This card cannot be Special Summoned except by it's own effect. This card can only be Special Summoned by having 10 monsters in your graveyard. Once Per Turn : Banish one monster in your Graveyard : Destroy one level 4 or lower monster on the field

[Not-so-Radiant Arin]

The card is a bit lackluster. It's a Level 7, meaning it can go into Big Eye/Draccosack plays with the right combination of cards, but in hindsight, if you didn't run E-Drags or something that filled your Graveyard quickly (Dragunities, Blackwings, Lightsworn, etc.), it would always be dead in the hand.

 

Speaking as such, does the card Special Summon from the hand? You have to specify where the card Special Summons itself from. It could mean the difference between being an okay card to a good card (I assume it's hand, though).

 

The effect is underwhelming, since you're targeting a specific Level of a monster, and not just one actual monster. By the time you get this out, your opponent will have already used that monster to its full benefit, either by Xyz Summoning using it, or sending it to the Graveyard to activate its effect, or something along those lines.

 

1900/1800 means its not an applicable target for any of the Viruses, as far as I am aware.

Yeah, I think it's too specfic a summoning requirement for such a mediocre effect.. There are other cards that can destroy a greater variety of cards with more consistency...

 

Also, to add on to Arin's OCG fix, it should be "its own effect," not "it's own effect."
