I've been off of Yu-Gi-Oh for just over a year now and coming back and ever since I found out about Infernities I've been playing them competitively for my main deck. Although since it has been so long since their golden era (I played them past their golden era) I was wondering if they still can be played well competitively. I quit about a month after XYZs game out and I can't find much information on their change in style for XYZs, if there is.

It is pretty much impossible to list every combo Infernity Xyz can pull off. It is absolutely crazy.

Infernities are still good, not as good as they were (this could change next month), and Infernity Xyz is the best variant atm.

Don't ask me how its run though, I have no idea. Its too complicated for me to want to try to learn.

This.

I will add though, the Infernity set seems to have gotten a lot better (or at least more useful) recently. However...

Infernities are more fragile than they used to be, especially with a single Veiler able to so easily knock out an entire setup. And of course, everyone sides 3 Veiler this format.

This ._.

they still have game, as long as you draw a respectable hand, an Infernity deck should be able to put up a fair fight against anything in the meta right now and have a decent chance at winning. I faced an infernity deck on DN that went into a stardust and shock master by turn 3 in both games.

but then again, I was using a Batteryman deck, so it might just be that I was at a disadvantage.
