get it to such a spot. His breath was harsh and filled with sand that extinguished the flames conjured by the blade Ayame had stolen from Lyon. Ayame's lightning had made a direct hit, but do to the dragon's polished scales, they were deflected and sent flying towards Ed. The dragon had reared back and launched yet another breath attack toward Ayame, the sand would feel as if it were shards of glass.

Another rattle originated from the back wall of the coliseum and an amphibious monster was summoned and launched a harpoon at the curious spell-caster who had just arrived into the coliseum. Yet another rattle and a massive ball with a head full of eye stalks and one giant central eye spawned in front of Ed. The creature wasted no time in firing a series of dangerous energy rays at Ed, in hopes of damaging the warrior...

Nero{Drive Mode with Eria}<D1 Night>

Nero smirked, it seemed he was finally getting somewhere as Apocrypha had called out in pain; however, his confidence was sent flying along with his body as he was hit in the chest by Apocrypha's knee. Nero flipped and landed on his feet, sliding a bit afterward and noticing the crest as he stood upright again. As soon as Apocrypha had uttered the name of the crest, Nero knew that it wasn't intended for him, but for Eria. He scowled as he was left with no choice but to end his Drive Mode with Eria and thereby giving him less of an offensive. He closed his eyes and concentrated, after a few moments, Eria was beside him in a flash of light, crest still on her chest...

The Mind of the Master

"Matthew" was pelted by Eria's icicles as she explained the hatred she should have had for him all along. However, the icicles merely crashed on him and seemed to not have done a thing, as "Matthew" hadn't evens started walking again with a grin. "Surely, you must have seen that fool of a man activate his Oni Sukin ability; surely, you've witnessed him turn his skin black." It was then that Eria had dropped to her knees, seeming to be in a fit of lust over her supposed lover, this "Arthur she had called out to. "That was my skin he was sporting, a thin layer at least, this is the real thing and it's much stronger than some human could ever sign a contract for; why don't you feel for yourself as you try to make contact with your long dead lover." "Matthew" was now standing over Eria, grabbed her by the throat, and proceeded to lift her off of the ground with his strength. "Maybe I lied a bit, maybe I will harm a few hairs..." "Matthew" had said, in reference to his earlier comment. His grip was getting tighter and tighter until finally his fist had closed all the way, but he was now gripping nothing but air, Eria had disappeared...
